I placed an order via the mobile app. When I arrived there was surprisingly no line. I have never been to a Chik Fil a that did not have a line before. I went through the mobile drive through and quickly received my order. The staff was very friendly and polite. The location appeared very clean and orderly. Even the parking lot was pristine. I took one star off because they were already sending me off with well wishes when I had to remind the staff that I ordered an icecream cone. They apologized and made my cone. I pulled off and was on the road when I realized that I had the nuggets and fries that I ordered, but I did not receive any of the dipping sauces I ordered. If I am in the area I would visit again, but I would just make sure that I check my order before I pull off. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location this afternoon. In the drive-thru, I was handed a drink with the lid not properly secured, which immediately spilled all over the front of my car, center console, and items in my passenger seat. When I brought it to their attention, the response was a quick "sure" and "sorry," with no real urgency or ownership of the situation. I had to ask four separate times for napkins before finally receiving any help--and the drink was never replaced. Have spend a good deal of money at this location. The last time I received such rude service while going through the drive thru. I asked for a four count box of strips and they input it as an empty strips box. I do not think I was being a poor customer. When clarifying the order the service person took an aggressive tone. I asked him to stop using that tone and to speak to the manager. He replied - he was the manager. He clearly was not. I love the waffle fries. They are freaking amazing! BUT, I've been here two times and both times I ordered the spicy chicken meal and both times I've run into this problem. The problem is that I can tell that the sandwich has been prepackaged and left in a warming rack for too long. I understand the reasoning behind this, but if it's left too long the bread and fried portion of the chicken gets slightly soggy from all the steam. The pickles also leave soggy portions on the bread and chicken. I'm sure there is an easy fix to this, but it can't risk having another soggy sandwich. read more

Need to know: 1. Not as busy as other CFA locations in the Fairfax area. 2. Not as efficient as other CFA locations in the Fairfax area. I got a small waffle fry and the peach shake. The waffle fries were a good portion. However, the bottom part of the container contained the bits of fries that aren't as good as the whole fries. I knock this location to 4 stars for their lack of efficiency. I went through the drive thru and ordered right away. However, after I ordered I had to wait to move away from the speaker because the people in front of me weren't moving. It took longer than I would expect from a chick fil a to go through the drive thru. Otherwise, good location. read more

Eat more chicken! Despite the multiple chick-fil-a's in the area, this one doesn't disappoint either and probably isn't as crowded as some of the others in the area. I always come here to pick up curbside when I order from the mobile application. I simply park my car in any of the designated curbside spots and enter it into the app. After 5-8 minutes or so, they will come out with my order. They do a tremendous job with this and are very swift. Sometimes, the workers even put the takeout order in a box for me to pick up myself (this avoids some germs from spreading since the takeout order is in the box, and not touched by the worker). The only knock on this location is that it's a bit of a pain to get to. You have to make several turns just to arrive to this chick-fil-a. Luckily, the shopping center isn't super crowded, so there isn't much congestion. If it wasn't for the sub-optimal location, they'd receive 5 stars! read more

This location SUCKS now, not just the food but the service. Don't listen to the fake 5 star review! I had a bad batch of tenders for a catering order that were undercooked and rawer then what i normally have gotten from them. I spoke with a rude and arrogant supervisor named Nick. He kept saying he didn't believe that the tenders were undercooked because "we have a standard of procedure" as if one random high school worker can't screw up a batch and undercook it. He doubted me even when I told him I had stomach issues from the order. He refused to refund me for the order! I even sent him a photo showing him I hadn't ate it and that I'd be willing to film myself dumping them in the trash just so he knew I wasn't trying to get free food. I've been going to this location for a while since it's close to me but the food has really gone down hill, the Reston and north point locations still have quality food. I recently started working in the area so this has been my go-to fast food spot. So far, I'll say that this place is very clean and they are very courteous. Quality of food is good, as expected from Chick-fil-A. Clean as expected from Chick-Fil-A. Courteous as expected from Chick-Fil-A. Would I recommend this particular location? Yes. I truly think that this location is a prime example of what Chick-Fil-A's across the nation should be like. I've yet to have a bad experience, but I will say in comparison to all the other locations I've been to, this is my favorite so far. Terrible service - original order was messed up, valued at $14 - "my name" was put on a list for a redo order, I come with receipt and attempt to request a $6 order instead of original order - manager Kevin declined and refused to compromise in anyway. Demeanor wasn't necessary, and thinking from a manager perspective, if profit is an objective in your store/business - you would have won serving me what was requested as it was a cheaper alternative and would've resolved any discrepancy. Between this and the Air and Space Chantilly CFA, I tend to go to this one more because of its location to Aldi and Lotte where I do most of my grocery shopping. I normally like to go in rather than do drive through, since it's less of a hassle than all the turning you have to do to get in and out of drive through. I've never had a problem with my food- my sandwiches and fries come out hot and crispy, the staff are so friendly and polite as you would expect from a well-run CFA, and the place is clean. Camped out for the first 100, came for the free breakfast week in October, as well as the free chicken sandwich dinner. They are giving away so much for the community for a fast food restaurant, so props to them. Service might be a little weaker but I'm gonna overlook it for how much they give away for free. First impression - This location needs help! We went through the drive-thru and ordered our meal. We had to repeat our order a few times as it seemed our chic-fil-a rep may have been busy doing other things and not fully listening to our order. There were only 2 cars ahead of us and it took quite awhile to get to the window. Once there we were told to pull around the front and wait for our meal. Still waiting. Frustrated, my wife got out of the car and walked into see what was going on. They finally finished our order (2 salads and a kids meal) and we were on our way. Not even a "sorry it took so long". Have to give huge kudos to this store. I am a healthcare provider working the front lines of the COVID-19 battle. Tonight, I left work hungry and exhausted. I opened my chick fil a app and it showed that his store was opened. I placed my order and went to the restaurant. An employee came out with my salad. He advised that they had actually closed at 8pm (it was almost 830p) but they had the salad. However they didn't have the lemonade that I had ordered available, would I like a different drink.
