I love 5guys and we have the app that we reorder our favorite burgers on repeat. Little hamburger all the way no onions and add jalapeño. Regular cheeseburger ketchup mustard Mayo pickles lettuce tomatoes and small Cajun fries. We reordered this time at the Centreville location and the only thing they got right was the Cajun fries. We got a plain little hamburger and a plain cheese burger. Called to see if they can do anything about it. Nada they said we didn't put anything in. This specific Five guys is a great one to support! They are fast, efficient, and always correct on their orders. The staff always notice when people walk in, and ask if they are picking up or need to place an order. The order is always correct despite modifications and they call out the number quite loudly, and if they notice no one is coming for it, they will take the food around the restaurant to ensure that someone gets their food on time, and hot! They are never light on the fries, they always add an extra scoop, so it feels that I am paying for every dollar! The space is wheelchair accessible with ample seating and has a large parking lot with always somewhere to park. read more

First off - there is a review of this Five Guys location on Yelp - but the listed address is incorrect. The previous Yelp review lists the address as 6005 Centreville Crest Lane - and the Five Guys web site also lists the address incorrectly. However, my register receipt for my burger and fries lists the address as I have entered it for this review. I also called and confirmed the correct address with the manager - who said he would follow up to have the web site error corrected. Now that we've gotten the administrative mumbo-jumbo out of the way - Five Guys is all about burgers and fries. I went here for lunch today to get something to go. The place was packed and noisy! I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, and jalapenos and a small order of fries. When I got home, I found I had received a double Bacon Cheeseburger with the fixin's I had specified - so I was unaware that what I ordered was a double. If you order fries, in the interest of cardiovascular consideration - get the small size - it's already a lot of fries and then they dump a whole lot more into the bag on top of your order. All burgers are cooked well-done. My burger was delicious and the fries were nice and crisp. I added a sprinkling of Old Bay and ketchup and the fries were perfect! There were so many fries - I put some of the fries into a Rubbermaid container and stashed them in the fridge for a snack later! Urp! I think I ate to much! I am stuffed! read more

This location does a real good job. My burger with almost everything except for mustard came with exactly what I asked for, at no extra charge. All the toppings are free here, which is great! Besides that, you can satisfy some of your hunger by eating the gratis peanuts while waiting for your burger to be done. We must be thankful for this 'franchise', why? Well, this particular location is across the street from my food love 'Bon Chon Centreville'. My dining partner/hubby is all about the burgers, he should be a burger! I, on the other dining spectrum, love anything asian! On a snowy Sat afternoon, the tug-of-war of food began, but to our surprise, we found this Five Guys nearby, so our dining delights began. I phoned in my wing order and carried that bad boy box over to Five Guys, where my hubby ordered his all time favs: Hamburger and Fries! No one asked me why fried chicken grease was lathered on my face, and why a french fry and a chicken wing were in the same hand! Oh how great Five Guys is. You bite into a burger and you can really feel your heart slowing down and your arteries clogging up. But who cares? They really make the best burgers around. I had the "Little Cheeseburger." It really wasn't little at all. It "only" had one patty. Seriously. "Only" one patty. Anyway, what I really love here is that adding things to your burgers is free. Can't believe I've never written a review about Five Guys, for all the times I've been here! Ordered a "little" cheeseburger this evening, which is not that little. It simply means you are getting a single cheeseburger, as opposed to their "regular" cheeseburger, which is a double-patty. Confused yet? The nice thing about Five Guys is that you pay one price for any and all additional condiments you choose. So, for example, you would pay $4.39 for your naked burger....OR....you would pay $4.39 for your burger with mayo, ketchup, mushrooms, onions, lettuce, tomato, etc. It's all up to you. I do love choices. Hot, juicy and freshly made right in front of you. Can't beat it. They serve hot dogs as well, and they are hot, juicy and freshly made too. The only thing I'm not that crazy about are the fries. I know a lot of people love them, but they are too greasy for me and upset my delicate constitution. When you can see the grease soak through the paper bag, that's a little too much for me. I'll just stick with the burgers and hot dogs. As others have mentioned, there are boxes and boxes of free unshelled peanuts available to munch on while you wait for your food. You should probably have someone else pick up your food for you if you have peanut allergies! read more

I usually get a burger with cheese, BBQ sauce and bacon...this grease bomb makes me smile because it stands against everything good and healthy in the world. They even deep fry the bacon...for the love of god, can it get any better? Frankly, I'm a french fry whore, so even though I don't see fresh spuds being pushed through a cutter directly into the fryer, like my other favorite place, the natural cut fries are always perfectly cooked to the temperature of the sun and coated with enough grease and salt to keep me coming back for more. This is the only five guys I get my burgers from. The burgers seem to have a better flavor than the one in Chantilly. The cheese and patty seem to be more juicy and flavorful in comparison. All the five guys are consistent in giving you a ton of fries and again their fries here always taste good! I've never gotten other menu items from five guys so I am unsure how other items compare. I can't say there is another burger place (in Centreville) that is any good. I do prefer five guys over shake shack (Blegh). I think I like Freddy's Steakburgers better and the sauce, fries I just can't compare, I would take both! Still, I will always love Five Guy's. read more
