Fun little cards to keep you busy while you wait!
    Stephanie L.

Boy, was this place busy the Saturday after Valentine's Day! Thankfully, we had checked in online ahead of time before heading over. We only had a brief wait before being seated, and our waitress greeted us right away. She took our order fairly quickly, but the food took forever to arrive. I checked the time from when I received the "your table is ready" text to when our food was served--it was a full 50 minutes. Fortunately, the food was good. My biscuit and gravy was a bit cold, but my husband said his food was fine and I loved my superfoods bowl! I'm hoping the slow service was just a fluke due to the holiday weekend. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant had a nice vibe, so we'll probably give it another chance!

Service was great - as expected - at this new location in Noblesville. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. This location has a waiting room which I had not seen at other locations around here. Very comfortable there. The restaurant has non ceiling tiles so a little bit on the noisy side. If you wear a hearing aid I would not recommend coming during the busy hours due to noise. Food was great as usual. They use all organic ingredients and everything is cooked properly. Plating is also very well done. I would recommend this place for a breakfast place with a more upscale feel but decent prices. Utilize online reservations to save yourself some time and join the rewards program for a birthday BOGO.

This is definitely an upscale breakfast spot--so bring your wallet! I ordered the French toast, which was just okay and didn't come with any sides. My boyfriend had the traditional breakfast, which was much better, especially the pork sausage links--they were excellent. The real standout, though, was the single serving of biscuits and gravy--absolutely delicious. The place itself is cute, and I noticed some fancy-looking drinks at other tables, though I didn't try any myself. Overall, a nice spot, but a bit pricey for what you get.

The food was fantastic. The service was fantastic. The setting was busy and bustling but comfortable. We had anticipated a wait on this Saturday so had put our name in online but, once inside, we were seated right away. We really appreciated having our own carafe of water, as we are both thirsty camels and our own carafe of coffee to get our caffeine fix. I've never understood why more restaurants don't do this?! This is so efficient for your servers and eliminates complaints about refills. Anyway, we both agreed that we would re-order our meals, although I would most definitely want to try something new. They seem to have seasonal plates and drinks that are available for a limited time. These are listed on a big chalkboard in the center of the restaurant. The menu is pretty big with a variety of food stuff. We will be back!

The food was good. I would only suggest to add more salmon inside the frittata. It was good, just had a hard time tasting the salmon as it was a small piece in the middle. I also think my moms meal should of had toasted bread and not just plain bread. She said it was good also, was just needing for her bread to be toasted. The Morning Meditation Fresh Juice I ordered was delicious. It was very refreshing and very healthy. Our server was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and sweet. The restaurant was well put together, well organized, and clean. I will be back to try more of the menu!

Fantastic omelet i was impressed even with the toast and jam and the salad was incredible.

Their Food is fantastic. Crowded on the weekends, but the wait list went quickly! I love they leave a full pot of coffee and its good. The food is in the 10-20 range and the ambiance and staff is there to serve you and make your meal experience great. Three of us all had different things everyone was happy too. We will be back!

Was about a 30 minute wait yesterday to eat here. Coffee is great as usual. Million dollar bacon was delicious. Grits were a little runny and the toast barely even toasted. Had to send the toast back but the 2nd time it was good.

Very good! Food is good. Lots of interesting things to choose from. Staff is friendly! It's an open design...so it can seem a little loud. But it's not bad at all.

The udon with mentai cream sauce is decadently satisfying: thick, chewy noodles coated in a velvety, slightly smoky mentai cream that balances savory umami with a gentle oceanic tang. The sauce clings beautifully to each strand, and thoughtful toppings--crisped nori, a scatter of spring onion, and a few pops of ikura or toasted sesame--add textural contrast and bursts of flavor. It's rich without being cloying, comforting yet refined. The bambu bu drink is a refreshing complement. Lightly sweet with a subtle vegetal freshness and a clean finish, it feels both inventive and approachable. Its bright notes cut through the creaminess of the udon, making the pairing feel balanced and intentional. Overall, Cafe Noricha nails the balance between bold flavors and comfort. The udon is indulgent and expertly composed; the bambu bu is an inspired, palate-cleansing partner. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a thoughtful, flavorful meal.

We were seated and then no one came to take our drinks order for nearly 20 minutes. We put in our sandwich and soup orders when she came for the drink order because we had already sat there 20 minutes and we didn't want it to be even longer before she came back. 25 minutes later we still did not have our food despite asking about it twice. our server said well I've asked three times back there... I don't know what's taking so long. I said could you please mention maybe to a manager? We were not strident or angry, into this certainly was not our servers's fault but we were extremely disappointed because four tables surrounding us had been seated, served and one of them was finished and we still did not have our food. A manager came and said we're getting your food out just as quick as we can and I stopped her and said ma'am it's too late for as quick as you can because it's been 25 minutes and we've been here 45 minutes. She left the table and in less than two minutes came back with our food, sat in front of us said she was sorry and what else could she do for us and I said I'm not sure how to answer that; we just wanted our food. My friend's egg entrée was completely cold, my sweet potato fries were cold and my friend's soup was lukewarm at best. We waved the manager back and explained that our food was cold and must have been sitting for quite some time. She seemed upset took the food back and said she would get them to fix some more and I said you know I think we're just going to leave now I don't want to wait for more food to be prepared. As we turned to leave she told us to have a nice day but it seemed more in sarcasm rather than sincerity. I also want to point out that the prices have soared since our last visit. I'm not sure when or if we will come back to Rosie's, which is a shame because their bakery items are to die for.

So far not a good start to the night. We ordered empanadas as an appetizer and 2 were served in a plate with a side of salsa. They were very bland with no flavor in the filling. The puff pastry and the salsa were the substitute for the flavor. Entrees were Crab stuffed Salmon with Asparagus, tomato/horseradish soup with 2 cheese crostini's, 2 small crunch salads. My father-in-law works downtown Noblesville and suggested we try Bar Ellis. Little did we know, we were about to stumble into one of the best dining experiences we'd had in a long time. Walking through the door, I was immediately struck by the interior. Historic brick walls met comfortable, chic modern design. The space was warmly lit and welcoming, and fortunately, so was the team at Bar Ellis. The hostess seated us quickly, and Grant, our server, arrived moments later with drink menus and a genuine smile. Then came the real challenge: helping my non-seafood-eating wife find a gluten-free option she'd actually enjoy. After a thoughtful conversation with Grant, she made her choice. I followed, excitedly ordering the salmon BLT. "Is this one any good?" I asked. Grant's face said it all. I was in for a treat. He wasn't exaggerating. My sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. The salmon was perfectly prepared. The bacon was crisp and full of flavor. The bread was toasted just right, crispy but not too thick. Every element worked in harmony: the crunch of the bread, the tenderness of the salmon, the crisp bacon, all elevated by a dill mayo that tied everything together. I know it's "just" an elevated BLT. But it's the best one I've ever had. I was genuinely sad when it was over. It was one of those rare meals that left me wishing I could be hungry all over again. As we finished, I sought out the manager, Chamron. She greeted me warmly and asked how everything was. After sharing my compliments about the food and service, I asked about the story behind Bar Ellis. She smiled and told me about two sisters and a brother-in-law, a chef with a passion for exceptional food and desserts, who dreamed of creating a restaurant that was both classy and hip. Then she shared something unexpected: Bar Ellis transforms on Friday and Saturday nights from 9 PM to midnight. Friday features karaoke, Saturday brings live music, and the whole place shifts to a 21-and-over scene. Even the lighting changes, creating a darker, moodier atmosphere. The scratch kitchen stays open throughout, so you won't miss out on that incredible food. I'm usually too old to be out that late, but I just might need to make an exception to experience this transformed space and enjoy that delicious salmon BLT again. If you're looking for a restaurant that's genuinely cool, serves exceptional food, and employs a team that actually cares about your experience, check out Bar Ellis in downtown Noblesville. You won't regret it.
