I had such a wonderful experience at First Watch this past Sunday! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt open, bright, and inviting--exactly the kind of place you want to relax and enjoy a great brunch. Even though it was their soft opening and things were understandably a bit slower, the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our servers were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made a point to check in often, reassuring us that our food was on the way. The constant coffee refills definitely didn't hurt either! And the food? Absolutely amazing--fresh, flavorful, and worth the wait. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Overall, such a positive experience. Enjoyed the food, employees and great company at the newly opened First Watch FWB. The quality and taste were a significant cut above most of the other locally available breakfast/ brunch locations. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and well trained. The pace of both visits and food delivery was appropriate. The thing that made the visit even more memorable was the level of care and concern shown when we announced one in the party has a food allergy. They went above and beyond to correct the order and brought the new order to the table in decent time. As for the food - I am partial to the eggs, bacon and lavender lemonade. read more

I love first watch and their has is amazing, the mix of the sausage and chorizo with an egg over easy was perfect. There isn't a thing I can even begin to complain about with their food. Their million dollar bacon is over the top decadent and their million dollar potatoes and so so good. The turkey club I got was so much food. Only thing I would say is maybe a little more salt for potatoes but the advertise on trying to stay on healthier side. read more

I came here on their grand opening. I must say I'm impressed of the renovations. It looked better than when the place was TGIF. Now for the food. I ordered their traditional breakfast. I opted for sausage and I requested the eggs to be cooked over easy. I also asked for the potatoes to be crispy, and I ordered ham on the side. We'll, just about everything came overcooked. The sausages and ham were dry and the eggs, instead of over easy, it was over hard. The yolk were overcooked. The potatoes were only one that met my expectation, and the toasts were ok. The service, however, was outstanding! Kat, was very friendly and accommodating. Since it was their grand opening, maybe the cook had just left my food a little bit too long on the grill. I'll come here again and hopefully my order will come as I requested and not overcooked. read more

First time trying this place since they opened, I will say that the restaurant seemed busy and the inside looked nice, we did wait around 30 minutes before we were sat (understandably) but it did take a long time before our waiter came to our table. Then she offered coffee which we later found out was NOT complementary. The food was good and came at a reasonable time. However we kept having to ask for refills or box's and even more water. I would say this place is nice for breakfast but the service was mid. read more

Heard great reviews so gave it a try. I ordered eggs over medium with bacon. When my meal arrived the eggs weren't even cooked over easy. The whites were totally uncooked. Told the waitress and she took plate back to kitchen. Came back out and told me the cook didn't know what a medium egg was. She brought my plate back with 2 completely overcooked eggs with yolks broken. On top of that my bacon had puddles of grease on them. Got hand towels out of the ladies room to soak it up. We will stick with Waffle House where the cook always gets eggs over medium done perfectly. read more

The app is absolutely useless trash. You put your name in and you have to go there and check in and you get filed to the back of the line. What's the point!? Employees are rude. Will not be returning to this corporate tourist trap franchise. read more

Anything over 2 stars is a stretch. The customer service is good and it's saving grace. The salads are always soggy, the toast is never toasted. The avocado is never ripe. List goes on. Good luck. read more

Had the 2 for You with the Monterrey club and the pecan chicken salad around 12:30 pm which was amazing! The services were great. The restaurant was clean. The staff were super courteous. I enjoyed everything about my visit and was happy to have a First Watch closer to me than the one in Destin. Now we just need one in Crestview. read more

Very limited menu. If you are looking for avocado toast or something similar you might like it. I wanted real food and ended up with a turkey sandwich that I could have made at home. I ordered iced tea and was never offered a refill. I will not be back. read more

Server arrives to table with full carafe of coffee OFFERING it (then at bill time find out it is NOT complimentary but is a $4.00 charge) I had a coupon for a free juice which I did intended to use and was going to get before he OFFERED the coffee. Ordered BLT eggs benedict. Eggs and hollandaise were good and cooked perfect. Had two slices of tomato and a strip of bacon on top with very bitter greens as garnish. The roll that the eggs were on is tough, and the mile high pile of micro greens next to the benedicts were bitter beyond belief and impossible to eat. Over all, I won't order benedicts ever again. I may go back to try a lunch item in the future. read more

Food was tasteful and the portion ample. On the downside, the restaurant was very noisy (based upon crowd size and interior acoustics) plus we only received our food after a 45 minute wait. Our waitress was very accommodating. read more
