I am so excited to be able to taste this restaurant's food again. I had brunch there the last time I was in Phoenix, and aside from Breakfast Republic in California, that's my favorite brunch, but I didn't think they had it in Maryland! They have an app that lets you wait ahead of time, but we didn't, so we waited in the car for a long time, not expecting so many people to show up. The wait was long enough, but the service was just awful. First of all they forgot to serve us drinks until after we finished so they didn't charge us for them, then they served us the wrong breakfast plate, they served us a plate with mushrooms on it and neither Npy nor I eat mushrooms, then they replaced it with the correct plate which we packed away before we finished eating and the plate was very greasy. You can't come to the restaurant too many times or the flavor and deliciousness will be greatly diminished. Luckily, they have unlimited black coffee, which tastes pretty good. I kind of missed it this time, but the pancakes were very good and a good amount. First Watch is a classic! We went for my mom's birthday (without making a reservation) and there was plenty of seating. Most people dining in were with coworkers/business partners or family members. That said, the target demographics are not young people or those looking for bottomless mimosas and live music. The kale tonic fresh juice is my go-to, and tastes so refreshing. The French toast melts in your mouth, and the syrup is the perfect consistency. However, the fresh seasoned potatoes were hard and too salty, and the donuts were unbearably sweet. read more

The food was good, pretty much what you would expect from First Watch. However this location needs a little help in the customer service department. The employees always seem to be in the back, leaving the lobby empty for several minutes at a time. Which means you often have to wait a while to get your server's attention. read more

I've tried this location three times since I go to Towson University and each time the food is terrible. Million Dollar potatoes should be Dollar General potatoes because they potatoes were half burnt as well as the onions (which were completely burnt as in charred and black). Even the Million Dollar bacon was half edible and I love bacon. I'm just flabbergasted that this has happened not once but THREE times. All my diets were done online. Maybe dining is different since they will actually see the customer. I will not visit this location again!!! read more

Don't order First Watch on Uber Eats. They won't care if THEY make a mistake. I ordered 2 trifectas. We only received our pancakes and waffle. No meat or eggs! Imagine how irritating that is! I called the restaurant, to see how that could happen. The manager stated that I would have call Uber to order again or ask for a refund, basically blaming them. He was not accommodating or remorseful at all. He stated that maybe the uber driver didn't pick up all the items.....So i called the Uber driver and he stated that he asked for the order and they handed it him, then he asked "is this everything?" and they responded yes. My family loves first watch so we were super excited to discover a new location opened 5 minutes from our house! We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast during the soft opening and everything tasted just like it has at other location we have dined in. I love that this one has an enclosed outside area with multiple tables and a little coffee bar area. The servers were super attentive and the speed of service was amazing for it being brand new. Im sure they will be very busy going forward but it's worth the wait and you can enjoy shopping at all the area stores until your table is ready. read more

Me and my partner went to First Watch Towson today on opening day! The location is beautiful and really nice inside! Service was good and the food did not take long to receive. Coffee was fresh and signature drinks were a hit, especially lavender haze! Outdoor seating looks lovely and it was affordable! Staff was great and we got a free reusable travel mug for their first day!!! We both ordered the tri fecta meal which was the perfect size and taste I recommend this location! read more

The restaurant is modern and clean. It's a great location. However while our server was friendly the service was slow. It took a while for the hostess to acknowledge us and our waiter to greet us. There was only about 7 tables of patrons during our visit, so it was surprising slow for the service and the food to arrive. The morning mediation was refreshing and tasty, and the tomato soup was pretty good. However the roast beef sandwich was a miss. The horseradish sauce was more like an aioli than the usual condiment. The food was good. But here's my issue, what's the point in joining the waitlist online only to be placed at the bottom of the waitlist when you arrive. Then after waiting more time as you should, what's the point in the waiter coming up then saying no we don't have iced coffee and then asking if we are ready to order in less than 2 minutes after sitting down. I stopped in for a quick sit down breakfast. The location was well lit with lots of windows and farmhouse decor. I was greeted and seated at the bar fairly quickly. One of the featured entrees, Million Dollar Harvest Hash, caught my attention. The food was served hot and quickly. I asked for some the eggs to be plated separate. Initially there was no million dollar bacon in my hash, but staff quickly corrected that. The hash ingredients are very complimentary and make for a delicious meal. I've been to the new location in Towson twice. The first time my pancakes were undercooked and it took 20-ish minutes to get me new pancakes. The manager was great, I planned on paying for the rest of my meal (there were 2 people eating) but the manager insisted on comping everything. I went back again about a month later, ordered pancakes again (they are tasty and I love pancakes) and didn't have flatware or syrup. So I asked the first person I saw and it took awhile to get me those items. A manager asked the table if everything tasted good. I said once I get silverware and syrup I will tell you. I guess, ultimately, these are nit picky things. The food is ok. The service is ok. It isn't as crowded as you'd expect. It's fine. WAY BETTER VALUE THAN THE IRON ROOSTER. That place sucks read more

Me & hubby decided to stop in for breakfast. Restaurant is very clean & spacious. The food is very good;however, only thing I didn't like was the service at our table. Midway of us eating our breakfast, our server did not come back to check on us to see if we needed anything else. And even after we finished our breakfast, it took awhile for our server to come back. There is always a wait time when you go here. However, it's never a long wait, usually 10-15 minutes. The restaurant is always clean and the servers always have a positive attitude.
