I was in the area and looking for a drive thru snack (aka soda and fries) and chose to roll through here. I love that they have diet Dr. pepper. I don't know any other fast food chain that does. The service, as usual for chick-fil-a was friendly and speedy. The drive thru seems like you're going into the parking garage but veer to the right and it's the drive thru. A little tricky getting out on Maple Avenue though. Fries were hot and crisp. read more

I am a fan of the franchise. First off kudos to the really nice employees who work here. They are diligent good people, who always do their best with the chaos here. My thanks to them, as they run a military efficiency operation with a lot of non drivers doing the drive thru. It's an opinion, but the set up here so close to busy intersections isn't my favorite. They chose as a business to build here, and getting in and out of here on busy 123 isn't easy. You will have to show dominance to get back on the road. I prefer their other locations, as parking is limited here. How about the food? It is piping hot! Enjoyed lunch today, as every once in awhile, time for the diet to take a back seat. The chicken sandwiches, delicious fries, and tasty shakes are legit good. I will say their quality beats other fast food restaurants. I do wish the location could have been changed, but that's their corporate decision, and the county allowed it to happen. read more

In late November 2022, I was staying with a friend who lives a 5-minute walk from this Chick-fil-A location and during that time, I stopped by here twice for takeaway orders. The first time was on Black Friday around noon, and the second time was the next Saturday morning to get breakfast for the family. This location is really big and includes a drive-thru. Both times I visited, I saw a few cars in the drive-thru but otherwise the restaurant itself was not busy inside, unsurprising given it was a holiday weekend. The staff were friendly and polite. My first visit, I got a sandwich and fries, while the second visit I picked up 3 orders of chick'n minis & hash browns. Both times I ordered in-person and was in and out in about 5 minutes, maybe less. Definitely a good option if you need something super quick. The food was fine, consistent with the quality of any given franchise. My friend commented that the hash browns could have been fried for longer, but I didn't personally notice a difference. Overall, a reliable and convenient place to get some fast food in the area. read more

Passed by this Chick-fil-A on my walk around my neighborhood. It's actually pretty huge with a large dining area and this is the only one that I have seen with a slide inside the restaurant. They even have a hand rail to section off where people should line up to take orders and they do actually have a drive through as well. It was empty inside when I passed by but it was also 9pm so I guess that is typical of the area. Overall great experience. read more

There are horrible people in Vienna. But they don't work at Chick Fil A. During my last visit a customer retuned to the store irate that his soft drink had a hole in the bottom caused by the straw. He loudly complained that the drink had leaked inside his car when he placed it in the cup holder in his car. He was belligerent, irate, rude, and disrespectful to the Chick Fil A staff. He raised his voice and made a scene saying "WHO IS GOING TO CLEAN MY CAR?" He insisted that someone clean his car and remove the spilled drink... over and over. A great example of a horrible human being. He made a scene that was both embarrassing and disrespectful to the manager who was trying to resolve the situation, to the point where the manager agreed to clean the car in order to descalate the situation. I don't know where Chick Fil A finds their employees who have the patience and strength to deal with entitled idiots like these, but I am grateful we have them in Vienna. Kudos to the manager for not losing his cool and resisting the urge tossing out this joker on his rear. I took the jerks photo. I hope I can post it with this review. read more

Classic Chik-Fil-A located in the heart of Vienna. It can get crowded around mealtimes, especially with the drive-thru, but it goes by quickly. The staff is very nice and patient, and the food is standard for any of the franchise. The place is relatively new, so the interior and exterior is cleaner than most other fast food places. read more

Vegetarian options? Finally discovered a secret. Use the mobile app, go to the breakfast menu, find the single biscuit. Open it and add cheese, egg, even pickles. Boom, you have a vegetarian breakfast. I do wish they would have additional options like plant based meats, maybe someday. read more

COVID-19 Review: Anyone who eats at Chick-Fil-A knows how efficient their service is, especially the drive-through. This location in a densely populated area is no different. The drive-through is part of a parking garage, so it might look a little confusing at first, but it moves very swiftly. I had a deadline to meet and was worried that I'd be late. Not to fear. Just checked this place out on their grand opening and I will say I'm quite impressed! The space is large, bright and tables are not right on top of each other. This is great for when you're here with kids (like many of us in the Vienna area) or a big group. There's also a huge, covered, well-lit parking lot, so you're protected from the elements when you head in. Since this location literally just opened today, the folks at the registers are still getting their bearings, but they are still super friendly and helpful. And the car wash upstairs?? Getting their food because 95% of staff ONLY CARES about drive through customers. The ONLY way to get quick dine in service. Get food by drive in and then park and go inside. Ridiculous. This is the new store that opened with the car wash. Have never been for breakfast. It's Christmas eve and they are open from 6-6. They do have sausage and bacon options for breakfast. Not just chicken. That's the main thing I wanted to say. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo comes with tater tot, coffee a the usual warm customer service. read more

Very upset with my drive thru experience this morning. I stopped by to pickup a quick bite before heading back to the hospital as our family is dealing with some major health issues and we barely have time to eat. I had a face mask on and there were a group of girls ( employees) standing chatting with eathother close by the drive thru window. A blonde haired girl kept staring at me and talking trash about me because I was wearing a face mask. The rest of the girls turned around to see who she was talking trash about. The girl working the drive thru window walked toward the group of girls to grab my food that they had just finished bagging. The blonde haired girl continued to talk trash about me to her as well, but the sweet girl working the drive thru told her that she was rude as she walked over to me and handed me my food. I told her to tell the girl to stop talking about me and she laughed awkwardly as I drove away. Mask restrictions have finally lifted in our area. None of them were wearing a mask, their choice! Customers should be able to wear a mask without being bullied. If you're going to talk trash about a customer, at least wait until they leave. Management: Please keep your staff in check. The staffs lack of professionalism and ethics are ruining your BRAND. read more

Well The Vienna location is a complete disaster. It's like going through a Burger King drive thru where everyone is clueless. I have taken the time to give two of their locations 5 star reviews. Vienna must be designed and run by infants. 1) the line is long and you can't tell how long until you get in it; 2) there is no way out of it. 3) it moves like a snail. I mean SLOW. And when you envision slow, triple what you are thinking. 4) the left lane moves 2x faster than the right lane because of the disastrous layout. 5) they can't get an order right. So the first time I go I'm in line at 10:04. At 10:32 I finally get to the order screen. You read that right. 28 minutes and there were 11 cars ahead of me. So the car in front of me is visibly upset and I can't tell why she's screaming. When I pull up I find out why. Breakfast no longer available. So you made me wait 28 minutes and stopped breakfast. Well I don't want lunch at 10:32, so now I'm stuck in the line for exactly 11 mins while they give people their orders. So, after 39 minutes I leave with no food. Maybe put a sign on the back of the last car you will serve breakfast to. I mean this is horrible. The young woman in front of me with kids was practically crying. So the next time driving through Vienna I decide to give it another try. This time it was better. Only a 19 minute line. 19 mins? Seriously? So I order a 3 piece tender combo with Chic Fila Sauce. So frustrated by the time I get it that I just pull out. Well a few minutes down the road I open it to find a grilled chicken sandwich with no fries and honey mustard sauce. So 19 mins to give me the wrong food. Congrats Vienna Chic Fil-a. You are officially the worst of the 100+ Chic-Fil-a's I've been to. By a long shot. Embarrassing location. read more

This review is based on an unfortunate experience I just had at this chick-fil-a this morning when ordering a sausage egg and cheese biscuit in the drive through. When I got to the window to pay I was told the system to record your points was not working but the receipt would be provided to collect points. Then while waiting I overhear this young lady say in a rush there are no more biscuits. I asked the young man at the window if they were out of biscuits, and he said no even though I just heard the girl say they were out. I received my order and went home and noticed that it was a Muffin of which I did not order. I return to receive either a biscuit or refund. I asked for the manager and this young kid came who was rude and disrespectful, stating he could not provide me a refund or a biscuit. This was upsetting as I am a valued customer to this facility, however the service was most unfortunate. He did not apologize nor did her offer any other options, just the way my initial went. What should have happened was when it was realized there were no more biscuits then notify the customer and present other options, do not just give them what ever you have as if they are animals. I want to believe that the organization Chick fil A does not believe that is a way to treat your customers. But hold on it gets worse as I am describing who made the statement regarding the biscuit the girl walks pass and i looked at her, to which the child manager retorts you dont have to stare at her to intimidate her. Stop right there i have alright to look at anyone I want to this is AMERICA not a slave plantation. This disrespectful kid thinks he should speak to people of color disrespectful and began to argue with me, when I said i would be filing a compliant. He basically said do whatever you want to do and was rasing his voice at me. Until another manager arrived and removed him from the aggression he was displaying to a customer. AT the end I realized that the morals and values Chick fil A prides its self is no longer practiced. Especially at this facility. By default, Chick fil A good is amazing, however, I have not gotten a correct order from this location yet! One order was placed through their app and my market salad had corn, and was missing fruit! My second order was through door dash and my Cobb salad is missing the hard boiled egg. I expect better service from Chick-fil-A. read more
