This place is here to stay. The location is nice, always host a decent sized crowd and the food is great. I will say that I don't hang there (no specific reason) but I would mention this place if asked. I recently ordered the honey hot wings & the steak fries. The fries usually come with mozzarella cheese & steak....sooo good! I heard about other items but have not tried. Just head over & get something. You will not be mad.

I am honored to give this establishment 5 stars. I travel all over the country and I must say this little family owned bar and grill is to notch. The bartender was amazing. Tiffany made my evening a pleasure. She recommended the wings and pizza and she was spot on. The wings are baked then fried and coated with your choice of sauce, hot for me, quite tasty. Their pizza is amazing. The crust light and toppings fresh. This is my go-to place whenever I am in the area, cold beer cheap prices and amazing food while served by entertaining wait staff who makes you feel right at home.

I came back and discovered the creative flair of Gabby and Noah collaborated to satisfy anyone! They added "brisket" to the menu. Yes, .... I know, I hear ya; "brisket in Jersey?" Yup, damn right! Collaboration with Gabbs, chief chef in the kitchen creating a brisket sandwich it this review is not about that sandwich, it's about the "HOLY COW"! This sandwich was amazing with the burger and addition of the brisket. I'm not a big fan of putting slaw on a sandwich but I know a lot of people are, However I deleted it! Anyway, I added tots instead of fries and my dipping sauce was the blooming onion dip sauce instead of ketchup. I also asked for the BBQ sauce on the side so I could gauge how much I wanted. The caramelized onions! I opted out of the sauce because I'm not a big fan of horsey sauce but you do you! Couples great with a cold beer (Miller Light for me and Jameson shot). My bartender Katie was the best "jahn" around, never missed a beat to ensure my beverages were filled and cold! If your in South Jersey and you want some comfort food to knock your socks off so far in the dirt that you'll never be able to dig them up, come fill your belly's at Wilson's! It's a quaint plaza type hometown bar that adores and caters to local sports. Thursdays and Mondays pool night. Darts if you're willing. Sundays and Wednesdays $2 off wings. Daily drink specials happy hour $3 a beer or $13 buckets (5 beers). Noah! Gabby! Big respect, probably best sandwich I e had in a long time. Order the burger medium but skip well done, the brisket makes up for it. I love this bar! South Jersey Icon!

The bank rolls, dry rub wings, and whiskey wings were absolutely amazing--perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Service was friendly and fast, which made the experience even better. Even made my own a few times, thinking I had it all figured out. But then I walked into The Bank Bar and had my mind completely rearranged. The place itself? Perfect. It's got that old-school, no-nonsense vibe with just enough charm to let you know they actually care. You walk in, and it's like the place has been waiting for you--dark wood, a little history on the walls, and that unmistakable smell of something incredible happening in the kitchen. The kind of place where you know, deep down in your soul, that good things are about to happen. And then came the sandwich. This roast pork wasn't just good. It wasn't just great. It was the best roast pork sandwich I have ever had in my life. No exaggeration. First bite--boom--instant revelation. The pork was juicy, packed with deep, rich flavor, and shredded just right, like it had been slow-cooked by someone who truly understands patience. The roll? Oh man, that perfect balance of crusty and soft, holding everything together without stealing the show. Then you get hit with the garlicky, herb-loaded bite of the greens--sautéed just enough to still have a little bite, but soft enough to melt into everything else. And the cheese? Sharp provolone, the kind that makes your taste buds wake up and pay attention. I sat there, sandwich in hand, just nodding to myself like some kind of roast pork prophet. Every bite was a reminder that this is how it's supposed to be done. It wasn't a meal. It was a life experience. If you haven't been to The Bank Bar yet, fix that immediately. Order the roast pork. Thank me later.

Since retired but came here today to see my friend/old customer. Got here at 12pm. Seated quickly in the back (place was very dark). Waitress came by for our soft drinks. I order an ice tea. She came back as the tea had to be brewed - now its noon time and tea for ice tea isnt brewed which took 10/15 mins (first strike). Placed our order - i ordered 5 wings and the roasted veggie grinder. Lunch partner ordered a French dip. Wings came out timely and were good. It took the French dip and roasted veggie grinder 30 mins to come out and the order was wrong - it wasnt a French dip, my sandwich was not toasted, nor did it have the aioli on it either (2nd strike); both went back - server apologized and said remake would come out quickly. There was a table of 3 ladies other side of us and their order came out three times to complete - it came out piecemeal but i digress. Server was clearly embarrassed since she stayed away. I saw her and asked when out food was coming - 1255pm the remake came out. The French dip was supposed to be on a seeded roll which it was not, and my roasted veggie sandwich was a mushy mess of what they called roasted veggies still on a soft ciabatta roll that was not toasted as a grinder should be and the veggies were over salted. (3rd strike) The server offered to have the manager come by but I declined as he/she would not have been happy by the time I was done with him or her. After being closed for a few years was excited to come back. Needless to say wont be going back. It should not take 30 mins for sandwiches to come out, then be a wrong order or not as advertised, then have to wait another 20 minutes for the remake and still be wrong. my sandwich was comped which was kind of the server.

I almost thought it was closed, but nope! There wasn't a big crowd, but it was a Monday at 7pm. A bunch of regulars enjoying the space. It was fairly loud with music. Super friendly folks working here. Our server was very sweet and made some recommendations as well as advised the specials for the night. Small hiccup with the beer I was served, but it was wet, so I drank the beer I was given. Ordered up the baked clam special. BBQ sauce and cheese was an odd combination, but actually quite good. I had the mussels and spaghetti for dinner. I asked for the Diavolo sauce, but not sure I received it. The sauce was not spicy at all, but some added red pepper flakes did the trick. The mussels were fantastic and a ton of them too. Spaghetti was cooked well and swimming in sauce. Small loaf of warmed bread for dipping. My wife had a chicken cutlet sandwich and she found it a bit bland if I'm being honest. She dipped her bread in my sauce to give it a bit more flavor. They put on the home run derby which was appreciated. All in all, a fun stop. Not quite sure I'd return unless I needed a place to hang before that next run to PHL. They were very nice and appreciative of the business and we enjoyed our time dining here.

I learned later that this restaurant has been around since the early to mid 1900's. Plenty of parking in a large open lot. The place is very large and has one of the longest bars I've seen. The wood is very dark and you can see the chefs cooking over the hearth. They don't take reservations and won't see you until your entire party is there. One of the things I liked for our party of 10 was they had no problems with seating as they also have many large round tables. For mixed drinks, they make them pretty big and potent. For my martini, they sent back an extra glass. They also had great bleu cheese stuffed olives. We ordered onion rings (8 large to an order) and fried zucchini. The onion ring I had was pretty good. I didn't have the fried zucchini but heard it was also pretty good. Other than the light fare items, all dinners come with their salad bar which has both iceberg lettuce and Caesar Salad along with many fixings as well as cheeses and bread. I had the Baked Seafood Platter which came with scallops, shrimp, Clam Casino (without the shell), Maryland crab cake and a small lobster tail for $49.99. My wife had the baked chicken breast which she said was quite dry. The dining area is quite large and reminds me of the restaurants at a casino. Some in our group said it reminds them of Medieval Times due to the dark wood vibe. While I thought it was a bit pricey, I would still come back and try their signature steaks or prime rib.
