I had the Tri-Fecta, and it was cooked perfectly. Crispy bacon, fluffy egg whites, and delicious Belgian waffle. Husband had Healthy omelette, out of this world! Matthew was terrific, especially since we had "high maintenance " diners in our party. read more

Great first impression. My dish included salmon and it was an excellent choice! The seasonal watermelon drink was also yummy.

I wasn't sure about the restaurant from the outside. Glad I tried it out. My server Corderoi was just as awesome as the food! Highly recommend the Banana granola crunch pancakes! They were amazing. The portions are huge so make sure you're hungry before you go. read more

This is my favorite go to place for a filling, but healthy meal. My mother and I come here every so often and never have a complaint! You get a lot of food for the price, and everything is fresh. read more

I've been to two locations and they never disappoint. I had the lemon ricotta pancake, the Bacado omelette, that my sweet server Sarah suggested, and an order of the million dollar bacon. I live for the lemon ricotta pancake. It's fluffy and tender and doesn't even need syrup because it taste like lemon pound cake! So good! You guys just get it. Amazing food! Amazing service! Period. read more

A very rustic place if you are looking for a place to eat and relax. The service is incredibly fast and rush time is in between 12-2 yet the service is awesome. This place has consistently been a city favorite for friends and family for home cooked breakfast meals. read more

I just picked up a to-go order from First Watch and the food is really good!! Everything is cooked to perfection and seasons really well! although I didn't eat there, I had a chance to look around while they gathered my meal. The place is so cute. Came to this location for the first time today. (We've been to the one in San Antonio and the food and service was good) I put us on the waiting list on Yelp before hand so our wait time was maybe 15 mins of that. Now I just want to say, I'm human. I understand we all have other things going on that may affect our moods but I also believe if you are in the restaurant business part of your job for a decent tip and for customers to return to an establishment you need to care about your tables from start to finish. Our waitress was very.......bland with a horrible attitude.... Our first issue was, we came to this location based off the Yelp Pictures. We saw at one time they had Matcha Pancakes, so we asked our waitress about them because we didn't see them on the menu and wondered if they were apart of the "seasonal" menu they have. In responses we got "Um no. You have the wrong place. We don't have anything like that here. You have this place mixed up with a different location. Not here." So.. I simply said "really? Someone posted them from this location. They're are on Fresh Watch's Yelp page". In conclusion she "guessed" they were on a previous seasonal menu. Again. I understand maybe you haven't worked here long but if it's something we saw on a well known app/ website like Yelp, please don't talk to me as if I don't know what I'm talking about. Second issue that sealed the deal for us was, my boyfriends food arrived cold and my dish was barely warm. Do you think we received comps or management came over to apologize? Anything? NOPE. Our waitress took my boyfriends food back to get him a new plate, I decided to eat my meal so it would be cold. We waited another 23 minutes for my boyfriends food to come back from him receiving it COLD the first time. The food here is good, we have experienced better service at a different location so my rating is honestly for this location and this experience only. I recommend going to a different location. Horrible service after all. I've attached the two pictures from YELP so hopefully our waitress can see this post and realize she shouldn't insist a customer is wrong. read more

I went to First Watch this morning like I usually do when I am in town. I love the aesthetic of the place, and also the food. Everytime I come I get quick service with a happy waiter and great food. This particular time the waitress was not very nice. It took 10 minutes after we sat down for our drinks to come. It then took 25 minutes for our food to come. I asked the lady that brought my food if there was any salsa. She gave me a dirty look and said ugh we don't got that. I understand that it was busy, but good customer service can make the food taste better sometimes. read more

One of my favorite places for breakfast! I almost always get an eggs Benedict. But no matter what you get, the food is great, service is great and it's clean and very convenient. read more

I mix & match the menu... Jennifer works it out for me. My husband is Vegan & Jenny is wonderful in accommodating us. Always a pleasure!

This place has definitely improved since it changed from the Egg & I. The decor is a lot better and the environment is laid back and more of what you want out of a breakfast and brunch spot. I saw lots of reviews complaining about the slow service but u had no problem when I went, especially considering how busy they were. The menu is large and has a lot of vegetarian options; I ended up ordering a Market Skillet Hash. I've had the skillet hash from this location when it was the Egg & I, not sure if it was the Market, or another veggie option, but I definitely prefer this recipe. However, the food comes out bland and will definitely need a bit of seasoning before you dig in. Lots of breakfast places leave their food fairly unseasoned, but that's what makes this place three stars, it was overall a very average meal. The food was cooked well but I feel that it could've been more flavorful. read more

Fantastic breakfast/brunch restaurant. Jenni is the best waitress EVER! Will be back.

Tyra is great! Takes great care of her people and the food is good too!

This place was awesome! The food was great, the environment was very welcoming, and the service by Matthew was superb!

Visit here quite often. Everyone here is always so nice! Danielle is always on point and her energy partner Tyra was a great addition to my morning routine. Food is good; coffee is hot and the water is ice cold. Great alternative for a quick breakfast in between dropping off kids at school and heading to first meetings at work. read more

First Watch is hands down the best breakfast/brunch/lunch restaurant that I've ever been too in Northwest Houston. The wait staff were excellent, food came out quickly. The food is delicious and not too heavy. I ordered the omelet with greens and I'm telling you, it was the best! The prices were comparable to other breakfast places so it's not really expensive. read more

Our server Danielle was great! Super yummy breakfast place with excellent service - will definitely come back again!

Very, very disappointing. Took forever to get food and it was cold. Hostess rude and kept playing with her hair. Blonde and had glasses. Waited for a specific server and was called up and the table wasn't ready so waited some more and was called up and still didn't get the server we asked for. When we talked to the manager he argued with us and was very rude about it. You don't argue with a customer. We were regulars when it was an egg and I but will never be back. Again manger very unprofessional and rude. He did not want to own up he made a mistake because he is the one that seated us. Things need to change big time. read more

Service was outstanding, the morning meditation is great and the trifecta w french toast is very yummy.

The food and the atmosphere are both great! The food came out in a timely manner and I 10/10 would recommend :)

I arrived around 11:00am on Monday 5/31/21 with one other guest. The hostess took my name and number down and told us the wait would be 35-45 minutes and she would text me when our table was ready. I went back to my car to wait as the waiting area was very busy. After and hour of not receiving a text or call. We walked back into the restaurant. The hostess was sitting people as they walked up to the counter. She looked at us with a shocked look and asked how many guest? I said 2. She quickly rushed us to the table. I asked her what happened to me receiving a text letting me know my table was ready. She said, with an attitude, "Oh we texted you a couple times and we gave your table away." I told her I did not receive a text from the restaurant and I've been waiting for an hour. She replied, "Oh", and walked away. This hostess was very unprofessional and rude and should not be greeting customers in this manner! read more

We really like this place! Nice atmosphere, variety of seating, not too loud, fairly quick service, and a huge menu including a tasty seasonal menu. My favorite is the seasonal pancakes (pumpkin for fall and cinnamon chip for winter). My hubby likes the salmon egg benedict. Great place to meet friends for brunch. read more

The food is amazing! Love the million dollar bacon!! The service is great!!! Whats not to love about this location.

Great amazing food! Love the purple haze, this is my biweekly brunch spot i highly recommended the Floridian French toast. Only downfall is the horrible service I received from the same male server the last 4x I went. Very inattentive and negligent, I watched people come and get their food before my order was taken and another time he dropped my ticket off right after I got my food and never came back to check on me, I had plans to purchase to go drinks and needed a box for my child's untouched plate. Everytime I've gotten my food and he's disappeared. read more

Well done all around. Service, food and atmosphere. This was during breakfast time. Will be coming back!
