Bacon egg and cheese on Asiago bragel
    Amanda G.

Had the wife stop in for some breakfast and needed to check out the new place! The bragels, are so good!! Soft, fluffy, and delicious! I had a sausage egg and cheese on everything and my wife had bacon egg and cheese on Asiago. Both very delicious. The egg was a little wet but I guess that's to be expected when it's steamed premade patties. Definitely far better than the local competitors in our opinion. They were out of salted caramel so we had to make a last minute change up in the latte order but I don't hate the switch I made. The cinnabuzz latte is very tasty! Highly recommend!

The coffee was DELICIOUS! I had the mocha chocolate with cold foam and it was AMAZING! I also needed a little more punch so I got the blueberry Red Bull drink and it was exactly what I needed! The staff was so friendly and made my experience so much better! Highly recommended and can't wait to go back!

Just opened up this week. They were out of cold brew at 9am. Still working out the kinks. We visited the drive thru and had a nice employee taking our order and answering all our questions about the menu options. They also have pup cups ! I tried the teddy bear iced latte and my husband tried the island bear. Both very tasty. They didn't asked us if we wanted whipped cream or not so make sure you tell them when you're ordering which you prefer. Also got a yummy turkey, egg and cheese bagel.

The cafe is lovely; cozy with small tables scattered about. They have outdoor seating, too. I got scrambled eggs, gluten free bread, grits and a soy latte. I was very happy to see they had gluten free bread! My husband got a cappuccino, scrabbled eggs with cheese, toast and bacon. He said it was all very good. The eggs are moist and delicious, very similar to the eggs we had in Paris. They have a few gifts for sale and I bought two of their china cups with baby succulent plants to take home. It's a nice reminder of a happy memory. On our last day, several employees said hello and remarked that we had been in every day. It was a kind send off to a great trip! We will definitely be back soon!

I need to update this because the owner keeps responding to my review, assuming it's about my dog,…read moreand I want to be direct: it is not, and she's wrong to keep saying so. My experience with her had nothing to do with her rules about dogs. It was about her attitude and the way she delivered a message, condescending and rude, in a tone that talked down to me as a customer, not an explanation, just contempt. That's the problem I have with her: the way she speaks to people, in this abrasive, angry, mean tone. If you're running a business and taking money from people, learn to deliver whatever you have to say in a friendly, kind way, not a condescending, dismissive, disgusting one. That is what this review has always been about: her behavior, not a dog. If it were about a dog, I would have said so. Having rules is fine, every business is entitled to them. What isn't fine is delivering any message with contempt instead of basic courtesy. There's a difference between enforcing a policy and being rude while doing it, and she consistently chooses the latter. I've also noticed her own staff don't follow her stated policies when she's not around, dogs sitting at tables inside, that kind of thing, which tells me something about how her own employees feel about working under her. And I'm not the only one who's had this kind of experience. I've talked to other people locally in Savannah who described the same condescending treatment from her. The latte is good. The staff, aside from her, are friendly. But an owner who can't speak to paying customers without an attitude problem is the reason I won't be back. Take accountability for how you talk to people, not for a dog that was never the issue.

Despite feeling like there's no point in writing a review for this place because, if you don't…read morealready know it's one of the best coffee shops in Savannah, you must be living under a rock, I decided to give Foxy Loxy the accolades it deserves. Foxy Loxy delivers a phenomenal coffee shop experience. Not only is the coffee top-notch (and for 9 out of 10 people, it will be some of the best coffee they have all year), but in the interest of full transparency for my fellow coffee nerds, if you're the type of person who judges extraction ratios, roast profiles, and espresso technique above all else, you may also want to check out Franklin's or Origin Coffee while you're in Savannah. I say that not as criticism of Foxy Loxy, because I absolutely love this place and visit regularly, but as someone who considers himself a true coffee-shop enthusiast, I think it's only fair to give fellow coffee lovers the complete picture. For me, Foxy Loxy wins because it combines very good coffee with an outstanding atmosphere, making it one of the most enjoyable coffee shop experiences in the city. The atmosphere is exactly what you hope to find in a cool downtown coffee shop. Whether you're working inside, grabbing a seat upstairs on the second level, or hanging out in the back courtyard (my personal favorite spot), Foxy Loxy has you covered. There's plenty of seating, great food and drink options (their tacos and chips and queso are amazing), and an outdoor patio that offers tons of shade from both umbrellas and mature trees. They even have a really cool water feature and regularly host wine nights and campfire events that make the place feel more like a community gathering spot than just a coffee shop. This is truly one of Savannah's gems and absolutely worth a visit. On the coffee side, one of my personal favorites is a cortado with horchata. That said, I've yet to find a bad choice on the menu. No matter what you order, you're probably going to leave happy. Pro tip: If you're spending some time there and want to explore afterward, head out the front door, take a left, and keep walking until you reach Forsyth Park, one of Savannah's most iconic destinations. If you found this review helpful, give it a like. I hope you enjoy Foxy Loxy as much as I do.

We had the breakfast burritos (ate 1/2 to leave room for lunch) and then went straight into a chipotle chicken taco, a beef and chorizo taco and loved the Mexican-Dips and Chips. The coffee was spectacular and Texas drink options like Horchata, Jarritos and Topo Chico are available. I had a Pineapple Jarrito and a homemade Horchata which was delicious. Beware- the tacos and burritos are packed with lots of yummy ingredients so you will not leave Foxy Loxy hungry. The cute environment offers so many seating options in its multi-level spaces indoors and outside in their amazing courtyard. Service was excellent as the staff was friendly and food came out quickly. Parking isn't a challenge if you opt to park across the street where you can park for FREE for 1 1/2 hours. Don't miss this hidden gem in Savannah! Especially if you are a Texan and need a little taste of home. Kolaches included!

Don't miss the pastry case as you walk in. Oh my! Beware the drool. We found a comfy spot on the porch and ordered a latte and a hot chai. As well as an avocado toast and a pastry case stand out peanut butter and chocolate roll. Our server was as nice as the sunshine and quick witted as well. The food and drinks arrived quickly and were delicious. Glad I was able to snap photos before we dug in. Both items were as gorgeous as they were tasty. My roll was even warmed to kick up the decadence one extra notch! The only area for improvement - a minor one - need a sharper knife to get through the sturdy crust of the avocado toast. The standard knife was no match and resulted in making a crime scene of this breakfast plate. Food, drinks and service were all top notch. As I left I shared my compliments and I felt they truly appreciated my business. I'd go back in a heartbeat! You should definitely visit Mi Vida

I struggle to find retail coffee houses that meet my expectations, and mostly make my own at home. Grounds of Grace is one of the coffee houses that makes proper coffee! I did not visit their storefront, so cannot comment on the location. However, I am sure I will be there based on the to-go coffee that I enjoyed. The person that brought the coffee said the staff was very friendly. He ordered the coffee after midnight for service that coming morning. They called to coordinate the order in the morning and delivered on point. The shop is run by a husband/wife duo. I love their mission for the shop: "It's a place where we hope people find grace, where meaningful conversations unfold, where hearts are softened, and where the presence of Christ, comfort, and community can truly be felt." The quity of their coffee is 1000% better than the coffee chains. If you like fru-fru coffee, then I cannot comment as I didn't try and that is not my thing.
