The entire team worked together to make sure we were well taken care of from the time we placed our name on the list, to the time we walked out very satisfied. The ambiance was great, cozy restaurant, making sure all the families were happy and enjoying the delicious breakfast they were sending out. I had their tiramisu French toast, seasoned potatoes, and bacon. I was scared it might be too sweet, but it was right. My friends had the pumpkin waffle and the Lobster Hash Benedict. They both loved their dishes. One of them wished they had more room to finish the entire plate of the Lobster Hash Benedict. This place is so delicious it's dangerous. The city grits have so much flavor with add cheese, scallions, tomatoes and bacon. I've tried a variety of items from this location and nothing has disappointed me yet! The Bourbon Street pancakes are so decadent with a sweet bourbon sauce, topped with bananas and pecans. I love this place, they always have friendly staff and reasonable prices. Just be prepared to wait for a table as they are a small establishment. We had a kids waffle, smoked salmon eggs Benedict, and a biscuit and gravy. We arrived at 7:00 when they opened, and had the best service. Eggs do not seem like fresh cracked eggs. I ordered the cinnamon roll French toast with the rum sauce on the side. It was good and the berries seemed fresh. Husband ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffle was dry, but the chicken was not. Kids had pancakes and waffles with eggs and bacon. Pancakes and waffle were dry. Bacon was too hard for my kids. Bathroom floor was disgustingly sticky. And drain was not draining the water. Our server was good. She did her job well. She ordered our food, served it, checked in with us, and gave our check when we were finished. We visited on 12/30/24 for a little mommy-son brunch date, and we had such a lovely experience. Our waitress was cheerful, patient, and genuinely kind--she helped me choose a drink and let me know I could order it alcohol-free, which I really appreciated. She also made a point to include my son by letting him place his own order, which made him feel so special. The food was delicious with huge portions, and everything was very reasonably priced. I also liked that there were TVs visible if you wanted to watch, but not so close that they were distracting. The atmosphere is clean and fine, the service was friendly and attentive, and this place serves REAL food, like what tastes like real, home cooked with love, food. The food was delicious and I also liked the atmosphere! Here's my story: I'm about to leave the city after a 4-day work trip. My friend says I need to experience more "Georgian" food before I leave. I call Another Broken Egg Cafe because it was close to the Savannah airport. A woman named Rachael answered the phone and was extremely kind. I asked about their menu to see if I could get that "Georgian" taste. She recommended the Deep South biscuit sandwich + city grits. I also asked if they had anything with peaches. She tells me to hold on, and a gentleman joins the call and says his name is Chef Stephaun. He says he was heading out and that he can pick up some peaches and make something that I can try before I leave town. I was flattered, but I told him I didn't want him to go out of his way. He insisted that it wasn't a problem at all. I thanked him and told him I was heading over to the restaurant. At this point, I'm already feeling that this is the best service ever! I arrive and tell the woman at the front desk that I called in earlier. She says my name and gives the warmest welcome! After getting seated, I tried the Deep South first and it was rich in flavor and made me feel that I would've regretted leaving the city without stopping here first. But then, just when it couldn't get any better, Chef Stephaun comes out and brings out the most beautiful plate of peach-topped pancakes! It was STUNNING! Even though I was getting full already, it was too good to stop eating. And Rachel comes over to check on me and asks how I've enjoyed the food so far. I tell her I was blown away, and she proceeds to show the most genuine happiness and a smile that says, "See... this is why I work here. To bring joy to others, one meal at a time." I see Chef Stephaun one more time and tell him that this is the best dining experience I've ever had. I will never forget how I felt dining there, or how the food tasted, and now it's a must-go whenever I'm back in town. 10/10 - PURE EXCELLENCE read more

We were seated immediately and the waitress took our drink order and I chose a regular coffee, she chose and iced caramel drink. We both ordered the apple fritter French toast, it was served with fresh apples and topped with this delicious caramel sauce along with some blueberries it was amazing!!! Service was fast at first and then never came back after we got our food. I ordered the traditional eggs Benedict and the sauce was broken and tasted like lemon dish soap. After one bite I knew not another was going to go in my mouth! We got a lemon blueberry goat cheese pancake on the side. It was odd that not any of those things mentioned are actually in the pancake.... So it was just luke warm pancakes with ice cold toppings. Also, she asked if I wanted my breakfast potatoes "loaded" describing them as having cheese and bacon. I said sure! What came... frozen fried potatoes with beyond burnt bacon. Didn't eat any! Upon entering the restaurant, a family behind us was seated before us with same number of people don't understand that . We are seated about 3 minutes later Waitress came to the table and said she will be with us in a minute. A friend raved about this chain of breakfast restaurants and said it was a favorite of his In Louisiana. We decided to stop here for breakfast on our drive to Orlando. My DD got a sweet waffle and it was delicious. Her bacon was undercooked but she was full. Ash's didn't ask for it to be replaced. Our friend got crab cakes Benedict but said they weren't as good as the ones in Louisiana. I got a chicken and gravy biscuit with grits. It was okay but huge. The grits were done well but I couldn't finish even half of them. The coffee was hot which I appreciated. Our server was very nice and attentive. It's a cute place and was comfortable. Took about 45 mins to get a seat however the rush seemed to have died down after we were seated. We tried the biscuit beignets which to me were pretty good however not as soft as others I have tried in the past like Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans which is known for their beignets, these were a little bit more harder but tasted pretty good especially when paired with the side of honey marmalade it came with. I had the shrimp and grits which also has pieces of slice sausage which I enjoyed. My wife had the cinnamon French toast which was way too sweet as it's made on an actual cinnamon roll. There also wasn't really any thing special about this cinnamon French toast as it tasted just like a cinnamon roll any establishment.
