Service was good , waited on by 2 girls ( working the bar). Had interesting entertainment from the young petite short hair girl gyrating the metal ice machine and one bartender doing a curtesy while picking g up menus and after bringing our drinks. Have we changed in giving the server name, we got PM B? Love the food, great location but not interested in "hooter" behavior.

The pasta was obviously freshly homemade and the ricotta cheese tasted like it was fresh too - so creamy and delicious with fresh vegetables too. The service was incredible as well. Bodee took great care of us and is warm, personable and professional. When we travel, we always look for good Italian restaurants. We live 2 hours away from Osteria Mia but will make the drive just to return to this great restaurant!!!

I've never been a fan of Brussel Sprouts but Osteria Mia has made me a believer. The balsamic adds a little zest to the gorgonzola and pancetta. Ive also never been a fan of peas but again Osteria Mia has made me a beleiver by adding them to their arancini! They offer 6 different types of bruschetta and honestly every one of them is delicious. Some of our favorites are the fig jam, prosciutto, goat cheese and balsamic, the Taleggio cheese and apricot mostardo as well as the mozzarella, tomatoes and basil pesto. The orecchiette is creamy without being "soupy". The amount of Italian sausage and broccolini are just enough to add to the pasta without taking over the whole dish. My favorite is the Pasta Norcina. The truffle and garlic cream sauce is rich but not overpowering. Sausage, mushrooms and pecorino ramano are the perfect additions to put this dish over the top! If you're in the mood for pizza the Funghi pizza is fantastic. I'm a sucker for anything with truffles. Mozzarella, gorgonzola and ricotta blend perfectly to make this pizza delectable. If you have room for dessert the tiramisu and connolis are a must. Their dessert menu changes but we've had everything from lemon ricotta cheesecake to chocolate orange cake and they've all be equisite. Service has always been spot on with prompt service and knowledgeable staff. We often order solely off their recomendations. Osteria Mia has amazing happy hour specials as well!

We did go to the sit down area one time for a pizza. It's not the best, but it does the job if you're hungry. The only gelato flavor I liked so far is the mint chocolate chip. Chicken on any meal that I've had so far can sometimes be on the dry side. In fact, most food options here leave you feeling kind of dry in the mouth - on purpose? I'd like some soup options to feel like I'm getting something more nourishing once in a while. In terms of beverages, I try to avoid drinking alcohol and soda nowadays. It just doesn't agree with my body like it used to. It would be great if they could add some kombucha options (GT's or Humm) or any of the new apple cider vinegar based sodas or probiotic sodas. They'd probably get more business from me if they just improved the menu. I'm usually already there for the games - just please consider people who are trying to be a little healthier when developing your menu!

For bar food, the food was actually pretty good overall. My sister-in-law ordered a wedge salad and chicken wings. She said the salad was in delicious. I didn't try it because blue cheese dressing is definitely not my thing, but I did try her wings, and those were delicious! My nephew ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. I forgot to take a picture before he dug into it. The fries were really good, but unfortunately, the chicken sandwich wasn't. The chicken itself tasted good, but the spicy sauce was "yucky," according to my nephew--and I have to agree with him! He didn't even finish it, so I ended up sharing my pizza with him. We probably should've sent the sandwich back, but oh well. I ordered the Meatza pizza. When it came out, it looked a little dry, but it ended up tasting much better than it looked! I enjoyed it and was happy to share it with my nephew. My brother ordered the catfish and fries, and that was SO good! The fish was very flavorful with a nice, light, crispy batter. I would definitely recommend the catfish. And once again, the fries were really good! The only real issue we had was the service. Our server didn't come around often enough to refill our drinks, and we had to wait a while to get our check. Other than that, we had a good experience. My brother and his family really enjoyed themselves and said they'd happily come back the next time they're in town. Between the football games, live music, good atmosphere, and mostly good food, it was a fun place to take family visiting from out of town.

It tasted more syrupy and didn't have mint or lime, which I feel like really makes the drink. I've had it at the Goodyear location and liked it better there. Bathrooms were clean, service was friendly, and despite a little wait, the food delivered! Definitely want to come back and try brunch.

Preston was so quick with the fix that it didn't even interrupt our dinner flow. The "strawberry" cheesecake was lacking in the strawberry department but delicious nonetheless. The only negative was the $1.99 Ziosk Premium Content charge. We did not play any games or anything like that but reading other reviews it seems like just touching it triggers a charge. At the door we were split into separate booths across the dining room, with no warning and no explanation until we were already standing at them. An open section sat empty the whole time. No guests, no reserved signs. We asked to be moved there. The first manager said that section was closed. The second manager said it was being held for another party. Then one bold face lied and changed her story saying she was standing there when the reservation was made but little did she know the details on who made the reservation or other key details that were a give away she was lying just to lie and avoid accountability. Neither manager had the skills necessary for a management role. When we repeated that we had been told we would sit together, both of them denied the reservation said that. The host who checked us in had confirmed it prior to the issue and before the managers came out or knew what was going on. We asked them to fix it. One said moving the party was not his call. The other said it was not hers. They stood there while the open tables stayed empty and our group stayed split. Neither one would make the decision or own the mistake. We left divided, after being told two different stories about a room anyone could see was free. We will be ensuring this is reviewed on all platforms, including social media and corporate is notified of the terrible customer service and skills (lack there of) both managers. Even the servers expressed disappointment with their own management. That says a lot.
