I came in with a friend who was ordering food for himself. I wasn't planning on eating, but what I saw was honestly disappointing. He ended up finding a hair in his food, which immediately made the experience unpleasant. On top of that, it was noticeable that staff weren't using gloves or hair coverings while preparing food, which made the situation even more concerning. That combination really raised questions about cleanliness and food handling in the kitchen. Solid chicken spot. We ordered ahead for pick up. Got there and waited 10 minutes until my order was ready - no biggie. You can either order ahead or you can order at a kiosk when you get there. The place is small, best to take to-go in my opinion. The chicken was solid, flavorful and nice crispiness to it. We got some chicken wings, fries, and the Korean nuggets. Love that they stay open extremely late (we got food past 1am). Very small inside - didn't like how there is a set of tables literally right next to the bathroom door entrance - yuck. First time trying with my fiancé. This is definitely a short stop/togo place, but there is more than enough room for people to enjoy their food peacefully! The establishment is clean and we ordered ahead, so when we got there 10 min after ordering, we didn't have to wait long. Service is a little different because you have the choice to call in/order online but also when you're in person you can order at the kiosk yourself or order with the cashier. The food is definitely the star here. All the flavors blend in perfectly and there is just enough kick within all their flavors. The korean soy garlic nuggets are perfectly crispy and juicy! I saved a few for the next day to test cold and microwaved and it was still pretty crispy, flavorful and juicy! My fiancé got the chicken sandwich as well as the loaded fries. Each spicy level is so unique to its own and it is just mouth watering *It is pretty spicy, we eat a lot of spicy food and we even though there was a kick* My fiancé is pretty picky with chicken places, and for him to talk more than 4x about how much he loved it and that he wanted to go back says more than my own words. read more

Don't go to this Hangry Joe's. They gave me two small chicken bites when I ordered a large and a small. When I called they tried to tell me they weren't the same size and then told me there's "really little" difference between large and small, so I might not be able to tell. So either they're lying about having stiffed me for the large or they're stiffing everyone on a $3 upcharge for a large chicken bites. read more

Went here once and first thing that I was not a big fan of was the layout. You need to go down the end of a hallway to order and it's a bit confusing. The time I went there the staff was okay but nothing to write home about. The food was good, Not as good as Daves Hot Chicken.
