Went for dinner and gave their holiday special menu a try - it didn't disappoint. Always enjoy the food here and service is always excellent too. Love the fact that they carry wine as well now.

Was looking forward to trying this place. Unfortunately it was an underwhelming experience. Line was long but moved. Old place with some charm. Server was very nice and food came out in timely fashion. I asked for scrambled eggs with cheese on top. Server said chef would not do that but I could have it more like an omelette. Evidently she was told that it would not be cooked properly or some stupid reason. I say stupid because I always ask for my eggs that way and never a problem at any other place. Got turned off by that statement. Then my toast came burnt so that was second strike for me. Server asked if we wanted onions on our potatoes which we both opted for. My onions were burnt but not my wife's. Strike 3. Food taste was average so for that reason I won't return

Food is always delicious at Blue Plate!!!! The chef is always creating new dishes while the favorites stay on the menu. Be sure to check out their seasonal specialty dinners. All food is fresh! The service is always exceptional. The interior is very comfortable and plenty of parking in the rear, or additional lot a one minute walk away.

We came in on a Saturday and we only had less than a 10mins wait! This place is bigger than it looks on the inside. We were seated upstairs for breakfast/lunch. THE WINGS were my favorite easily. The dry rub and the ranch was sooo good. The ranch tasted homemade. The fries were huge and the chicken sandwich was too. Two of us went home with left overs. Our server was very sweet and the menu is easily marked with GF items. It's nice to have a menu that delineates gluten free items without having to ask.

Never in my life have I shad such slimy and super fishy tuna; not only in taste but in odor as well. I ordered medium rare for the tuna as well, and it was ice cold rare seared. The food server walked away before I could even get one word out. The matzo ball soup was in desperate need of salt/ flavor. The little bit of chicken in it was very tough and stringy. I paid and left, I will not be back.

Our waitress, Carissa was so attentive and sweet! We ordered a Cannoli French toast for the table, I had the peach pancakes and an off menu side of spinach, mushroom, and goat cheese which came out perfect! That peach pancake was gigantic, lightly sweet and had a wonderful balance of fluffy and crisp.

This place is so good! My sister is gluten free and they had great choices to pick from. I loved the breakfast poutine, highly recommend trying it out! My sister got an omelette and my boyfriend got the buttermilk chicken sandwich. The sandwich had good flavor but it was a little dry. They had tons of seating, we had awesome seating, upstairs near the window. Our server was super sweet. Definitely coming back.

Stopped for lunch on a cold rainy day. Place was very busy. We had to ask for our server so we could order our meals. We sat downstairs which would have been fine but on such a cold day the opening and closing of the back door made for a chilly experience. The matzoh ball soup was good with overflow of chicken. The Buffalo chicken in the wrap could have been crispier and the fries a little more cooked.

Was really looking forward to trying this place as my family and I travel all over to try different small businesses rather than chains. Unfortunately our experience was very underwhelming and very disappointing. My daughter's boyfriend ordered a coffee and it was never brought to him. We asked for it a second time and again it never came. (Guess he wasn't ment to have coffee with his breakfast). The waitress was kind of pushy and rushed us to order. My daughter ordered the Cinnamon Strudel Pancakes with a Vanilla Drizzle lol the Vanilla was sickening sweet, and the pancakes were drowning in the vanilla you couldn't taste anything else. Needless to say she only ate two bites because it was poured on the pancakes not drizzled. The waitress didn't deliver the food, and didn't come back to ask if anything was ok. No one ever refilled my husbands coffee. I had Eggs Benedict and it was good, my only complaint is that the homefries were still hard, they needed to be cooked longer. My daughters boyfriend ordered an omelette, all of the items were cold and just throw on the inside of the plain omelette they made, nothing was mixed together, the cheese wasn't even melted, again his homefries were hard also. My husbands French Toast was just normal French Toast. The fruit & granola yogurt was ok. When I asked the waitress for a box for my food when she came with the bill she told me they didn't have any, a hostess over heard her and brought me a box. When the hostess brought me the box the waitress said, "I thought they were for takeout orders only" Needless to say this was a total flop, don't think we will go back, especially since it was $78.30 for food we didn't eat.

Since retired but came here today to see my friend/old customer. Got here at 12pm. Seated quickly in the back (place was very dark). Waitress came by for our soft drinks. I order an ice tea. She came back as the tea had to be brewed - now its noon time and tea for ice tea isnt brewed which took 10/15 mins (first strike). Placed our order - i ordered 5 wings and the roasted veggie grinder. Lunch partner ordered a French dip. Wings came out timely and were good. It took the French dip and roasted veggie grinder 30 mins to come out and the order was wrong - it wasnt a French dip, my sandwich was not toasted, nor did it have the aioli on it either (2nd strike); both went back - server apologized and said remake would come out quickly. There was a table of 3 ladies other side of us and their order came out three times to complete - it came out piecemeal but i digress. Server was clearly embarrassed since she stayed away. I saw her and asked when out food was coming - 1255pm the remake came out. The French dip was supposed to be on a seeded roll which it was not, and my roasted veggie sandwich was a mushy mess of what they called roasted veggies still on a soft ciabatta roll that was not toasted as a grinder should be and the veggies were over salted. (3rd strike) The server offered to have the manager come by but I declined as he/she would not have been happy by the time I was done with him or her. After being closed for a few years was excited to come back. Needless to say wont be going back. It should not take 30 mins for sandwiches to come out, then be a wrong order or not as advertised, then have to wait another 20 minutes for the remake and still be wrong. my sandwich was comped which was kind of the server.
