The food was great, as was the service. It was our first time there and there was a sign in the front that said "Please seat yourself." I thought we would have to wait forever for service but that definitely was not the case. We sat down and less than a minute later we were greeted by our waitress. I believe her name was Gabby. She was very polite and attentive. Another lady who wasn't even our server checked in on us as well. The vibe was giving family friendly it looked as if big groups could be accommodated too. Phili Cheesesteak on a Bun with fries - bun had mold! Waitress was great but owners didn't care and no apology. Yes got an omelette instead but.... This has always been a go to breakfast place for us about once every two weeks but will not be returning. Owners are on their phones and have no customer service. So my family stopped here for some breakfast before we head to our trip for St. Simmons. The staff here are very friendly and so nice that they are welcoming to everyone to include their daily customers. The food is very delicious and freshly made. The House Omelette was very flavorful. I loved how they grilled the onions, ham, and bell peppers inside. My daughter asked for the Deluxe Burger. And amazingly she ate the whole thing. It definitely looked very delicious. My oldest son asked for the Kung Fu Chicken and it was amazingly delicious. Everything looked immaculate. The place was very clean and they are following COVID protocol very well. I will definitely make this place to eat the next time I am visiting my friends in Georgia. read more

Piping hot omelette served quickly and with a smile. The large dining area tells me this is a popular dining spot in Richmond Hill, as well as, the steady stream of diners. They have a weekend breakfast buffet that must be quite popular as I heard a neighboring table discussing its attributes. I ordered the Original omelette, first in a long list of omelette choices. Came here for breakfast with my family. The dining room is surprising large. It's clean and open with ample seating. After grabbing our seat our waitress came by quickly and got our drink order and brought menus. The breakfast buffet is what I got as well as my kids. My wife ordered the chicken philly. My wife reported it was good but nothing extraordinarily. The buffet was constantly being refilled so you know the food is fresh. The downside of course being you may have to wait for something to be restocked. The buffet had pancakes, bacon,link and patty sausage, hash browns, hash, French toast sticks, some fruit, scrambled eggs and a few other odds and ins. The food was all fresh and good. The bacon was thin and slightly over cooked for my liking, but aside from this it was all cooked well. In conclusion, a reasonably priced breakfast/brunch option with good but nothing special food. Really disappointing breakfast buffet. Every item of the buffet was disappointing. There were a ton of fried options and tons of corners cut. Rather than fresh fruit, there were canned peaches and mandarin oranges. The scrambled eggs were looking a little grey and the corn beef hash was from a can. I'm not sure much "cooking" went into this breakfast. I can't believe they charge $12 for such a depressing spread. Other than the food, I will say that the waitresses were very nice and it seemed like there was a pretty regular crowd. Prehaps ordering a regular breakfast not from the buffet may be really good. But I am in no rush to go back and try after that experience so I may never know. read more

The key to this place is managing expectations. It's a very average diner that serves very average food. On the plus side, the service was good, the food came out fast, and the bill was cheap. ($10 for 2 eggs, bacon, toast, and hash browns). One personal pet peeve: instead of clearing the plates and taking them back to the kitchen or staging area- they bring out the gross trolley with all the dirty dishes and bucket full of slop and bus the table onto this cart.... the loud clatter from the dishes being thrown in and the silverware being thrown in is super-loud and annoying to everyone sitting near the table being cleaned. The purpose is to save THEM a little bit of time, but it's at the expense of the customer's experience. I would recommend changing this practice. read more

Breakfast eater beware, or anyone that doesn't want to die of heat exhaustion. My husband and I had been active regulars going here for the last two years and things have gotten increasing worse over time. Today broke it for me, I will never return. Not only is this place always incredibly hot, like 80-90 degrees inside, but today I was served raw eggs in a breakfast bowl. When I sent it back due to the literal egg whites dripping into the sausage/hashbrown/cheese, I received a replacement....of a cooked egg on top of the rest of the bowl I had just sent back. The server was incredibly embarrassed and told me that this is a regular occurance. The best part, it took us more than an hour to receive the food with only 6 other tables available present, most of which had already had their food. When I received the "replacement" I immediately informed them that I would not be eating that. I requested that it be taken off the bill. They then took off a more cheap item from our check rather than removing that item. The owners are literally TERRIBLE, and don't care at all about customer experiences. So again, that was our last visit, and until the customers show the owners that they will not stand for crappy treatment they will only continue to treat people this way. If you choose to dine here, good luck, hopefully you don't get sick! I'll be going to the tons of other local breakfast locations that aren't incredibly cheap and care for their customers. PS. This has nothing to do with the staff. They have amazing servers that we hope will serve somewhere else sometime soon so that we can go see them elsewhere. read more

This place accomplished something I didn't think was possible. It would be my new favorite place in the area except for one thing. Really, the place was clean, menu diverse and interesting, food was very good (except maybe the bread), and the server was flawless. The thing that ruined it for me was every time a stainless steel table was cleared, the busboy sprayed a copious amount of what I assume was straight ammonia for cleaning. We were headed north on I-95 looking for breakfast and Yelp helped find this place. We both got the breakfast buffet ($7.99) which had all the usual suspects on it (sweet and savory options). Staff very friendly and always walking around with a coffee pot in hand (hubs loved this). Buffet had a dedicated person keeping it well stocked and fresh. Side note: If you choose the buffet and are not a scrambled egg person they will cook yours to order at no extra charge. Looks like a lot of locals frequent the place and I can see why. If you're traveling bypass the Denny's right off the interstate and take another couple of minutes to find this place (we used Yelp directions to get here). read more

Unfortunately we discovered this gem after we moved from Richmond Hill. My husband, my son and I went for a late breakfast today and I must say I love this place. This will be our go to breakfast place whenever we come back to Richmond Hill. The food was delicious! Very home made! The staff were delightful, we really liked that they seem to know everyone that came in. At one point even the chef had come out and we spoke to him! Very nice man! I'm really happy to see that this place has family washroom it makes my life so much easier! And really shows me they care! All in all we loved the atmosphere! Will be back for sure! read more
