I'm so glad I had previously good experiences eating Jollibee before visiting this location. If this had been my first time visiting Jollibee ever, my perception or willingness to eat anything from there would have been completely different. I admit the visit was closer to their store closing time. As in nearly an hour prior to closing. So online ordering was unavailable and I nonetheless attempted to go get the order placed in-person for picking up. Upon arrival, the location had no fries or pies available. The fried chicken pieces were extremely dry, cold, and inedible. The biscuits were also dry, hard like hockey pucks, and cold like it had been sitting outside in the 20F weather for some time. The mac and cheese and the mashed potatoes reminded me of sad hospital food. Terrible texture, extremely dry and stale. Straight into the garbage quality. "I don't give AF" was the running theme of this Jollibee. Not a single item I ordered to eat tasted good. I can understand why a store associate wouldn't be willing to make anymore fries or pies because I came in 5 minutes prior to closing. But the experience I had on the day of my visit was just very disappointing and plain old lazy. I sure hope people who do visit Jollibee for the first time go elsewhere to have a better chance of experiencing all the Joy of eating Jollibee. This store clearly isn't it and I know I won't be revisiting for certain.

I don't understand the hype, glad we tried the viral Jollibee restaurant... the food lacked flavor. They got the spice right but the seasoning so wrong! Service is decent and our order was prepared promptly. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating.

I've been to different Jollibee locations. TBH, I am not a fan of the chicken or the spaghetti BUT the Peach Mango Pie is amazing. Mid day drive through was not busy so I went through just for 1 pie. I wait about an hour to eat it because well, I had a huge AYCE lunch. Back to the pie, it was SO delicious, I wish I bought more. Oink oink... the price point($3.29) clearly dictated because of this fast food pie! No wonder all the locations in the Philippines have long lines throughout the day and there's a Jollibee on practically every corner.

Ok year(s) after they have opened this location. Let me update my review. They now have no issue obtaining the spicy chicken and it seems they have their full menu and online ordering symptom working flawlessly. The chicken is always delicious and they don't seem to mess up my orders (I tend to place large orders). It is my favorite fried chicken place. Better than KFC and Popeyes! Although I still have a sweet spot for Korean fried chicken, but Jollibee beats out the traditional fried chicken styles compared to the other chains!

I've been trying to go to Jollibee's for years. I've seen videos all over the internet and kept hearing about their gravy. The inside felt like your typical fast food restaurant, nothing special. I was surprised to see the staff was Filipino, glad to see that. The cashier wasn't super friendly though, a bit timid and confused with my questions. It was my first time eating here and I didn't know what to order and how to get the best deals such as certain combos and such. I ordered a bucket of 6, got mash, the spaghetti, a side of rice because they didn't have the adobo, and an ube pie. They told us the chicken would take 25 minutes. We also got here half an hour before they closed. As we waited, the cashier told me they didn't have any pies left, and asked what I wanted instead. Although I didn't want the fries, there weren't many options since they were out of a lot of items, so we got that. When the food finally came out, there were two main complaints. The mashed potatoes and the fries were cold. On the flip side, the fried chicken was piping hot. I did the viral trend and ripped the skin off and stuffed it with some rice and gravy. Definitely the best bite out of everything I tasted. The spaghetti was lukewarm and tasted like BBQ sauce, but the noodles had a good texture. The gravy was hot and we tried to balance the coldness from the mash, not successful. Too cold to save. The gravy was good but nothing special. I don't get the hype. The fried chicken was super hot, and although good, nothing mind blowing. I'm willing to give Jollibees another shot, but my first experience was a dud.

Finally, a Jollibee in NoVA! The wait for this location was worth it. Service is really good--everyone was friendly, efficient, and kept things moving smoothly even though it was busy. Fair warning: it's freezing inside, so definitely bring a sweater if you're planning to dine in. The food, though, makes up for it. The chicken is crispy, juicy, and just as addictive as always. Sides were fresh and tasty, and their new burgers are surprisingly yummy--juicy patties with that Jollibee flavor twist. It's nice having another go-to comfort food spot nearby, and this one is already off to a strong start.

My current favorite fried chicken!! I get spicy every time I'm here and every time it is fresh hot crispy juicy spicy perfection!! Chicken tastes flavorful with spices! Their sides are also delicious and you must try their spaghetti, mashed potato with gravy and peach mango pie! Customer service is good but... it is best that you go before 5pm and after 7:30pm. It is very busy between 4pm-8pm, and you could wait up to an hour or longer for your food to be ready. Casual dining space and separate room for families with little children.

10 piece tenders .. imo weakest of the chicken items in the menu...get the fried chicken instead.

Had various items from this place- burger, chicken sandwich, fried chicken and finally chicken tenders. The spicy fried chicken is the best. The chicken tenders lack a bit of spice imo- if it had the same kick as the spicy fried chicken then it would've been much better. The burger is pretty good and the spicy chicken sandwich is the best out of the sandwiches. The ambience is very fast paced and food comes out quickly. The service is fine. One complaint is how little they give the sauce for the tenders - only 3 sauces for 10 piece tenders and the tenders themselves are not worth ~2.5 a piece. Extra sauce is .89 which is kinda insane. Most places for 10 piece gives 6 sauces. It was hilarious the cashier tried to give me 2 extra free ones when I paid for 3 more but the glasses (manager?) Lady took it back lol..

We went through the drive-thru at Jollibee and the service was pretty quick, which we appreciated! We ordered the Family Bundle B, paired with some pineapple punches (my favorite!), and finished it off with their peach mango pies for dessert. The food was decent overall, but nothing stood out as extraordinary. The chicken was crispy, but a bit dry, and the spaghetti was sweeter than expected, which isn't really my taste. The pineapple punch was refreshing, though, and the peach mango pies were a solid treat. It's not a bad spot if you're in the mood for something quick and unique, but it's not quite a go-to for us.

The chicken adobo here is tender, fall-off-the-bone perfection, but the real star is the sauce. It's the most flavorful adobo sauce I've ever had--rich, garlicky, with just the right balance of soy sauce and vinegar, plus a slight sweetness that I absolutely loved. You'll be craving it long after your meal, and trust me, it will bring you back for more. But that's not all! We also tried their Shrimp Kalabasa, and it was just as incredible. The shrimp were plump and juicy, the kalabasa (pumpkin) was soft and naturally sweet, and the green beans added the perfect crunch. The sauce tied everything together beautifully, making every bite comforting and satisfying. Despite the humble appearance of this restaurant in the Food Court, the chef here is top-rate--every dish is packed with bold, authentic flavors that stand out. Service was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Next time, I'm definitely trying their sisig--if it's anything like the dishes I had, I already know it's going to be amazing!

Orders can be placed online or in-person at the counter. I highly recommend placing the orders ahead of time because of the wait. I saw a few people go up to the counter wondering about the order status as it was taking awhile. The store also carries several of Gwenie's pastries and dessert items. Fresh cream filled donuts available along with cakes and pies just to name a few. I got the lechon kawali over garlic fried rice and my friend ordered pork belly sisig combination. Every bite was flavorful and tasty. I just wish it had better portions. My bowl had small bite size pieces of what looked like half a strip of pork belly. The cost /portion ratio was just not the best. I still wouldn't mind returning and trying out other menu items. Like the KJ's chopped salad for example.

It was difficult for me to give a fair rating for the food. Even though the last time I had Filipino food was 5 years ago, I have been spoiled in the past with the finest Filipino food in the world cooked by some of the finest & most humble chefs I ever met. The food at Kababayan was so so or good for my first experience in tasting their food despite being rated as the best Filipino food in the area in some reviews. Everything was well seasoned, and I was only disappointed in one entree. I was hoping to try the traditional roasted succulent lechon or Laing. Laing, is a Filipino dish of shredded or whole taro leaves with meat or seafood cooked in thick coconut milk spiced with labuyo chili, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, ginger, and shrimp paste. They both were unavailable. The food is displayed like a buffet style arrangement. You select the entrees and side when you order a combination of entrees & side dish. It would have helped to have a sign describing each entree with its name. The lady helping me in selecting entrees was very kind and went into detail of each entree. I ordered two entrees with rice and two entrees with pancit noodles. The price for two entrees with rice or noodles was $15. A fair and good price for the amount of food provided. The traditional pancit noodles & dinuguan tasted the best and were the most generous portions served to me, and were the closest to my past food experiences with these traditional Filipino foods. I would have loved some calamansi, the citrus Philippine lemon, to season my pancit. That is how I prefer my pancit. They instead provided me lemon wedges to season my pancit as an option for the calamansi though. The pancit was good and like the pancit I would eat at Filipino parties & gatherings. The dinuguan was delicious & is always an acquired taste. I like to eat it once in a blue moon. It was the first food I ate completely. The pork adobo and sweet & sour pork entrees tasted good yet I was unfamiliar with them. They didn't taste like the traditional roasted lechon pig I was accustomed to in the past. I stashed them away in glass containers in the fridge to eat later along with the pancit & chicken adobo. The most disappointing was the chicken adobo. The taste of chicken adobo was good but it was annoying to pick out the broken & chopped bone pieces out of the chicken adobo to prevent accidentally swallowing them. This restaurant is worth checking out. The entrees are always changing there. I will probably come back here again to try different foods I haven't tried.
