Another First Class Experience at First Watch! We've been here a few times now and it seems that each time is better than the last. Everyone is so pleasant and inviting. The food is top notch - easily the best breakfast/brunch on this side of the bridge. It's so great to see a restaurant hitting it out of the park these days - many of their competitors seem to be going downhill, while First Watch consistently impresses us each time out. Me and my girlfriend go to get breakfast at first watch once a week. This week we went on a Tuesday around 10:30 am. We were seated fairly quickly due to it not being as busy. We placed our order at 10:40 and received our food at 11:25. She ordered her eggs over easy but they came over hard. My smoked ham was cold. This was by far our worst experience we've had here. I love the menu of this place and had a hard time choosing what to get. Unfortunately we waited almost an hour for our food so that really soured my experience. The server did acknowledge the wait after 45 minutes with some fresh fruit and we did get coffee. When the food finally arrive, mine was a bit overcooked so I think they messed up on the other order. I will be back, just not when I'm really hungry. read more

First Watch was absolutely delicious! My drink, Morning Mediation was delicious ! Believe it or not I felt refreshed after my meal! The million dollar bacon was good but nothing to rave about in my opinion. The potatoes were seasoned to perfection with my breakfast meal, which I believe is called the works, and my toast was tasty as well!! This particular restaurant is so poorly run. After our last visit we sai, never again.. But some time has gone by so we gave it another chance. I waited in line behind others waiting to pay their bills. Why not have 2 line? Then several groups were seated ahead of us. We were told it's bc they got on an online wait list.. This system needs improvement. We were told 15 minutes and weren't seated for a half hour. We then sat at our table for 45 more minutes waiting for food only to have our waitress come over and tell us she forgot to put our order in. I don't even believe that was the case because she apologizing to eveyone around us for the wait.. After an hour we actually left. I've never left a restaurant before... But this was ridiculous... We wasted our afternoon and valuable time. This time I will stick to my decision. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Got takeout from First Watch about a week ago. It's difficult for me to find food that all of us like, bc I have 2 very picky eaters. So I went in worried. Well, the worry didn't last. The food was some of the best we've had in awhile. What makes it better is knowing it's very fresh and made of better ingredients than other go to spots. Pricey? Yes. Took off 1/2 star for that, but I also feel like if it's worth it, I'll still get it. And since the pandemic started, we're trying to go above and beyond to support the restaurants we like. So it won't be a weekly thing for us, but we'll definitely be returning. My mouth is watering thinking about that bacon, egg & avocado breakfast sandwich. The reason for removing the other half star is because it's a small sized dining area and it was pretty much packed with maskless diners. All the workers were masked but it's almost worth questioning what the point of that is, when there's easily 40-50 people without masks in the same small room. I realize as a business they're trying to make money, but that seemed dangerous in the middle of a pandemic. Needless to say, we'll be sticking with take out for awhile. read more

Food was good. However upon being seated 3/11 we ordered coffee and our meals. Then the waiter didn't bring our coffee for 10 minutes not even a sorry. Then 30 or more minutes to get our food. Came by once to ask how it was. Then he disappears for awhile then goes to every table but ours. My wife finally went up front and paid and we left. read more

The server was great! But the food was awful. The kitchen was rushing every order therefore we got everything undercooked and somehow cold. My potatoes were rock hard and raw looking, the onions barely were even chopped (thrown in there) and my sons chocolate chip pancake was cold and tasted horrible. It just tops it off when you waited 45 minutes thinking it would be good. Don't waste your time or get your hopes up, at least on the weekend. read more

If you don't check in online they bump all those people ahead of you and you just sit and wait and have no idea where you are in the queue. I came in at 9:15 with my husband and I'm still waiting for a table for two. I've several groups come in way after us get seated before us. This is horrible. read more

I mean, it's fine, I guess. Simple healthy food, nothing over the top. The million dollar bacon is pretty good. I guess I want something a bit more interesting than another chain restaurant, but that's me. But you won't be disappointed if it's something simple, healthy, and tasty you're after. After being seated at our table our server came over with a fresh pot of coffee and introduced themselves as well as reviewed some menu favorites the special and the different fresh brunch beverages they have to offer. I love the Cherry Hill location and so pumped to have First Watch in Sewell. First Watch seems to have a high standard of food and service no matter what location I stop in.
