First Watch on Happy Valley Road is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly sets the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The ambiance is inviting and cozy, with rustic decor and plenty of natural light streaming in. But it's the food and drinks that truly steal the show. Each dish and beverage is a bursting with flavor and freshness, with ingredients that are clearly sourced with care. Whether you're craving a classic breakfast staple like their fluffy biscuits and gravy or something more adventurous like their Morning Meditation drink, you're guaranteed to be blown away by the quality and taste. And let's not forget about their friendly and attentive staff, who go above and beyond to ensure that every visit is nothing short of exceptional. read more

I went to lunch with a friend and she took me to this location of First Watch on Happy Valley Rd. I can honestly tell you it was a fantastic experience. I have never been in a restaurant where all of the employees act as if they are managers and truly care about the clientele and want to make you feel as though you are part of their regular customers. I felt as though they all would remember me if I ever went in again, which I fully intend to do. I live in Surprise, but I will travel to feel this experience again. The food was amazing, and my server recommended the Kale Tonic juice. I was skeptical at first, but was very pleasantly surprised. She also recommended the Avocado Toast, and I will do the same to my friends. What a great, fresh breath of fresh air this place is. read more
