My husband has been wanting to go to Twin Peaks (any one cause there are quite a few in AZ) and we happened to see this one JUST before we were catching a movie at the near by AMC in Deer Valley. We are still relatively new-ish to the USA (2+ years) so we are absolutely in for any new all American experience that we can get in. So we walked in and it was typical American bar (bros hanging all around) which is great. Exactly what we both really like. We sat at the bar because it was a quick in and out (25 mins at max) before the movie. Ordered a hazy IPA and an old fashioned. Bill was 20$ bucks (approx) which is decent. It was a Thursday evening and it was decently packed at 9:00 pm as well. My only and only shock (and this is a personal one) is the costume bar concept or whatever that is called. Only women were serving and they were dressed in the skimpiest of outfits which pretty much made it like they were on show. I felt uncomfortable but perhaps the next guy won't. The chicken and shrimp combo was pretty good. Loved the grilled shrimp especially and the fries were pretty solid! I'm glad they had a nonalcoholic drink option as well. The burger was fine. Completely devoured. Most likely because my husband was hungry more than anything else. The wings were under done yet crispy, which was kind of weird. We wound up taking the home, frying them longer in the air fryer and eating them -- and they were much better. The only REAL problem is the food took about an HOUR to come out from the kitchen. I stopped by last night for dinner with my family and as per usual everything was yummy. We were greeted when we first walked in and we just like the vibe here. Our server was great and attentive. We got fried pickles to start. Yum! I've been to Twin Peaks (this specific location) multiple times and never had an issue--until now. I'm 30 years old and was denied a drink because my ID is from Texas, not Arizona. When I asked for clarification, the manager's exact response was: "Do you have an Arizona ID? I can't do anything unless you do." No explanation, no attempt to resolve it--just shut down immediately. A valid, government-issued ID is a valid ID. There was nothing wrong with it, and it has been accepted here before. The inconsistency alone is frustrating, but what made this experience worse was how poorly it was handled. Management showed zero effort to actually help or even explain the reasoning beyond repeating the same line. If this is truly their policy, it needs to be clearly communicated and applied consistently. If it's not, then this was simply a case of bad judgment and even worse customer service. Either way, it completely ruined the experience. I won't be returning. read more

She provided perfect customer service ensuring drinks were refilled, however, it was at a different table than where we were sitting. We arrived after the lunch crowd & were immediately seated & enjoyed the after lunch atmosphere of the restaurant, not a lot of customers so table conversation was easy. We ordered our usual meals, hubby had the chicken strips & fries which were perfectly hot & tasty. I had the crispy mini tacos & they were on the oily side & the meat seasoning was different (less flavorful) than I've had at any Twin Peaks. I came in there with a party of 17. We got a brand new server that was also given two tables of 6 outside. We arrived at 5:00 pm and we all ordered and waited about an hour for food. After everybody was done eating, the birthday girl and her husband who were elderly still hadn't gotten their food! It was about another half hour to forty five minutes before they finally sang happy birthday to her and gave her some ice cream, and then we had to wait another half hour to forty five minutes to get our checks settled. We had told the server in advance how we are splitting the checks up but apparently she didn't listen. The training for a new server was absolutely horrible.I can't even believe they gave her so many tables at being brand new. There were at least 10 other servers there and many of them were just standing around with nothing to do. The manager was bragging that he'd been doing this for years. If that's the case it would seem like he would have the common sense to not put brand new people with multiple huge tables. He said "how else is she gonna learn?" That is not fair to the customers and we didn't end up getting out of there until about 7:30. Everybody in our party was pretty livid. We are never going back there again. One more thing. No one in our party was offered any kind of comp for all the crap we had to deal with! read more

Drop by to watch the basketball game and had a really great and very healthy dinner. I started out with the smoked chicken wings which are absolutely amazing. Have them with the sweet barbecue sauce and me just Falls right off the bone as if they've been in a smoker for a very long time and the flavor is absolutely awesome. It is some of the best wings I've ever had. For dinner I had grilled chicken breast with grilled shrimp and broccoli steamed and it was really great. Since my last visit to Twin Peaks the availability of items in the menu for healthy eaters and the quality is definitely gone up. Look forward to visits in the future. read more

Bad night at the local Twin Peaks. I went there because the timing was good to watch a Suns game followed by the home opener for the Dbacks. Went here for a Friday fun dinner and drinks and the experience was not very pleasant. Here are my takes: Food/Drinks: Taste great and have good options. Quantity was plentiful and we were full very soon. Service: Pathetic and my primary reason to give them 3-stars. Had to wait long enough to get the table while we saw many free tables inside out. Once seated literally no one came to take orders or offer water for 15-20 mins. We had to wave and call someone. Ambiance: Screen all over and can be categorized as premium bar spots. Price: Prices are very reasonable as well for the quantity and quality. I would go therefor beers and drinks assuming I have enough time to sit and relax even if servers delay things. read more

The food was good, the deluxe fry's were very good loaded with bacon. The beer was ice cold and well priced as usual. If you have a service dog like I've got it's great!! You can bring them on to the outside deck. Which very open and clean with lots of seating and there is an outdoor bar. The ambiance of the place is excellent very open with good lighting as you would expect from a Twin Peaks. The our waitress Brooke was awesome. I look forward to returning again. read more

Wasn't a huge fan of the clientele they seem to draw and it probably would be a lot better if they changed that focus up. It really could be so much more. Also not a huge QR code only menu fan. I'm handicapped have to walk with crutches. Needless to say, it's very difficult for me to go to any restaurant. After an especially difficult session of physical training, I was on my way home and saw the Twin Peaks at deer Valley. I thought to myself, I deserve a good restaurant meal. With a great deal of effort, I got myself into the restaurant. The hostess asked me if I wanted a table or booth, and I said a booth please. At this restaurant, there are very few booths, and they are literally in the back of the restaurant. She seated me and said something to me that I couldn't hear and she walked away. I looked through the menu and decided what I wanted to eat, and waited for the waitress, and waited, and waited... all along other waitresses seem more intent on waiting on the people at the bar. Even the manager walked by and didn't say a word to me. After what seem to be an eternity, without a waitress, even getting my drink order. I decided to leave. As I was leaving, I talked to the restaurant manager, and he seem more intent on placing the blame on me because I was sitting in a booth instead of at one of the chairs near the bar. Even though, this is where the hostess sat me. I will never visit any Twin Peaks ever again. And I will let everyone I know what kind of experience I had, and advised them to never go there. read more

Had the worst dinning experience there. Everyone I encountered had an attitude, including the managers. I mistakingly took a hit from a non-thc vape, not knowing that wasn't allowed. First impression upon arriving is that the parking lot and area around the restaurant is filthy! Cigarettes butts, beer cans and other trash. It's disgusting and shows a lack of management. Upon entering, we were nicely greeted by 3 hostesses. Three! The place wasn't too busy and we sat in the bar. The bar stools have padded fabric seats and are quite comfortable. While sitting waiting for our drinks, we noticed so many girls standing around doing absolutely nothing. They stand at the end of the bar or next to a cart with filthy, dusty glasses on it, and they talk and do nothing. The parking lot is filthy and yet these girls seem to have nothing to do. Drinks weren't that great. The mint in the mojito was old, wilted and no where near fresh. The drink tastes like it's made with 7Up or sprite. We opted to only have one drink. The food however was delicious. The pulled pork sandwhich had lots of pork on it. The meat was juicy, tender and cooked nicely. The BBQ sauce was sweet and smokey. The fries were hot and fresh with a nice crispy outer layer and soft inside. They put a seasoning on the fries that I personally could do without but I still enjoyed the fries. The burger was cooked perfectly too. Just good food. Service was good too. Our bartender was friendly and efficient. Overall, the place is worth trying because the food is good. Cleanliness could be improved and little things like glasses on a rack should be cleaned regularly so dust doesnt build up. read more

We had a terrible experience at Twin Peaks today. This is the first time {I'm 69} we have left a restaurant after our food was delivered to our table. There was no avocado on my Avocado Smash Burger. My husband said "no tomato" on his Brisket Burger but got tomato. We had to look hard for the brisket.Both our fries were cold. I had sweet potato, my husband had regular. I was amazed a manager let us walk out of there without dialogue. We ended up at Burger King. read more

We come here often for the food and normally have great service. This evening our service from Julianna was not great. My husband ordered a drink that sat at the bar for a good 5-10 minutes and we had to ask another server to bring it. He ordered all flappers for his wings and got all drumsticks instead. A huge shot out to her. We came in about 45 minutes prior to our movie time and figured we'd have just enough time to eat and make it. It was packed. And I quickly realized that wasn't going to happen. I asked Jadyn to pack our food up and she was on it!! She maintained great customer service. And we were lucky to have her.
