My old haunt changed it up and created a new menu! I moved to Maine but trying to sell my South Jersey log cabin. I came back and discovered the creative flair of Gabby and Noah collaborated to satisfy anyone! They added "brisket" to the menu. Yes, .... I know, I hear ya; "brisket in Jersey?" Yup, damn right! I traveled all over, originally from Ky but spent many a day delighting in Texas BBQ (my great friend, Ercole Chila, miss you to the moon and back! But Noah in Gibbstown, NJ! Collaboration with Gabbs, chief chef in the kitchen creating a brisket sandwich it this review is not about that sandwich, it's about the "HOLY COW"! This sandwich was amazing with the burger and addition of the brisket. I'm not a big fan of putting slaw on a sandwich but I know a lot of people are, However I deleted it! Anyway, I added tots instead of fries and my dipping sauce was the blooming onion dip sauce instead of ketchup. I also asked for the BBQ sauce on the side so I could gauge how much I wanted. The caramelized onions! I opted out of the sauce because I'm not a big fan of horsey sauce but you do you! Couples great with a cold beer (Miller Light for me and Jameson shot). My bartender Katie was the best "jahn" around, never missed a beat to ensure my beverages were filled and cold! If your in South Jersey and you want some comfort food to knock your socks off so far in the dirt that you'll never be able to dig them up, come fill your belly's at Wilson's! It's a quaint plaza type hometown bar that adores and caters to local sports. Thursdays and Mondays pool night. Darts if you're willing. Sundays and Wednesdays $2 off wings. Daily drink specials happy hour $3 a beer or $13 buckets (5 beers). Noah! Gabby! Big respect, probably best sandwich I e had in a long time. Terrible service. I was harassed immediately upon entering as if I was someone else. I hadn't been there in a while and was told never to come back. I calmly awaited the police to leave a record that the bartender was drunk and this of course can cause a problem with the Dram Shop law. If she over poured a customer and they drink and drive the bar will be closed. See video read more

This place isn't a bar, it's a health violation with drink specials. The food use to be good. The staff are rude. The service is especially awful on Sundays, and the bartender acts like they're doing you a favor just by acknowledging you. There are roaches, literally crawling on the bar. I've seen one resting on one of the taps at the bar, thats a biohazard. If your not a regular. Your treated like a second class citizen. The building is crumbling, The roaches get better service than paying customers. This place needs more then a bad review--it needs a bulldozer. Do yourself a favor: skip it, and let this dump rot in peace. read more

Its a Sports bar with plenty of seating, their bar is big and plenty of tv's This spot even has a liquor, wine and beer take out selections.their wine selections is not the biggest.plenty of gaming attractions..pool table, dart boards, touch tunes, and multi game video game. They have specials, beer bucket specials (everyone loves the beer bucket) The service here is friendly, my bartender has been nothing but nice. If you stop in ask for Rachel..she is money. I ordered their cheese steak quesadilla's and the loaded cheese fries with bacon, ranch and monterey jack cheese. The fries are good, and when they say bacon, its not bacon bits.. Your regular neighborhood bar. Nothing special , but the wings are KILLER. reasonably priced. Fried from fresh (not "refried" like many other establishments). Listen. Staff is friendly, lots of locals as it's pretty divey. Their wings & chicken tenders are the stuff. Cheesesteak nachos are amazing too: chopped cheesesteak (like it should be), queso & shredded cheese and choice of mushrooms, jalapeños, peppers, onions, tomatoes, lettuce with sides of both salsa & sour cream. DO NOT GO ON WING NIGHT!!! I actually really like the wings here. Inferno's actually use the Moruga Scorpion Pepper. Unfortunately the service on wing night is just really bad. Most bars do a wednesday wing night and most bars are equipped to handle the resonable expectation that there may be at least slightly more traffic on said wing night. Twice in two years I have waited nearly an hour to get an order of 10, yes 10 wings. I was told that my order would be out 15 minutes before my friends order of 20 wings even though we ordered at the same time. There was a woman sitting next to us who ordered takeout wings after my friend and received her takeout order before my friends order came out. When my order came out they were ALL FLATS AND NO DRUMS!!! My friends order was a healthy mix of both. How is that possible??? And we've frequented this establishment many times and actually drink and spend money there. There is simply a disconnect between bar staff and the kitchen staff. Someone is simply not doing their job. Domenic's, 45th St. Pub, Mt. Royal Inn, NP Pub, all of these places do a great job with their wing night. If you're looking for good wings, a good deal AND good service go to one of these places. Wilson's Pub just can't get it right. read more

I absolutely love working next to Wilson's as well as living nearby. While I'm at work I always order from Wilson's and not only is their food fantastic but they always deliver it right to me. I love to hang out there during my free time as well. They have a great staff and the prices are very reasonable. read more
