This place is amazing! Had a super late brunch, it was actually lunchtime but we wanted breakfast foods and they were still serving it. The staff is super nice and there a lot of great options to choose from. Lots of seating options as well with some booths and other large tables for bigger groups. Highly recommend the holiday specials including the double crunch tacos that came with a ton of carnitas and also fresh fruit. Will definitely be back!

Service was outstanding! The place was clean. My husband's serving size of eggs was a little lame as you can see in the picture! My wrap was watery and had no flavor. I didn't like it which was disappointing since my last time here was amazing. I most likely will not come back

Weekends seem to be busy, so be prepared to wait a little. You can call ahead and get on their waiting list, they don't take reservations. Our servers were wonderful both times. First time we went I ordered the Maque Choux Benedict. The base was beautiful Golden brown Green Tomatoes instead of English muffin, delicious Crab cakes on top of that, topped off with poached eggs, scratch made maque choux, Creole Hollandaise, Andouille sausage, green onions and dusted with paprika. My sister got the Crawfish Egg-toufee. It also had the fried green tomatoes as the base, topped with Bacon, poached eggs, Creole Hollandaise, Crawfish and green onion. Both dishes were delicious. The Maque Choux Benedict was so good I devoured the entire dish. It's a really filling dish so it was perfect before the hike my sister and I went on. Second time around I ended up getting the Lobster gouda grits and my sister got Avocado toast with Lobster. The grits was delicious, just the right amount of spice and creamy. It's a must try. My sister enjoyed her dish as well. All in all we had a great experience and will definitely return on our next visit.

Considered the crab croissant, but the pics on here didn't look so good and the croissant didn't look golden brown or flaky, like I tend to favor. We ordered the spicy carb scramble, cup of coconut grits, iced coffee, less whipped cream, jerk chicken basket, island burger and Blue Mahoe beer. $51.71 for everything except the island burger and the Blue Mahoe beer. The iced coffee comes topped with whipped cream, it's mixed with chocolate. It's obviously very chocolatey as a result of the added chocolate. The Blue Mahoe beer is made with mango, it's different for sure. The base of the beer tastes like a Blue Moon, maybe. Shows mango cart on the cocktail menu, no idea what a mango cart means though. Service was good, although our waitress seemed like she might be new since she didn't know the specifics of the menu items. Not sure why I was thinking the jerk chicken would not be on the bone, so that made it a bit messier than planned. The island burger is spicy, my FIL enjoyed it. The spicy crab scramble was good. Could have better jam to go with the toast, the grape jelly didn't look anything like a jelly and was quite runny for my toast at least. The mixed berry was a bit thicker for spreading. The coconut grit was quite creamy, just a very subtle coconut flavor. The jerk chicken sauce is super flavorful and quite good. The cabbage slaw on the side was bland and seemed like an afterthought to me. The fries were partly over fried and as if the oil had saturated into a few of the fries to make them look translucent even. Still overall a nice lunch.

The cafe is large and spacious. We came during a weekday late morning-midday. The omelette was good, however, the salad that came with didn't seem fresh. The avocado on the omelette also has some brown spots. The salmon toast came uncut, not freshly toasted, slathered with very creamy tzatziki sauce. It was not the toast I was expecting. And to make the experience less appetizing, everything was served in paper plates and plastic silverware. I asked for actual silverware but they didn't have it. I had to cut my toast with a plastic knife. The side of fruit was this tiny plastic cup and the fruit looked like it had been sitting for days - I did not touch it. To want a true sit-down cafe experience, everything was less than to be desired. We won't be returning. Especially for the price - these are more than NYC prices, it's not worth it. Coffee was subpar. There was a strange after taste to my latte.

It was too dry but we were hoping our toddler would eat it. The green bean medley was good as just a simple veg side. It's long beans with mushrooms and onions. The onions and mushrooms i could've passed on but it wasn't over seasoned which is what I needed The twice baked potato was good, very cheesy and I think it has bacon in it The grilled fish sandwich was great. Nice sized fish & the Cole slaw is good here, almost fruity. It came with a ton of fries that were cooked well. The bread is soft & the tartar sauce went well with it The crabs were cooked perfectly and so sweet. I almost wish we'd have gotten an extra cluster for $18. It's always busy at this place.
