I love taking my son here on the weekends for breakfast! While there is generally a wait, we know it's worth it. The food is always tasty and the service is prompt & friendly. This was supposed to be a birthday breakfast for my 78 year old MIL, but turned into a fiasco. We used the call ahead feature since she cannot stand and wait and neither can my 81 year old FIL. we were told we were on the list and it would be 45 minutes. We arrived with plenty of time to spare and were then told it would be another 20-30 minutes. We found my MIL a place to sit and waited. Checked again after 30 minutes and were told another 20-30. After 45 minutes, we were still told it would be a wait. Meanwhile there are 5-6 open tables and parties to 2 seated at tables for 4 while tables for 2 were empty. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there was nothing he could do since the call ahead isn't really like a reservation, it just lets them know who's coming. After that they take whoever is higher on the list when the arrive so lower people on the list keep getting bumped. We left. We went to the diner down the street where we were seated and eating less overpriced but equally good food without a wait. If you plan on going here, put your name on the waitlist at midnight. You might stand a better chance of getting in. Never going here again! read more

My eggs were warm and my toast was hard, had obviously been sitting too long. The potatoes were too salty, I took 2 bites and was done.

My in-laws used their waiting queue. As we were on our way there it said our table was ready. They texted the number back that we were almost there, but it cancelled it as we rolled into the lot. I fault my in-laws for not responding to the bot properly, but that was just the first annoyance with this place. They then made us wait 45 more minutes for a table and then 45 more minutes for food. The whole meal simply took too long. The food was okay, but not so special that I wouldn't go somewhere else next time to avoid the wait. For example, the chorizo omelette tasted like they just used normal sausage instead of actual chorizo and not all that much. It had oddly cut onions in it and an undressed salad. The manager was apologetic to my in-laws for the delays and acknowledged that everything was taking too long, as they were down staff members and overwhelmed. He was too stingy to comp anything and spoke over my mother-in-law, not actually giving her a moment to speak. I know that my in-laws would probably have given them another chance in the future if he went even slightly above and beyond in rectifying things. He even acknowledged that they were regulars. Sure, the day after Christmas is overwhelming, but that's why you prepare in advance. Don't open up on a defacto holiday if you are going to be mediocre at handling the crowds. That's why so many other places remain closed on that day. read more

All I can say is "out of this world"!!! I ordered the farmhouse skillet and my husband ordered the breakfast tacos and also shared the lemon ricotta pancakes. The lemon ricotta pancakes were good, part of me wished that the pancake itself had lemon zest or more of a lemon flavor yet with the lemon curd on top you don't even need syrup; even though the maple syrup they give you is delicious and warm. I generally don't write reviews unless food and service is exceptionally good or exceptionally poor. Unfortunately, the time spent at this establishment was exceptionally poor. I'm unable to comment on the food because afterward a 15 minute wait to be seated, I sat at my table observing customers to my left, to my right, and the table in front of me served. After waiting 20 minutes hoping to be addressed for possible water/coffee, it was clear I was simply overlooked, not sure why. I got up approached the front counter, made the young lady aware of the concern, she offered no resolve. So there you have it! I left without being offered so much as a glass of water. This type of experience was a first for me, leaving a lasting memory. My visit was last Thursday 6/15/23 and strong feelings of disappointment still remain. read more

I love it here - love the environment, the friendly staff, and the menu. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the last 2 times I've been here my eggs have been cold. The first time, my egg was supposed to be over easy and it came out hard boiled, too. I'm assuming the make large quantities of eggs in batches, esp since they're always busy. I gave First Watch an awful rating 2 weeks ago. Today we gave it another shot & omg what a turn around!!! I placed an internet reservation 45min before arriving. Once we got there we were seated immediately & the place was PACKED. The owner was even walking around making sure everything was perfect. EXCELLENT JOB SIR!! Our server, Maggie, was unbelievably AMAZING!! She was attentive, sweet, helpful, & all around the best I've seen at this First Watch! The people that were seating walk-ins 2 weeks ago were completely unorganized. Walk-ins were seated before us and we had internet reservations! AWESOME turnaround this week! Any time we managed to get her attention, she latched on to the first thing we needed and ran off before listening for the numerous things she forgot (ex. Both our water glasses had floating dirt in it so we wanted a different glass) Needless to say it was an endless cycle of us trying to flag her down. We also felt pretty rushed. Check was dropped off before we were even done our meal (okay fine totally on board letting the next group eat), but we weren't provided any take out boxes?? Me and my boyfriend typically come here once a weekend. We are huge fans of the biscuits and gravy, avocado toast, and typically the million dollar bacon. Unfortunately today, I have to say I was dissatisfied with the quality of our food. The sausage gravy for our biscuits looked translucent and the ground turkey looked pink. Our million dollar bacon was so hard and burnt it probably wasn't even worth a penny. I felt like I was chewing rocks. Beef Jerkey is more then tender than that. Been to this new location and others, King of Prussia, Naples Fl. The food at this location is inconsistent. On a recent visit had to send back eggs 3 times. That's pretty hard to do. Hate saying this but 2 other tables near us sent back food too. The cook has to go or this place is 'toast'. No one is gonna pay $40 for breakfast for 2 people if the food is iffy. Only waited about 10 to 15 minutes after our time, waitress came over after about five minutes, we gave our drink order and luckily gave our food order as well. Drinks came in about 15 minutes, the food did not arrive for about 45 minutes. As I looked around the restaurant I saw that nobody had food, waitress said they are too busy with takeout. There were six people in my party, two people got their French toast order, in my opinion it was from the freezer section of Walmart. And it was not hot. I'm actually kind of opposed to the practice because it seems to me to always be negative, but.....This place is fantastic! Great service, bright/clean space and the food was incredible. Fresh and delicious. My wife and I got the crab avocado toast and the BLT Eggs Benedict with a side of million dollar bacon. (I'd go back just for the bacon).
