The location is convenient with plenty of parking right next to the Hilton Garden Inn, making it easy to find and access. The venue offers nice variety in seating -- you can choose between the well air-conditioned indoor space with attractive decor and high-top tables, or head outside to their spacious outdoor area. There's even a rooftop area that looks promising (though I didn't get to explore it this visit). Inside, you'll find TVs for catching the game and a pretty good bar selection, though it's not quite a full bar. The staff were super friendly and attentive, which really elevated the experience. I tried the Southern Brogue stout and it was excellent -- definitely worth ordering. Fair warning: it does get loud since it's an active brewery, so it's not the place for an intimate quiet conversation. But if you're looking for a lively atmosphere with good beer, friendly service, and flexible seating options, New Realm delivers. Would definitely come back to check out that rooftop!

It was a stale smell that could easily be remedied by a carpet washing if somebody cared enough to make an effort. It's not like they don't have time to freshen up the place; nobody is eating there. I ordered the Cajun blackened salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I asked for no seasoning. The salmon came out fine. The potatoes were too salty and had too much butter. I did like that they mixed peels with the potato's, but the over seasoning ruined it. The broccoli was horrible. It tasted like it had been in the freezer for a year and recooked. The broccoli was also over buttered, and I have to wonder if they were trying to hide the freezer burn taste. It makes perfect sense that the broccoli would be old. They haven't had customers in a while, so the broccoli spent a lot of time in the freezer. But here's the thing: for what we paid, we deserved a fresh bag of broccoli. If I wanted food like this, I could've grabbed food from the back of my freezer and cooked it myself. It bothers me that it would've taken just a few extra steps to make the establishment an enjoyable dining experience. Maybe they foul it up because they don't enjoy serving large crowds. The younger generation has no work ethics. I will not eat at this store again.

Staff like to talk to each other like street talk across room even when customers are in the room. Likely a worker pink backpack on table and no one seems to care that a customer might want to sit there. I think only reason people come here is it is close to base and name, likely do not come back often unless they are use to poor service.

The first time here service was excellent but it was also very slow. For take out, the food was slow but the service taker was good. The last time I went dining in, it was a Friday and they were a little busy but my waitress had no interest in serving me so service was bad. The restaurant itself is adjacent to the casino on the non-smoking side but it is not too noisy in the restaurant itself. The restaurant is always clean and seems to be staffed pretty decently. The food usually comes out relatively fast. I ordered the Hampton roads cheese steak, the prime rib, and the salad, onion rings, and the collard greens and all the food I have eaten has been good. No issues there. The management staff is pretty visible during busy times but don't see them openly helping staff. I think the restaurant is decent for spending your casino points but if I was paying to eat out, I would definitely not spend my money to eat here. The given wait time was 18 minutes, it only took 12 minutes. My meal was very tasty and satisfying. The ambience of the Texas roadhouse is exactly what it says. It's a Texas style Resturant. The Take-Out service window is covered with a screen graphic, so you really can't see in unless you look between the screen edge and the uncovered window pane. I mentioned this because I gave them my credit card to pay for the food and it took them quite a while to bring my credit card back to the window so I was just wondering what was going on so I did peep between the edge of the screen and the window pane to see what was going on, and one young lady was holding the card and another young lady came in and looked at the card and I'm assuming that they had already put it in the machine, but it took so long I had to knock on the window to find out what was taking so long for them to return my card and that was a concern for me.
