This is my go-to spot for chicken wings. We usually place our order at the location or over the phone and it only takes about 10 minutes. Last time we visited, we ordered 2 orders of 10 wings and 1 order of 5 wings. I love that they let you split the wing orders by flavor and we were able to order 5 different flavors. My favorite are the old bay and the garlic Parmesan. Their wings are nice and crispy and a good size. They also give you an ample amount of blue cheese or ranch and you can pick up sauces on the sides as well. Lastly, I tried a buffalo chicken wrap. This was good but it had cheese which buffalo chicken wraps usually don't. Next time I'll opt for no cheese. Parking is easy in the parking lot and service is quick. I ate about three of them and I spent so much time chewing them the rest of my wings got cold. I don't think these guys even know how to cook chicken wings. I checked the business hours, and both Yelp and Google listed this location as closing at 1 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. I placed an order around 10:45 PM and received a follow-up email stating my order would be ready between 11:08-11:24 PM. When I arrived at the plaza, everything was closed except Pizza Boli's--the entire plaza was dark. I was confused because why accept my order if the store was going to close? I called another location while driving up to check if maybe someone was still inside waiting with my food. Instead, I was shocked to find my order left on the ground outside the store. It was in a sealed bag with my receipt attached (which also had my name and phone number), but this is absolutely unacceptable. It's a major health violation, and anyone could have tampered with my food. On top of that, the wings were so dry and overly crispy--almost burnt--that it felt like they were rushed just to get the order out instead of simply calling me to explain they were closing soon and issuing a refund. I actually love crispy wings and have had them here many times, so I know how they usually are. This was nothing like my past experiences. I ordered the hot lemon I believe, now I did not really taste any lemon, but they still had a good flavor. We came here on a weekend lunch time. We went to Sushi Koji next door and the waiting time was 30 min so we decided to try this place. It was completely empty and we were excited to try some "best" buffalo wings. We ordered buffalo wings mild. It was a major disappointment. The wings were not properly defrosted and they double fried it. The wings were dried, the meat color was dulled, the buffalo sauce was very salty. We couldn't finish the entire order because it's really a "tourist spot" type of standard. I very much like to support small business and local stores, even if they are chains, because these are franchisers. But this one just cannot compete in this very diverse and robust restaurant scene in Vienna. This location just opened today and I'm psyched--I love wings and they have them. Plus 30 flavors of wet and dry rubs. Not to mention they have burgers, sandwiches, salads and more. But if you're here, chances are it's for the wings. They were giving wings away (five mild or BBQ) for their grand opening, which I grabbed, in addition to an order of 24 Karat. The mild wings were what you'd expect and hit the mark--not too spicy, not over-sauced, and cooked just right; considering these were being cooked in bulk to give way, I was impressed by how they turned out. The 24 Karat is a blended sauce and while I can't pinpoint all the flavors, it's mostly mild, but with some tanginess and sweetness. It was a good recommendation. They also have a variety of hot options that range from hot Caribbean citrus to nuclear and varying degrees of heat in between. They of course have regular wings (drumettes and flats), but also whole wings, boneless, and other options like chicken tenders. And overall I found the price to be quite reasonable. I was a bit bummed that celery sticks and carrots weren't just given or offered but I believe I saw them cut and packaged and perhaps are only available upon request. Since this was the grand opening, there were a few growing pains. It was pretty busy with a steady but not too long of line for ordering. I waited a bit for my order but presumable it was the manager who came to check on me and check on my order when he took note. Also confusing was there duplicate order numbers adding to some confusion when an order was done--it'd be nice to have a display of when an order is ready rather than trying to hear your order over the din of diners. There was no music but apparently that's coming. Placing the order was straight forward but took a bit of time to clarify my order, which wasn't complicated. The space itself is a bit smaller but plenty of seating. They also had individual slices of what looked to be red velvet cake that looked delicious. Overall a good, positive experience, and I'm sure it'll only improve once they find their flow and work out the kinks. Regardless, I'd go back for the wings and more. read more

Another wonderful addition to Cedar Park plaza! There are so many "chicken" establishments nearby, but for the price and quality of what you get - you can't beat this place! My husband and I stumbled upon this place the other night and decided to give it a try - a simple 10 wing order, 1 flavor per 5 wings (we chose buffalo and honey garlic) simply for $12. We were actually really impressed with how moist and deliciously flavored the chicken wings were! We came back tonight for more since we had a small gathering and decided to order more wings -- we all agreed that it was finger licking good! Considering: 1) quantity for quality of wings 2) SO MANY flavors offered 3) SERVICE - so kind! The manager greeted us in and out, was ever so patient. This definitely ain't the best wings in America, but in Vienna? I went in for lunch on a weekday craving boneless wings. Everything I ordered was based on the cashier's recommendation. I got the Mango Habanero I think, the flavor is categorized as a dry rub but there was obviously sauce and I also got the 24 karat gold. The Mango Habanero was sweet with a bit of kick and the 24 karat gold was a solid honey mustard sauce. I wish the wings had more sauce on it but the chicken is nice and moist. I also got a side of hush puppies with mambo sauce for dipping. The hush puppies were pretty good, nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Picked up buffalo chicken wings and 'dirty rice' today. Wings were awesome--everything I expect in a buffalo chicken wing. They were made fresh to order and absolutely delicious! They have a variety of flavors, but I stuck with traditional. They actually reminded me of Clyde's chicken wings. The 'dirty rice,' which really is just yellow rice, was a bit disappointing based on expectation level. Don't get me wrong the rice wasn't bad--it just wasn't dirty rice (ground beef, onion, bell peppers, etc.). It did make for a great base for add your own seasonings or one of the accompanying sauces. I've been to America's Best Wings about 4 or 5 times since they opened, and each visit has been very consistent so I thought I would be in a good place to provide a review of this place. To summarize, it is excellent and I'm planning to keep going there until it goes downhill (which hopefully never happens). I'll explain why I like it. There are 3 main reasons why I like it, in order of importance: 1. They are not stingy with the sauce. I love saucy wings and if you tell them to put a lot of sauce on the wings they will do it. If you ask them for extra sauce on the side they will give you extra at no charge. They even have some of their more popular sauces sitting out for you to get yourself if you want extra. I love a place that knows how important the sauce is and not to nickel and dime you for extra sauce like some other wing places around here. This is the main reason I'll keep going back to ABW. If they ever change this and start charging for extra sauce I'll update this post warning others and likely won't visit as much. But so far so good. A+ 2. They have a wide variety of sauces. As you can tell from my last paragraph, I'm a sauce guy. ABW has buffalo, BBQ, and honey mustard of course, but they also have some really interesting flavors too, and some great combos. The spicy garlic is excellent and so is the 24 karat gold. In fact, I haven't had one that I don't like yet and I try new ones each time I go. They have a caribbean citrus dry rub which sounds like it would make an interesting sauce. But anyway, the wide variety of sauce is great. 3. It is affordable, and a good value for your money compared to other wing places in the area. The portions are good. I feel the bone-in wings are slightly larger than average and the boneless wings are slightly smaller than average compared to other wing places. But all in all I feel it is a good value and why I'll keep going back. There are certainly other reasons I like going here too: It's very close to my house, everyone working here is friendly, parking is easy, it's clean and tidy, and the list goes on. So far each visit has been consistently good and I recommend everyone try it out. read more
