I would suggest Bonchon in Ellicott City and Be One in Baltimore City, even The Hub in Ellicott. They have better flavors for their chicken. I didn't care for the fries because steak fries are my least favorite type of fry. Customer service was friendly. Parking is ample and free. Price point is very affordable.
