The menu is solid, with good variety. I ordered the A La Crossing Benedict, side of gravy, lefse, side Norwegian potato cake, and peach ginger hot tea. I was thrilled to find the hot tea was loose leaf in a pot brought to the table. It's a lovely touch. The Benedict had perfectly crispy bacon and so much asparagus. The egg yolks were perfectly runny and the hollandaise had great flavor. I picked the house salad with champagne vinaigrette for the side and enjoyed that as well. I tried the gravy on some of the sourdough bread and it had a great flavor. The biscuits and gravy will probably be something I order next time because it was so good. When I read they season their sausage in-house I knew I had to try it even though I wanted the Benedict. The Norwegian Potato Cake was a delight! I love every take on a potato pancake or latke and this one had great flavor. The Lefse was a perfect treat to end- I had the traditional with just butter, sugar, and cinnamon. (I had leftovers of this and ate it at home with extra butter and a little syrup also.) This place is a gem and I am so glad I stumbled upon it!

The gravy was stocked with sausage crumbles which added the full flavor. The eggs were fried a tad harder than I desire but they were tasty and topped the meal well. The price was more expensive than I anticipated but not crazy. Ruth's is a little of a distance for me which is how I base my final rating. I liked it and will go again if I am in the area during their hours of operation. But I would not pass some equally good cafes closer to me. If you are in the keystone area I recommend you stop

So, when a friend told me about The Haverstick, I needed to check it out! I'm so glad I did. It has become my go-to office of choice! Housed in a community center of a local church, the environment has dim lighting and soft music. A perfect place to get focused and stay focused. They have a coffee bar that also offers a few food options. The coffee is good and very affordable. The staff is always friendly. There is usually only one person staffing the coffee shop, but they get to your order quickly. You just may have to wait if there is a large group, as happened to me once. But no worries. Simply have a seat and get to work, and they will call your name when your beverage and/or food is ready to pickup. The Haverstick is less a coffee shop and more a community shared-space work environment that offers coffee. They have a lot of comfortable chairs and tables of various sizes. The room is wide open and you never feel crowded, even if there is a decent amount of people. However, it's usually only a handful of other people around, so it's a great place to get things done. They also have conference rooms for rent. I'm grateful this church has opened its doors to the public and offers such a wonderful and inviting atmosphere. I look forward to returning soon and getting some more work done.

The hash browns were a nice golden brown, tasty, and very good around the edges but soft in the middle. I understand why some might order them extra crispy, which I would do next time. First Watch in Keystone was a great experience despite the busy Saturday brunch crowd. We waited about 20 minutes for a group of 3 and seated in a clean booth. The Farmhouse Hash is my favorite and was delicious. My only complaint was the inconsistent sizes of the food, I had huge pieces of onion in the hash that were not uniform. The rest of the party enjoyed their food and cold brew. The service was average but they handled the brunch crowd well. First Watch is a great spot for casual dining and you know what you're getting. I visited First Watch for breakfast this morning and had a pleasant server. However, when my food was brought out, it was mistakenly given to the wrong person. The staff member quickly corrected the error, retrieved the plate, and brought it to me. Although shetold me that the food hadn't been touched, I requested a fresh dish to be safe. Protecting my health is a priority for me, especially given concerns about germs and diseases, so I was surprised when my request was questioned. read more

The restaurant is clean and always packed. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful when helping my wife choose her meal. Give this place a try. It's the only one near Hamilton County.

It was decent but I asked for hash browns crispy and they did not come out that way. Also my eggs were a little more loose than I like. Overall this visit was a miss but I'm still giving them the stars because I know it can be better.

We had joined the waitlist through text, but apparently our name was also called out in a group of people. Once the staff realized what had happened, they seated us immediately, and I don't blame the staff for the mix-up. However, I do think First Watch could consider having both a text notification and a name callout for parties on the waitlist so situations like this are less likely to happen. Thankfully, once we were seated, our food came out quickly and everything we ordered was good! The food was consistent with my experiences at other First Watch locations. Our server was probably the biggest downside of the meal. She wasn't very attentive, and we spent quite a bit of time waiting for refills. We were also missing part of our order, and by the time she came back around with it, we were almost finished eating, so unfortunately it wasn't really needed at that point. Overall, the food was good and consistent with what I expect from First Watch. There were just a few service and communication issues that made this visit less enjoyable than my experiences at other locations. I'd still come back, but hopefully some of these bumps can be smoothed out!

The hash browns were pretty plain, but I actually like them that way since they're crispy and pair well with everything else. The French toast wasn't bad either, although I don't order French toast often enough to compare it with other places. The service was good, and it wasn't very busy when I arrived, making for a relaxing and enjoyable breakfast experience.

I guess I just don't eat breakfast/brunch out a lot, but a friend and I were in the mood and this location was convenient. They were packed at 11:30 on a Saturday, but we were able to get a table. The menu is very large, so I narrowed down to ""savory" but I want to come back to try one of the "sweet" options as well. I went with the Martin's Breakfast Bowl which is Jalapeño cheddar cornbread with chorizo, eggs, queso, pico de gallo, and avocado. This was a huge and heavy bowl, but tasty. There was probably half a pan of cornbread in there. I enjoyed it but no way I could finish it even though I did arrive hungry. If you don't like spicy food, no worries here; it was not even slightly spicy. They do have a nice assortment of hot sauces on the table to help if you do like spice. Coffee was good, but they were too swamped to get around with warm ups/refills. Service was friendly despite the busy weekend rush. Payment is made at the front register old school. Parking is easy in the big lot.
