Came on a Thursday night before heading to a movie. We sat right away. Ordered right away. Food came right away. The waitress was great . I ordered the honey chipotle chicken crisper sandwich. It was ok. Just too crispy for me. You live, you learn. My friend ordered the QP burger which she enjoyed. Came with sides, a drink, and starter. Doesn't get any better than that. What a treat. Had a great bariatric meal that was just enough healthy food and tasted great. My 6 oz. Sirloin Steak was cooked perfectly and so nicely seasoned. My sides were garlic butter mushrooms which stole the show and steamed broccoli which was cooked to soft texture and went down nicely. Our group of five was trying to get a quick dinner in before seeing a movie. We were sat right away, our waitress was fantastic and took really good care of us. She was friendly, funny, and attentive. We did all apps for quick eating and it came out fast and hot. A few of my group got drinks and they also were really quick from the bar. The manager even came by and made sure we were doing okay, which we were. We were able to get a good meal in and still make our movie on time. Have been here many times, being in the neighborhood and loved the overall experience. Overall I would recommend this place. Here are my takes: Food/Drinks: In our multiple visits we have never been disappointed as such with food and drinks. Except maybe last visit when Espresso martini was not the best that I have tried ever. Service: Servers have been mostly very welcoming especially our last visit and pleasant experience. Ambiance: Clean restaurant and has nice interiors as well. No complaint as such here. Price: Maybe a little above average but for dine-in needs these are worth it for a good evening. This must have been an off night...I hope so, anyway. My husband and I ordered a pick-up meal from this location. He requested a medium to well done hamburger with chili. Chili was like black paste. I'm thinking the cook forgot to add some key ingredient because all it was this seasoning and paste. The burger was pink inside. I ordered chicken tenders with a side house salad. The tenders must have been refried as they were tough and stringy. The salad came in a paper cup.....not even half a cup. Very disappointed as it should have been an easy meal. read more

We came out to lunch this past Sunday 9/22 With a party of 20 the server. Jenny was phenomenal. The food was great and Jenny made our afternoon Very pleasant she was on top of her game fulfilling requests in a timely manner was very impressed.....Don't see this kind of service much anymore Thank you. Will never visit here. A group of friends and I went in. We told our waitress we were on separate checks she said no problem. She took our order with a pen and still had to come back twice. I smelled alcohol on her. She still go it wrong when it came. She didn't separate the order and had to come back and clarify what everyone had twice. We finally had to call a manager who tried to cover for her but the waitress was obviously drinking . Food was not good to average. First of all, whenever my boyfriend and I come here we always look for Danny. Do yourself a favor and find this waiter. He talked to us like we were friends, helped us out when ordering for our little one (parents will know, a kids meal for a one year old is too much, but they don't offer just a few chicken nuggets), and always made sure our needs were met. Sure, we don't demand we have him as our waiter, but any time we're sat with him it's a joy. He's a great employee. Unfortunately, we're left waiting at the host stand for quite a bit. We don't go super often, but the past two or three times we've stood there for a while before anyone came to assist. People would pass by without acknowledging us. Granted they could have been busy, though people began piling up at the door. Thankfully the service was great at the table and made up for that experience. Sometimes we prefer to pickup. And let me tell you; what a easy process. I pull up and usually don't even need to check in. This last time was amazing! We had a super nice girl who came out and brought our food. It was more than just a "here you go." It was "hi Jada I hope you have an amazing night!" This really made the difference. Overall this is a great location! read more

My daughter suffers from anxiety so I asked to move us to a quieter area, gave us face and said ok, said it would take 15minutes to reseat us. Had a pretty good lunch here today. I had the Black Bean Veggie Fajitas and the were pretty dang tasty! I didn't even need the tortillas. I just ate it like a veggie skillet. Part of the reason to forego the tortillas was it's very difficult to make "fajitas" with full sized spears of asparagus, that were buried under all the other veggies and there was about 8 to 10 spears; there's a lot!! I had to chop everything up and it was super messy so I just dug in with a fork instead. I ate about half and was full. I was able to take the rest home for another meal. Attention Managers or Corporate, maybe think about chopping or cutting the asparagus before serving. Just a thought. All in all I was thrilled to see a new veggie option and I'll def be ordering it again. The service was also great!! read more

I hesitated to write this review because this location has always been a favorite of mine, and Chili's is my go-to spot. I've eaten here for so many years and have always had a good experience. The food was always delicious, service was quick, and prices were fair. This is unfortunately not the case anymore. After the incident I experienced at this Chili's today, I hate to say that the visit I had will be my last at this location. I had a few issues with this visit (excluding the service, our server was lovely) but there was one particular shocking thing that was the dealbreaker for me. I ordered a 3 for me, which is just another item on the menu that I wish they hadn't changed. The 3 for $10 was a much better deal. But, I digress. I chose the 6 oz sirloin, which is my usual, but I subbed out both of the sides (steamed broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes) because the steamed broccoli is always mushy and bland, and the mashed potatoes are essentially just instant potatoes with too much cheese. I chose the roasted street corn and the new white cheddar mac n cheese. Both were good. The steak was the major issue. Once the food came out, I noticed my steak was a weird shape, but it wasn't something that immediately concerned me. Sometimes smaller steaks like the sirloin aren't shaped like a typical steak and I dismissed it as nothing. However, I took my first bite into my steak and noticed it was particularly soft. I just thought I got lucky with a "tender" steak, but when I kept eating it I noticed underneath that garlic butter steak flavor that there was a very distinct grainy-ness to the meat. Like, every single bite felt like it was disintegrating in my mouth. I thought it was just cooked incorrectly, but when I really looked at the steak, I realized there was no grain patterns like there usually is in a steak. It was a medium steak (or supposed to be) so especially in the more cooked areas, there should be striations in the meat. There was not. The pink/red meat was slimy and sticky, like raw ground beef. And the crust of the "steak" was peeling away from the meat underneath, like a hamburger that was overcooked. After looking at the "steak", tasting it, and really taking a moment to think about all of the things that seemed off, I realized that, unless this is a sirloin that magically had the same texture, appearance, taste, and physical characteristics of a chunk of ground beef... this was ground beef. Even if I was wrong, what kind of sirloin that you're charging almost $20 for has those kinds of characteristics? It was awful. A pile of ground beef was being passed off as a sirloin. Me and the person I was with were so taken back that neither of us touched any more of our food, and didn't ask for any boxes. We weren't offered one either. We didn't feel there was an appropriate time to bring this issue up to our server because once she gave us a tablet to check out on, she kept a conversation going and actually didn't walk away or stop talking until we had already paid and finished on the tablet. We also both felt it would just be pointless because, especially if this was an intentional choice by the kitchen staff for whatever reason they may have, I doubt there would be admittance of guilt. It could be corporate requiring that they use "steak substitutes" when they're out of their normal cut of meat. It could be a lazy cook. It could be a lot of things, but it also seems like it should not be possible to "accidentally" cook a customer ground beef instead of sirloin. It shouldn't even be possible for a customer to THINK they're eating ground beef instead of a sirloin. We also weren't interested in being pegged as people just looking for free food, and considering a big part of my food was finished before I noticed the "steak", it just wasn't worth it to make a complaint or cause a scene. That's also not considering the fact that it would've been hard to explain this to our waitress as clearly it took a bit to explain it in a written review. Unfortunately, this Chili's has lost my business. That was honestly an unacceptable experience. After working in the food service industry myself, I know times are tough and many businesses either have to or choose to cut corners where they can. But, any restaurant that could either make this kind of mistake (or think secretly serving ground beef in place of sirloin is appropriate) is not worth my money, or anyone else's. read more

Minus stars!!!! Started off ok. Ordered our drinks . Then ordered dinner. Didn't realize that the Watermelon Presidente Margarita is just like the original, with shaker. Only 2 differences is: * it has a pump of syrup in it (mine wasn't even pinkish, like the picture). Didn't taste good & couldn't finish the first glass.!!!! ** got an extra charge for that pump of syrup. While ordering our meals- Our server just walked away, He went to another table, to tell that table: "bye". Said something to the server about the drink & shaker. How it wasn't like the picture & didn't taste good. As we were eating, he walked by & shoved a drink menu under my elbow. He said nothing & continued walking. RUDE!!!!!! The menu does show a shaker, which I didn't see when ordering. It also shows a red/pinkish color, he brought and poured an original with a pump of syrup in it & charged extra for it. What happens when your kids are gone for the summer, you get off early and want to neglect your adult responsibilities....... You day drink...yup...that's what u do (at least so I've been told)! My co-workers and I pulled up a little after 1, we were greeted kindly and seated quickly. It wasn't too busy and we took a seat in the bar area in order to gossip and speak as inappropriately as we'd like...lol (side note the bar area is not for CHILDREN especially if u see me sitting at it!)
