The spicy chicken ciabatta dipper was so good, I came back 2 days later to order it again!! I love the idea of dipping a sandwich to enrich the flavors. I think the tomato sauce with the thick cheese they include in the sandwich makes for the perfect combo! I also ordered the green goddess Cobb salad, bc it looks like the freshest salad on their website, and to my surprise, it came out not looking anything similar at all to the picture online. We have lunch here often for some unfathomable reason. Hope maybe. Maybe faith in the occasional chocolate pastry. For the last two weeks, the French baguettes have been overcooked. (Feed it to the pigeons, don't put it on my plate like this is a middle school cafeteria.) One item is always wrong. Sometimes it includes an allergy item and must be remade. Sometimes, it is missing an ingredient or has an additional ingredient. Today it was a cilantro (aka soap) add. I am polite but inwardly frustrated! Tried their new seasonal flatbread pizza- Margherita Flatbread. Absolutely loved it. It was fresh, the bread was soft at center and had perfect crisp on the base which I liked it. Loved the blend of Mozzarella and shredded fontina. I also ordered Mango smoothie, which I didn't like that much. It had no sweetness of mango, had this weird tangy taste instead. Their service was fast. I ordered it using their app for curbside pickup. How could you get rid of the cheese danishes? These were your best. I understand change is inevitable, but it can be frustrating. On a plus note the coffee provided some caffeine. That was helpful. Some of the new pizzas and sandwiches are decent. Yet Panera isn't going to "wow" you. They are quite common. On a plus note they hire very nice employees. These can be relaxing to connect to the Wi-Fi. I do like the turkey bravo for what it's worth. Inflation has hit them too, but you can get a fair value for your money. *this review is based on the food and the cleanliness only. I'm just surprised. I never had a problem with this location after coming here throughout the years. I'm just a bit frustrated by all this. First and foremost the staff were really nice and friendly. The quick order rapid express order system is great and Panera is really ahead compared to other food chains with this concept. Now the bad. The bathroom. I haven't seen a dirty bathroom this rancid in a long time. It was like I was at a McDonald's bathroom in the middle of a pit stop. It was like they haven't cleaned it in over a day. With a busy location like this they need to step up the cleanliness. It's disappointing they didn't even have soap. It was what everyone else in my group called a death trap the place itself was dirty, dirty tables, etc. Ok I know your asking is that it? The one star is not just due to the lack of cleanliness, but due to that their chocolate croissant made two people in my group very sick. After they split one they began to feel extremely ill and nauseous. It's unfortunate but I wouldn't recommend their chocolate croissant. Clean and lukewarm food was throughout the entire table and some people had cold coffees? I never experienced this at a Panera so it's unfortunate. Came here for a nice quick dinner with my husband. We each got the Pick Two- I got the Chipotle avocado chicken with chicken soup and baguette, while my husband picked the chicken blt and squash soup with potato chips. I really eniyed my sandwich and soup but my husband's squash soup was just deightful and so in season. It was so sweet that it tasted like dessert but still delicious. Not only the worst run Panera I've been to but maybe one of the worst overall restaurants. So poorly run. Unfortunately I revived a gift card as a gift and have come here multiple times. Most recently I'm writing this still waiting after 30 min for a half sandwich and soup. I came at 11am not very busy and person in the queue ahead of me. It took about 8-10 minutes to get our food after ordering at the restaurant - a little longer than I'd hope for. They weren't busy when we went on a Saturday night at 7:30. However, a few more people came in right after we ordered and I expect they head to wait even longer for their food. The flavor and portion of the food was good. This Panera Bread location has been slowly going down. My co-worker and I mainly visit this location for breakfast and coffee. Each coffee canister at Panera has a card that says "Fresh Brewed at [time]".. Three of four canisters says the coffee was brewed at 7:30 am. I was running late so it was about 9:10am when I stopped in. The coffee is almost two hours old and cold. When asking for a fresh batch or refill on the coffee, it's an additional 5-10 minutes wait, on average. In the previous visit, when I order my bagel toasted, (because there is only one employee in the food prep area), it would be left in the toaster too long and end up having burnt bottom. read more

I have enjoyed Panera food and services from a variety of perspectives: catering for business, dine-in and to go. Generally the food and the service are good! I recommend their Summer Corn Chowder soup, Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken, Mediterranean Veggie Sandwitch and Tomato Mozarella Flatbread. Overall the soup/salad/sandwich selection is great making Panera a great lunch destination. A few quick things that do annoy me when it comes to consistency: 1. Coffee! There have been a few times I visited the restaurant to find my favorite coffee pot empty resulting in either me needing to get the coffee I don't necessarily want or additional wait time as I hunt down someone to brew another batch. 2. Better to go packaging! The flatbreads come with a lot of sauce which tends to leak through the cardboard box they come in. Today, 06/14/2020. The manager Omar Aldoori, it is so bad guy, I don't understand what kind of people you have to drive this place . I asked for 2 dark coffee and my food , the coffee maker was empty and I asked him for it. He said ok wait 5 min. I waited for 15 mins and he never refill the coffee maker and made an excuse saying ohh I thought that you wanted light coffee. I can't believe this kind of person manages this place. Stay away from this Paneras during lunch time. I went in today and ordered lunch. The place was busy but it was lunchtime. 30 minutes later my order was still not ready. Same for many other folks. Many were upset as they had other activities to attend to, not wait for going on an hour for a sandwich. And they didn't issue pagers so everyone had to wait in front of the counter. When I asked for a refund - Nope. When I sled how much longer I had to wait Nope. All in all a bad experience. Also- prices have gone up and Corner Bakery is cheaper and their sandwiches and salads are just as good if not better. I do like their bakery and Asiago cheese miche and bagels when they are fresh.
