Stopped in this a.m. got breakfast, via the drive-thru. I ordered a sausage muffin. C-f-A uses liquid eggs, no thank you. There's something about seeing a cooked yolk that lets me know I'm eating a real egg. I opted for no cheese as well. The muffin was dry, not sure why they don't offer butter and the sausage patty was dry and overcooked. The grape jam did not provide any relief, sigh. The service was acceptable compared to other locations. They were quite busy at the drive through. We ordered dine in, and it took about ten minutes for our food to arrive, even though the restaurant was not very crowded. As always, the food was amazing and the customer service was quick and pleasant. I had a few rewards that I wanted to claim. Even though I gave my phone to the cashier to claim my rewards - it was never scanned. I had a small difference to pay and I didn't realize that I paid full price. Two instead of a one because food was fine. A whole less hygienic than the Fair Knoll site- everyone there always has gloves and a mask and they have separate people handle money and food whereas here- the kid who took my cash and handed me the food did not have gloves and I just got home and realized he never gave me my change. I got a #1 meal and handed him a $20 and he didn't give me any change. Guess I also was absent minded and didn't notice till I got home. How on earth does this CFA have only 3.5 stars? I go here all the time and they have the most consistent service and food. It's always good and the people are always smiling. Great location in all areas. I've never had an issue with my food or service. Chick Fil a is well known for their hospitality and customer service and they do not disappoint. The seldom times I've been unhappy whether something was forgotten, misunderstood ok their side or mine they ALWAYS kindly fix their mistake never with fuss. That's hard to do in the service business! They are service pros. Stay away during peak lunch time and instead order on the app and gets points towards your next meal or come in earlier or later (avoid 1pm rush!!) make sure you don't have more than 2 orders a car. That's the only time I've realized they don't bend. Love their sandwiches, always fresh and delicious. Only occasionally do I run into a dry breast. I know if I were to come back in they would give me a new sandwich and a smile on top of that! Sometimes I've run into difficulties getting waffle fries in the morning instead of hash browns. I'm not sure if it's a surcharge (apparently it's a different price to do so??) and I know I can expect a wait but their food is worth it. Salads are delicious, they don't skimp on dressings or sauces. Chicken tortilla soup is amazing in case you haven't tried it. So is the frosted key lime!! Seasonal Fish sandwich is great too! I had the grilled chicken wrap with a side of their super green salad. Not going to lie, I choked when my order came to $13-something. However, the chicken is real chicken with no fillers. The whole wheat multi grain wrap was very good! And the lettuce was fresh and crisp. Good quality ingredients for sure, and in this day and age, when there's fillers, hormone addictive, and chemicals...you pay the price for premium products. Now for the super green salad...that was a shocker! Far better than I expected! It consists of kale (which has been softened), broccolini, plumped dried cherries, toasted almonds and pecans, and a very good sweeter dressing. Overall: the meal was definitely worth the $13+, because I could actually taste the flavors from the lettuce to cherries to chicken. One always gets great food and service at Chick-fil-A but I think this particular restaurant has stepped it up just a notch better. I have visited at least a half dozen times this year and never had a problem of any kind. My food has always been fresh and well prepared and the folks working there pleasant. Love it when they come by your table offering refills and checking up on your meal. Only gotchas to be aware of is their drive thru lane and school support nights. I purposely drive past their entrance to the next one by Arby's to sneak in from the North to avoid the usual backup from the drive thru. It is almost always faster to go inside than wait in that line. Second they have fund raising nights in occasion usually for a local school and that can really bring the crowds.
