We came here to celebrate my little nephew's birthday dinner. This was on Labor Day 2026 around 9pm so it was an hour before closing time. There were lots of different sports playing on the big screens, music in the background, and just a good overall clean vibe inside. The really good thing about Chili's is consistency. Every dish, drink, and appetizer is always served the correct temperature, cooked thoroughly or as requested, and always tastes great. We've been frequent Chili's customers for years and we've never once had to send anything back to the kitchen. There were 6 of us in our group and we ordered a variety of dishes, sides, and drinks. I ordered the Triple Dipper which is a pick 3 meal so I got bone in wings 2x and big bite sliders. It was really good. We didn't order dessert as it was going to be birthday cake time when we got home. Ample handicap parking stalls conveniently close to the front of the place, and they love to run the air conditioning super ice cold so maybe bring a jacket or sweater. I would have given this place 5 stars just on the food alone but there were some things that wasn't too great. 1) We were only checked up on 30 minutes after the food arrived so our drinks needed refilling like 20 minutes ago by that point. This place wasn't busy, there were maybe 3 other diners besides us there. 2) two menu items we wanted to order were out of stock that night: rice and mashed potatoes. My 2 fave carbs, oh no. 3) after our group was done eating, we waited an additional 12 minutes with our empty plates until our server realized we were already done and ready to cash out. I actually felt like giving them 2 stars out of spite but the darn food is really really good so 4 solid stars. Service here is normally 99% very good but maybe because it was Labor Day dinner time last hour closing shift, anyways I still recommend Chili's. read more

Came on a Thursday night before heading to a movie. We sat right away. Ordered right away. Food came right away. The waitress was great . I ordered the honey chipotle chicken crisper sandwich. It was ok. Just too crispy for me. You live, you learn. My friend ordered the QP burger which she enjoyed. Came with sides, a drink, and starter. Doesn't get any better than that. Our group of five was trying to get a quick dinner in before seeing a movie. We were sat right away, our waitress was fantastic and took really good care of us. She was friendly, funny, and attentive. We did all apps for quick eating and it came out fast and hot. A few of my group got drinks and they also were really quick from the bar. The manager even came by and made sure we were doing okay, which we were. We were able to get a good meal in and still make our movie on time. Thought I would try the Big Crispy Chicken sandwich 3 for me deal I keep seeing on TV. Went in today about 130p sat at the bar. Luckily I missed the Memorial Day lunch rush which the bartender said was crazy busy. Now it was just the way I like things quiet and not busy. Ordered the Big Crispy Chicken with Fries, coke and loaded potato soup. They quickly brought out the soup. Creamy with potato pieces, green onion and cheese, tasty. Soon the chicken sandwich and fries came. Hot fries well seasoned and the Big Crispy was as advertised. Nice big chicken breast very light crispy, with pickle not sure what kind of bun, but I think it was brioche and a nice not overpowering sauce. This sandwich can stand on its own, but if you like the Popeyes Chicken sandwich, you will like this one. Popeyes may be a thicker, heavier batter so some may like this one better. First of all, whenever my boyfriend and I come here we always look for Danny. Do yourself a favor and find this waiter. He talked to us like we were friends, helped us out when ordering for our little one (parents will know, a kids meal for a one year old is too much, but they don't offer just a few chicken nuggets), and always made sure our needs were met. Sure, we don't demand we have him as our waiter, but any time we're sat with him it's a joy. He's a great employee. Unfortunately, we're left waiting at the host stand for quite a bit. We don't go super often, but the past two or three times we've stood there for a while before anyone came to assist. People would pass by without acknowledging us. Granted they could have been busy, though people began piling up at the door. Thankfully the service was great at the table and made up for that experience. Sometimes we prefer to pickup. And let me tell you; what a easy process. I pull up and usually don't even need to check in. This last time was amazing! We had a super nice girl who came out and brought our food. Had a pretty good lunch here today. I had the Black Bean Veggie Fajitas and the were pretty dang tasty! I didn't even need the tortillas. I just ate it like a veggie skillet. Part of the reason to forego the tortillas was it's very difficult to make "fajitas" with full sized spears of asparagus, that were buried under all the other veggies and there was about 8 to 10 spears; there's a lot!! I had to chop everything up and it was super messy so I just dug in with a fork instead. I ate about half and was full. I was able to take the rest home for another meal. Attention Managers or Corporate, maybe think about chopping or cutting the asparagus before serving. Just a thought.
