The have a room the rent out for parties and small weddings. We have done several fundraisers for our kids sports it's the only place that has a room that is not inside the bar so our kids don't have to walk into the bar part. Had a cheese pizza and there was no pizza sauce. With pizza sauce I think it might've been good. I've had a couple different things from there such as burgers and fries and to be honest I think they are all frozen. You can judge for yourself. the fries came with no ketchup and the pizza with no sauce when I asked for ketchup, I feel like I was annoying the bartender I didn't say anything about the sauce because I still wanted to drink another beer and you never know. Went here to play darts Friday. It was my first time....Another customer (I thought he was an employee at first) on one of the leagues came up to me and scolded me for throwing the darts too hard. I apologized and said it was my first time playing and turned around. He continued harassing me and my friends saying we're costing the place thousands of dollars. I snapped a bit at that point and said he was being extremely rude. I asked him "whats up his ass" and "why are there not signs posted that say not to touch the dart board when pulling out the darts" .... He said "I'm not doing this anymore" and stormed away..... my friendgroup consists of 25-30 year old girls. It was 12am. I'm not sure why a grown man thinks it's acceptable to harass strangers and lecture us, especially if he isn't an employee. Another woman came over and kindly explained it to us after and was very polite. She was cool. I told her she should teach him how to be civil and respectful, because clearly he can't control his emotions. Ultimately we decided to leave, but first we played "I Don't F With You" by Big Sean. Haha Aside from that, bathrooms were kind of gross. Piss everywhere. I don't really blame the owners of the establishment as I think this environment attracts those types of people. Our group was on the road for long vacation, and pulled off the highway for food on a Thursday afternoon - a little too late for lunch, and we were afraid we'd be out of luck. Instead, we were quickly served beverages by the friendly bartender (who was so nice about telling us what songs were playing on the jukebox!), found full menus in our hands, and all of the promise of a real meal. The food was amazing. Real turkey in the turkey sandwiches (not turkey loaf), chunks of tender pork in the pulled pork sandwich, fresh crunchy greens in the salads, and fries worth fighting over. Go here to eat if you want to wait a LONG LONG LONG time and get fed multiple excuse by the only 2 servers they ever have. It's trivia night but we are very early and it's not busy. First person in our group arrives and orders her meal at 5:20, food arrives at 5:50. My husband and I arrive at 5:40 and order at 5:50...and wait and wait. The last 2 people in our group arrive at 6:00 and order around 6:05 and get their food at 6:45. I got my food 1:45 hours after we ordered and my husband got his 2 hours after we ordered. Had we not been playing trivia with friends we would have left long ago. They actually expected us to pay for our meals. I said we would pay for my husband's drink (I had water) but not for the food. The server crumpled up our check with an attitude and charged us for the iced tea. On our way out another couple overheard our complaining amongst ourselves and they said that they had been attending weekly for 6 weeks. It was getting worse every week. Tonight Sunday February 23, 2025, I go to Tosos as learned from an employee earlier in the day when I called that karaoke starts at 9:00 PM. When I arrive, I learned karaoke is held in the dart bar so shortly after 8:00 PM I walk over to the dart area only to be approached very rudely by the dart tournament organizer that I can not throw darts because there is a tournament. The reality is there were open dart boards where no body was playing. Besides, I had not interest in playing darts. I sat at a dirty table with empty beer bottles on it until 9:07 PM with no one cleaning the table or offering any service. As a result, I left at that time. Furthermore, the karaoke host was not there by 9:07 PM to set up any equipment when the start time was communicated to be 9:00 PM. Given this experience, I will NOT be returning and highly recommend others to find a different place for drinks, food, and entertainment. read more

Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night, before a Comedy jam occurred on the other side of the establishment. Comedy jam was fun. On the restaurant side, we ordered up some Alaskan Amber Ales on tap, fried mushrooms, pizza and a cheese calzone. +1 for having a good selection of beers on tap, including Alaska Amber and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Service was just fine. We didn't really dig the batter on the mushrooms, it had a grainy texture and just wasn't that appetizing. Cornmeal batter or somethin. We prefer the smooth, crunchy batter on fried shrooms. The calzone was just okay. The pizza we didn't like. It was one of those soggy bottom pizzas. Not my type of pizza. Crispy bottom please! Came here on a Saturday night. It was clear we weren't the normal people. 3 cute young girls walking in and everyone turned their head. We got approached 3 times before we even got a beer! It's a great place to go on a night that you feel ugly! We didn't stay too late we left just after 9. There seemed to be a lot of fat chicks there and people age 35 and up were the most oft he group. Today was the third time my boyfriend and I stopped by to watch football and enjoy wings and beer. Every experience we have had here is worse than the previous. Last time we were here we waited 45 to receive our food. While waiting we watched the waitress take our order to another table who said it wasn't theirs, so the waitress returned the food to the kitchen, 10 minutes later she figured out which of tables the food belong to and brought us luke warm food. Oh, the waitress only had three tables. The food is mediocre and not worth a 45 minute wait. The drinks are decently priced, but the wait staff is slow when they aren't ignoring you. Today's visit was worse than that! After seating ourselves in one of the few available tables (there were plenty of empty tables that no one bothered to clean so the next party couldn't sit) NOT one waitress waited on our table. We watched the wait staff cater to the NEPFC group on one side of the bar while completely ignoring every other patron. Even after standing at the bar for 15 minutes I was unsuccessful at BUYING a drink. The bartender served the regulars, NEPFC and made drinks for the waitresses to serve to the NEPFC. After 35 minutes of receiving no service, or acknowledgement we left. Even though we are New England Patriot fans we will never return to this establishment. read more

This bar is in my hood and I really wanted to like it, but I just wasn't a big fan. I went on an evening when they had a comedian, but there weren't too many patrons at all. We went a bit early to get appetizers and drinks and I honestly could have passed. We ordered an appetizer platter of sorts with wings, mozzarella sticks and mushrooms I think and I didn't care for the way it was cooked at all, very dry. I wasn't expecting five star dining, but even for a sports bar the food wasn't quite up to par. The service was off too. The gal was really nice but didn't seem to have a clue. Every drink we asked about or menu item, she had to keep asking someone else. Maybe she was just new but it seemed more like she really just didn't know what she was doing. The patio area for smoking is a bit weird. It is in front of the bar and none of the chairs or outside furniture matched, it just looked kind of like someones back yard. Very odd. In all honesty I wouldn't have stayed if I didn't go to see the comedian, who at least made the trip worth it. I do have to give props that they chose a good entertainer and I have heard the bands that play there are pretty good as well. I've seen the comedians here at another (nicer) establishment so I was excited to see them again here. We went on a Friday night and guess what? No comedy! It was cancelled for 2 weeks. WTF? We have been here twice recently due to it being one of the few places open during COVID to go and have a beer. We had two different servers/bartenders during our visits. The bar itself was not crowded. Maybe ten people in the place. Yet on both occasions the servers were inattentive, borderline rude and catered to the regulars. Every time we wanted to order a drink we had to either go find the server or try and get her attention while she was chatting it up with regulars and ignoring everyone else. The food was not good. We ordered wings and a chicken quesadilla. The wings were dry and flavorless. The quesadilla had hardly any chicken and was also pretty bland. You would think this bar/restaurant would take this opportunity where they have new people coming in to try and impress and maybe gain some new long term customers.......but that's definitely not the case. Great comedy club This is a nice low key comedy club and the other half is a bar that also serves food. I ordered a Toso Honey Brown beer and it was very good for the house beer. We did not order any food but others did and it did look very yummy. I didn't hear any complaints about it. This is very casual come in your jeans and have a good time. Comedians are funny we really liked Jamie Anderson his jokes real hit home with kids. My only dislike is the tables are so very close to the stage. A little more breathing room would be nice. They don't have a huge area to work with but maybe shorter tables would be better. Over all we all had a wonderful time and will return. read more

I have been here on several occasions with my boyfriend and we have thoroughly enjoyed the improv that goes down on Friday nights. However, the last few times we have visited the entire bar area smelled like sewage, it was disgusting, so much so that we left earlier than planned. My suggestion to the owners of this bar....get a plumber or a cleaner because something is NOT right about the smell in your establishment. Also I think the Friday night comedy gig should be advertised more, it would bring in way more patrons to your bar! read more

Jason is the shit, he starts pouring me and my friend a drink the moment he sees us - already knows what we want, too (unless we're ordering something other than our usual beers of course). There's this other bar tender we've nicknamed "Snapback Guy" cause of his hat and lack of knowing his name. He looks like a crusty San Diego surfer dude. He sucks at pouring a beer. Every time, it's never filled to the top because he dumps a bunch out before giving it to me, gives me one lime when i order a tall glass - Jason hooks it up with 2 usually and the girls give me 3 or 4 limes - and just sucks over all. There's this new girl, i think she's new, that I want to say is a waitress and not a bartender but she's super friendly, got our order wrong once but they were drinks so like... it was an easy fix, no big deal. It seems like the men's room is broken 90% of the time in some way, shape or form. Never tried their food cause bar food is notoriously bad (which is why i find all of these "the food sucks!" comments hilarious. Have you never been to another bar? All of their food sucks. Its good after you're drunk!). The other customers are generally friendly. Sometimes there's people doing lines in the bathroom but they're friendly about it so I let them do their thing. We were greeted as we walked in, ordered some drinks & were served right away (and very cheap!). While the bar atmosphere was slow, the people that were around were great. This review may be a little biased, but if you are a sports fan, particularly an NFL fan, TOSO's is a great place top watch your favorite teams. i am the founder and former president of the NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS FAN CLUB OF ARIZONA, FOUNDED IN 1997, AND ONE OF THE LARGEST AND MOST WELL KNOWN PATRIOT FAN CLUBS IN THE WORLD. After many years of holding our game day gatherings in central Phoenix, the sport bar closed and we moved up to TOSO's, owned by a fellow Bostonian. The food is average, for a sport bar, but nothing negative. On football days, if the Patriots are playing, they have a GREAT BUFFET, AND I believe all Patrons can partake of it. oh man, Toso's I really want to like you... you're a Patriots bar, in Arizona, and home to the New England Patriots Fan Club of Arizona (NEPFCA). The fact that you're a dive bar that serves food normally would have sealed the deal for me. Facilities/Ambience: -packed for Patriots football, the projector room was full but open only to members of the NEPFCA; lots of other sports teams represented, TV monitors of all sized turned to different games -dark and somewhat dingy -two smoking patios, very little furniture or coverage like an awning or umbrella -parking lot was full, people were parking at the gas station and walking over -I wouldn't suggest bringing your kids here, pretty loud.. it IS a bar after all. Service: -poor, as a result of how busy they were and how understaffed they were. I saw one bartender working for the entire bar. Maybe two waitresses. And this was for a BUSY Sunday afternoon. -took about 20 minutes to get our drinks and appetizers ordered -drinks took about 15-20 minutes to come out -appetizers (chicken wings and a basket of fries) took about 45 minutes to come out -I was the only person able to get my drink reordered -glasses of water and our tab took about 15 minutes total to get processed and to our table. Food: -chicken wings: good quality, albeit a little on the cold side, not too much sauce. -parmesan/garlic fries: these stink something TERRIBLE (like dirty feet) but taste amazing. Stone cold when they arrived at our table. Tips for navigating Toso's: -join the NEPFCA if you're a Patriots fan, you get a lot more attention and better service from the bartender and waitresses. Plus they're a welcoming group! They asked my family to come join in the fun. -arrive early. This will ease the stress of parking, waiting for drinks or food, and selecting which TV to watch. -reorder drinks early, about halfway through.
