First Watch never fails me, no matter what location I've visited. Food is well prepared and delicious. Atmosphere is always clean and inviting. Andy my server was awesome! Andy was very pleasant and provide top notch service. Truly enjoyed my breakfast and quiet time.

A must if you're looking for a great breakfast and/or lunch spot! I ordered a breakfast platter - the eggs and sausage were moist and flavorful and the pancake was spectacular! The other people at our table had a salad, soup and a breakfast platter and everyone reported enjoying their meal. We shared a blue berry corn bread and that was absolutely wonderful as well!

The day after valentines day, I had the pleasure of dining in. Disclaimer: this is my new favorite brunch spot, offering spacious seating, clean atmosphere and great service. When it comes to trying new restaurants, the 2 things I look for are multiple food options, and creativity on the menu. Needless to say this restaurant checked all the boxes. Not your ordinary breakfast by far! I love how they blended ingredients, that you would normally see in Spanish dishes and meshed it with traditional breakfast. My dish was a great introduction to the first watch world, and definitely will be returning. 10/10

What a gorgeous Day in Savannah to be out and about. I've been to the one in florida and was excited to go again. I couldn't stop thinking about their delicious lemon ricotta pancakes so I had to have it again. My husband had the salmon eggs Benedict which he said was ok. The service was pleasant and she was training an employee. She was nice and made some personal suggestions which we didn't care for but understood she was training. I just don't like when people assume I don't want something based on their preferences and their likings, Everyone is different. Would love to go back and try something different for sure.

Enjoyed a lovely brunch at First Watch on our way to the SAV airport. The service was amazing - thanks to Destiny and the wonderful staff. Destiny went above and beyond to sit our two large parties and we greatly appreciate it. I had the eggs Benedict on gfree toast. Always nice to have a gfree option. The service was fast and food quick!

Yes, you'll have to wait on the weekend. Yes, First Watch is worth the wait. We love a breakfast place that can bring some traditional options, fresh ingredients, and get everything to your table hot. Sounds simple? We're shocked at how disorganized breakfast places are and are happy to compliment First Watch. We tried the avocado toast, omelet, and bacon. All dishes (again) were fresh and served hot. Service was quick, flexible, and had zero errors. Our only constructive feedback is to pay at the table (e.g., Toast app) versus a more Shoney's (front counter) check out system. If you're sitting outside, it's hard to navigate through the crowd, get up to the register, then wait in line. We were on an airport run and would have loved to have just paid and been on our way.

Good food! Million Dollar bacon was delicious, actually my fave. It was a busy Sunday and the wait was about 30 min for a table which wasn't too bad BUT the wait for our food once it was ordered took about 45 mins.

Do you ever wake up thinking you need a delicious Belgian waffle? Well when you do, go straight to first watch. They have the best waffles, and a tasty breakfast menu, with light cocktails like fruity mimosas and deliciousness of the like. The service has always been great here. I like sitting at the bar, you car see outside, lighting is great and you can catch view of the entire restaurant, if you like people watching.

Roadtrip breakfast! I was questioning the pregnant friend before going on the trip about what places were good for breakfast & she referred to herself as a First Watch B****, lol. Ok- when you say it like that, let me google where there is one in Pooler, Ga- done! We departed my home at 5am and pulled into a parking spot at 7:04am, just in time for opening! Our group, two of us have food allergies- oddball food allergies, and the one pregnant one who doesn't quite know what will feed her cravings or make her nauseas. That did play a part at breakfast! I traded some of my compote that came with my waffle for strawberry jam on my friends plate- because she's allergic to strawberries! Everyone enjoyed their plates and there wasn't much tasting of each others dishes at this meal, but food was delicious and service fabulous!

I ordered delivery and this is how my grits were delivered. Very disappointed.

Maybe new packaging should be considered for soups and grits; something more secure. To receive my order with the grits in the bag instead of the cup was very disappointing. That was the side in my meal. It was also my first time ordering from this location being a new resident to the state. I was hoping to add First Watch as one of my go-to breakfast places.

Great Breakfast. Tho we waited 15 minutes to perhaps 20 minutes. Even another table that was empty when we arrived and well after we set received drinks and food before we were ever waited on. We didn't even realize that right away because we weren't focused on that table tho we knew it was empty upon arriving. Table next to us as well empty a while. We know because we asked for the 2 seater instead to the right of it. Perhaps the waiter for us was busy but know one didn't address nor greet us other than the door keeper. After so very long there was a young lady we stop who was Bearcats asked who was the waiter for our side and she said she find out. But because we awaited so long she'd receive our orders out of courtesy for our waiter. We said thanks and then I said, we'd like to request you as our waiter. And that's a rap. Sunshine was awesome and we appreciate her service very much. Breakfast was awesome as usual and perhaps our waiter whoever he or she would have been was busy. However, someone besides the door greeter who sits the customer should come by the table to give drinks when your wait will be as such. Because I'm not norvarecwe over exaggerating the time we waited nor our experience. DO BETTER 1st WATCH! Saturday Morning September 5th 2024 OVER & OUT FranknKimm

Super chewy churros with no cinnamon even though they had that in the name... :(
Amanda G.

Our experience was just okay. Seated immediately which was great and the place was clean, cute, and staff was friendly. Ordered the cinnamon churros, no cinnamon on them at all and they were so chewy and tough to eat. The salted caramel dipping sauce was good but it's probably not hard to pour caramel and salt it. For a meal I ordered the million dollar harvest hash with eggs over hard cause I can't have a runny egg while pregnant. The dish showed up with eggs that had even uncooked whites. I tried to slide them off the plate to be able to enjoy the dish without them and they broke spilling uncooked eggs everywhere. Our server came back about 15 minutes later and I had already eaten enough of my wife's potatoes to know I didn't want any other food. The hash was a mess regardless of the egg and the million dollar bacon just tasted like regular bacon. The server took the meal off which was appreciated but the check for $28 was still shocking! 2 coffees, a side, and an omelette with minimal filling, just disappointing.

The staff that greeted us was very nice and accommodating with our reservation and the time moved quickly to get us seated. The place and the kitchen were extra busy to be expected...The problem I have was with the service... if you have read any of my reviews it has to be rough ..because I am service team defender #1. She made several apologies ...understood... BUT... and this is my problem especially if you have worked on tips and it's not a normal service day... even if the kitchen is backed up - at least keep the contact with your table, water glass and coffee cup filled.. and before we start to defend the service she had 3 tables at the most and we had to ask several times IF we even saw her on the floor... for coffee or water. At times she would just walk by and not even make an attempt to check. Look I get it and I'm not here to bash but when you are spending $$ the wait is easier if you have a full drink and some interaction with the staff. (I don't need to be baby sat) Here's what hurts... we have frequented ABE for over 10 years starting in PCB. After an hour of sitting, the food finally rolled out. The beignets were doughy on the inside. The crab cake Benedict was soggy... the potato's were lukewarm, the grits were good not going to beat everything up and when we could get coffee it was great... I watched her other tables (because I had Plenty of time while staying engaged with my people) and it was obvious they were having the same experience. OK the bail out... will we go back "yes" probably not on a holiday... LOL. It could have been a bad day for her... it could be she's new.. based on their standards... overall for me it was disappointing and not the best experience... what's redeeming is when the mother of your children is gracious and forgiving...

I arrived at Biggby just before 6am and settled in for a solid two hours, staying warm, enjoying my coffee, and catching up on writing Yelp reviews. It was the kind of slow, steady start that makes the rest of the day feel more manageable. The baristas were a lively bunch, moving with that early‑morning energy that keeps a place humming. They did a great job keeping the coffee flowing as customers cycled through. The drive‑through never seemed to pause for more than a moment, and every so often a few people wandered inside to warm up and grab their drinks. All in all, it was a very pleasant morning, the sort of stop that makes an early start worthwhile. I will happily return to Biggby for their consistently great coffee. Somewhat inconvenient location for gas station quality coffee and baked goods…read more Staff was friendly as was the owner. Location is clean but is really lacking on quality ( no fault of the owner or staff because this is a chain ) Baked goods are on par with Sam's club (frozen and defrosted donuts) and no whole milk is available ( which is an obvious cost cutting measure- so this place cares about volume rather than quality. Overall, if you like Parker's or Murphy's coffee - you'll like this place. If you prefer a higher quality drink, I'd give it a pass. Update / Reply to owner comment : Hi Scott, Thanks for taking the time to read my review - I hope you found my suggestion about including whole milk to be helpful, and that it reminded you of my visit when I told you directly that I was disappointed that you didn't have it as an option. I know you meet a lot of people so no hard feelings for attempting to defend your business online or not remembering our direct encounter - because you are actually the person that told me Biggby was a chain. I hope this clears the air of any accusations of me being "scared" of you. I don't feel the need to defend myself about updating typos or posting across platforms - as a business owner I'm sure you understand that your potential customers use a wide variety of means to look up businesses. I stand by my review, and feel that 3 stars is fair for the product you provide. Not refined enough for my tastes but will probably hit the spot for those in the market for budget coffee with interior seating.

I was lucky enough to get a spot on the deck and it's just a great atmosphere. The service people are all fantastic but what can you expect from the Georgia people. I love it down here. I had to try the chorizo poppers and I'm glad I did. The steak bowl lacked flavor, I was glad I got the habanero salsa - it made up for the lack of flavor on it and had good spice. The plantains and cinnamon apple sauce on the side was a nice "dessert" after my meal. Chips were hot and salsa was fresh and vibrant. Not a bad experience. For 2 drinks, bowl, and 2 sides it was only $35-45.
