She insists it's the same price in person or on the app. I had to literally show her on the app the same drink she was overcharging me for. Rather than be apologetic or at least FRIENDLY, she says well it's the same. How she can't see it's close to 2 dollars difference I don't understand. Bottom line, the attitude and blatant disregard of any customer service skills plus a very mid tier drink equals a big hard no for ever returning. And asking for a TIP because you took my order is really cute.
