Everything was great- the egg, tomato, bacon, and chives. Hollandaise was good too, but unsure if it's made from scratch or not. My husband got the same, except he stuck with the traditional poached egg. It was hard poached, so the yolk didn't run and was mostly gelatinous (I definitely could have eaten it that way if that's how they typically poach their eggs). I couldn't recommend this place more. They're very very busy so do book a reservation in advance so you get priority or else you'll be waiting outside for likely over an hour. We sat in the booths near the bar. The staff is super kind, lots of good options on the menu, and food is tasty. The wait was a bit long to receive the food even though they weren't too busy otherwise five stars. Not too crowded and good space for small or larger groups. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I specifically called to place an order over the phone because the online system doesn't allow you to deselect meat, and we are Jewish and do not eat meat. I clearly explained this to the representative and emphasized that we needed the order without meat, especially no bacon. I also mentioned the order was to-go. I picked up the food and brought it home, only to find that both sandwiches had bacon on them. I tried calling back at 1:58 PM, but no one answered. Sadly, we had to throw the food away--it's completely unacceptable and a waste. I'm requesting a full refund. The BEST brunch I've had in Florida so far. My bartender was beyond friendly and welcoming! She provided fast and amazing service. After having the most disappointing brunch at a different establishment yesteray this experience was the stark opposite. The food tasted wonderful and again I cannot speak higher of the service. Cannot wait to come back in the future! I emailed the management the day after we ate at the cafe ( news years day ) at legendary drive 5 days have gone by no response . I guess it's not important . So here goes I ordered gluten friendly pancakes Yes I understand Gluten friendly is not GF . I can order gluten friendly meals without issues . And even minor x contamination I can deal with . Not the case here , I was served regular pancakes I know because the only time I would have the violent reaction I had would be a gross gluten ingestion such as this . What a delightful dining experience! My husband had the southwest scrambler. He describes it as eggcelent Great presentation-see photo! I enjoyed the scrambled eggs with bacon and onions and jack cheese! Just the right serving temp! Fresh fruit and biscuit/english muffins. Lots of specialty breakfast from traditional breakfast to lobster brie omelettes! They also serve beignets! If you've never had a beignet, I'd recommend it.
