This is one of my favorite Chick-fil-A's! It has a huge parking lot and comfortable seating. The food is always prepared quick and is hot and delicious. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. The hashbrown scramble burrito is the GOAT breakfast item... eggs, grilled chicken, melted cheese, Jalapeño salsa on the side, AND HASHBROWNS!!! I hate to leave this review, because I'm typically very happy with this location. Tonight, however, was a different story. My husband picked up our mobile order of 3 meals and some treats. When he got home and I started taking everything out of the bags, I saw there were no fries and not all the sauces that I requested. I was extremely annoyed, especially because my husband didn't check the bags before leaving the drive thru, but what did I expect . I went back to the location to the drive thru. I explained what happened and everyone was extremely apologetic and nice. When I got to the window, someone I assume was the manager came out and was also apologetic. He asked when the food was first picked up, and I told him that my husband had just gotten home and I left pretty much right away when I saw that stuff was missing. He brought out the 3 fries and sauces, and he said he threw in a brownie. I thanked him and was about to leave, but then he said something to the effect of "I'm not saying that you're lying, but the staff is prrrrretty sure they packed everything". I was so shocked that the only thing I could think of was "you think I came all the way out again for some fries?? My order was over $50!! They were not in the bag!" And he tried to be funny and added "oh yeah in this traffic?" Dude stfu. Your staff forgot the fries. And I know you said you don't think I'm lying (*eye roll*), but you saying that means you think I'm lying. Learn some basic customer service. read more

Very clean restaurant. Parking lot and surrounded area is also very clean. Ate here for lunch at 12pm. Not too busy inside. Plenty of parking . Associates were all polite and helpful. I could not get a signal to use my chick-fil-a app, Associates explained how to use the receipt on line to get my points. Salad was cool and fresh. This is my go to Chik Fil A location:) when we do eat fast food ( kids are not allowed McDonald's etc) this is our number one choice . Last night I decided to get this for the kids dinner as a sort of reward for doing well on their report cards , maybe also because I just didn't feel like cooking LOL. This Chick-fil-A is the real deal. I stopped here during lunch a couple of times looking for a quick bite. By far one of the most efficient drive through lines. Service always on point, so nothing new there. What I was most impressed with aside from their efficiency was there MAC & CHEESE!! I had no idea they even sold Mac. I never get my hopes up with fast food Mac, as I find that my Mac expectations may be slightly hig. Let me tell you...this Mac lover was pleasantly surprised. Chick-fil-A did a great job with this one. Noodles cooked just right, nice cheese mixture (seems like multiple cheeses used), lastly...well seasoned. Everyone should give this Mac at least one try. This place is like most Chick Fil A's, always full to capacity. I decided to dine in since my niece wanted to visit the play place and the line was long but bearable and moved pretty fast. The cashier was very friendly and the food came out super fast. The tables, if not occupied, are always so clean. They also have a stand by the door as decoration? This is the first time I've seen a Chick Fil A with a couple of decorations in the vicinity. The play area was clean and kids were not spilling out of there, so that was nice. Parking can be tedious and I'm not a fan of the spots were people can run in and out because sometimes I feel that can cause more traffic. read more

I recently visited Chick-fil-A and had a disappointing experience. A light-skinned girl with short curly hair, whose name I believed started with a "K," (she pulled her jacket over her name tag so I only saw the first letter) was on her phone while I waited to order. The kids working the drivethru on 5/31 randomly let other people (I think they were their friends) cut in front of me in line even though I was there first and had completed my order before the others had even pulled up. This review is for a large catering order for a business lunch (approx $900). Our employees suggested we cater lunch from Chick-Fil-A vs our standard pizza lunch. While Chick-Fil-A is twice as much as pizza, we decided to go for it. The online catering website was not working, so I had to go into this location in person and place the order about a week before the event. There was no wait and someone was able to help me place the order right at the register and gave me a copy of the order for my records. I called the day before to confirm the order. They answered right away, they knew my order as soon as I asked about it, so I was very confident there wouldn't be any problems. On the day of the event, my order arrived exactly on time at the correct door we asked them to deliver it to. The gentleman who brought our order was the same gentleman I placed the order with. Everything was very hot, well packaged. Everything we ordered was there. The gentleman helped us get everything to the buffet tables and get it unwrapped. I can't tell you how many times we've ordered catering/delivery orders and the order isn't right and something key is missing and the delivery person is long gone by the time we discover it. I could not be more pleased with the catering service (and our employees were very pleased with the food). I will definitely order catering from here again. read more

When my wife and I were moving into the condos at the Gates at Fair Lakes they were repaving. We were told by our community manager that the owners were nice people and that we should be fine to park our cars in the Chick-Fil-A parking lot. We had ordered $40 worth of their food when we parked for our friends who were helping us so why wouldn't it be okay? We come back to our cars about 10:30pm to find them missing. We soon learned they towed both our cars at a cost of $800 in our first night in Fairfax. We've avoided them ever since and we won't let our kids go there and we retell the story to everyone who moves here so that we can give the same first impression to our neighbors. Some of them even use it as an excuse to stay healthy and avoid fast food. I hope it's worth all of the years of my anger and anxiety every time I pass this stupid place. When I worked at Chick-Fil-A as a teenager they taught us about Second Mile Service in training. What a joke. I hope I've cost them the $3000 in lifetime spending that they believe you lost when a customer chooses another brand after a bad experience. But I'll keep trying since they never took the time to make it right. When you cost your neighbor $800 and you never apologize or make it right, that neighbor may spend their free time silently nettling and thwarting you in ways you don't really see. I bet their food is still good but I can hardly remember because I'm still furious. They could remove all of this anger by apologizing and paying the $800 that they owe us or maybe just reviewing Truett Cathy's Second Mile Service video that I had to watch when they were first rolling out the breakfast menu. read more

Saw this Chick-fil-A in Yelp when I was driving from the airport in a rental car and had not had dinner. Drove 10 minutes to get there. When I got there an employee told me the dining room was closed for "renovations" and only the drive-through was available. I asked whether I could use the bathroom as I had to use the bathroom badly. They said no. I had to pee in the woods next to the building. This is the closest Chick-Fil-A to my house so I'm constantly here whenever I'm craving it. They have consistently good service and food. I will say that it's always packed, but luckily, they always have two people taking orders outside which make the line go by a little bit faster. Ordering inside is always the better option, but I never feel like getting out of the car so the drive-thru is always my best bet. I will say that I came here the other day and had a Yelp Check-in offer that I was unable to use due to it not having a QR code. The manager advised that they can't accept the coupon even though I received it through Yelp. I thought he would still give me the offer, but he didn't. I made my first visit to this location yesterday for a take out. I was impressed with the poinsettias on each table and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The service was efficient and quick. One of my orders, side salad came out fast even though I asked them not to put any cheese on it. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they forgot to include shredded red cabbage in my side salad which I did not notice until later. Its Chick-fil-A. . . . nothing else needs to be said. I'm just kidding, but this place is pretty much the same as any other Chick-fil-A. The staff is extremely friendly and they will bring you your order to your table when you dine in. This location seems to be VERY busy as they have 2 drive throughs and on top of that they have multiple people taking orders in person in the drive on iPads. I usually get a grilled chicken sandwich as well as a grilled chicken club sandwich. Only difference is one has bacon on it. They come with honey roasted BBQ sauce in a packet on the side which is amazing. This place is located 3 minutes from my house so you can bet I will be coming here ALOT!!! read more
