No cheese, nothing mixed in. I was surprised. The taquitos I've had in the past are made with shredded chicken and potatoes with cheese. These were lacking flavor and dry. I wanted to love them so much but I just couldn't. For our entrees, I did the chimichanga mixto which was a chicken and beef chimichanga. They were on the smaller side but plenty for one person. The filling was mixed with salsa but again felt bland. They were serviced with a side of rice. My mom got the pina loka, which was grilled shrimp, chicken, and steak with onions and peppers inside a pineapple. Hers was very good. My husband got the La Jeño mix which had chicken shrimp and steak with cheese sauce, rice, and veggies. The flavor of his was pretty good as well. We skipped dessert, but the menu was extensive with all your Mexican favorites plus items like chicken parm. They also have a full breakfast menu.
