The food came out pretty good and fast The waitress was quick and friendly. The place is a little loud and a bit of a long wait tho.

Floridian French Toast at First Watch!!!! perfectly fluffy with sweet banana, fresh berries, and just the right amount of richness. Definitely a brunch win

Me and hubby were in as a party of two this morning. We were able to get sat right away around 9am on a Saturday--lucky! The service was fast and friendly, the food was well-made, and the bathrooms were clean. I tried the shishito brisket hash off the seasonal menu. I got mine with scrambled egg whites. It was okay but I wouldn't get it again. There are items on the regular menu that I enjoy more. We learned something new about using bonus gift cards (you know the ones you get for free, like you buy a $50 gc and they give you an extra $10 one you can use at some set period in the future). It's all or nothing with those. Our total was around $34 and we had four $10 bonus cards. Well, apparently they cannot leave money on those cards. So we could not spend just a portion of it. We ended up using three of the cards and paying the remaining balance out of pocket. Otherwise we would have just given up the extra $6 on that last card.

I have been to First Watch many times, but I was highly impressed with the speed of service at this location. I was dining with a party of 6 at 9am on a Sunday, which I know tends to be a busy time for breakfast restaurants. I did the "get in line" option online and we were seated right away. Despite even taking time to look over the menu for a bit, we were eating less than 30 minutes later. The food was stunningly prepared too even with this quick turnaround. Every plate was delicious and looked like a work of art.

This place is consistently busy on weekends, but you can skip the wait by using their "get in line" feature on the website. It's a real time-saver and makes you feel like a VIP when you walk in. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are reasonable. Today, I enjoyed the Morning Market Omelet, which was delicious as always, with a perfect mix of veggies and goat cheese. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

We love this location we frequented this location well before we had our daughter but once she was about six months we were there bi-weekly if not weekly so they've seen our sweet girl grow up! Fast forward to now she's two and they got her a cute little gift and made her a beautiful card. The service is amazing and the food is always delicious. We have zero complaints when coming to this location and will continue to go for years to come. I'll add more pics of food eventually!

Great breakfast/brunch here recently! Joined the waitlist online and this can save you time. Truly loved the seasonal cinnamon toast milk cocktail, could easily drink a few. Everything else we ordered came out quickly and tasted great. I always enjoy the million dollar bacon. I drop by first watch very randomly and on a whim, and plan to come by more!

This granola was the best I've ever had. I loved the vegan friendly options. The server was kind at first but she kind of got an attitude after someone at my table asked her to remake a dish, the waiter also forgot a few items such as the almost toast originally. Minor changes, no reason to stop going to first watch but it should be noted that the servers make a difference in the experience. Altogether, I think this is a great place for brunch with people you love. It's a noisy place, may not be suitable for a first date

The Brooklyn breakfast Sandy with potatoes

I've been to quite a few First Watch restaurants both in Ohio and in Florida and I have to say, they never disappoint and this recent visit to the First Watch on Madison Road was no exception. We had a party of two on a Saturday during lunch. I had the Brooklyn Breakfast Sandy which is on the seasonal menu. The sandwich has a nice amount of shaved pastrami with an egg over easy, caramelized onions, arugula in between two fresh, soft, sesame seed studded brioche buns. As soon as you cut in it, the yolk drips. It was a bit of a messy situation, but, it's the kind of messy that I like! The sandwich was so good that I may have to go get another one before it's off the menu:-) My friend got the Baja turkey burger which is a delicious go to when trying to stay healthy and enjoy life at the same time :-) The service was friendly. Derek was our server and he made some good suggestions. The Ambiance there is casual and family and friend oriented. I really enjoy breakfast at first watch!

Hacienda hash

This is the second First Watch I have been to. Glad to try another one and see what they had to offer. My friend had the Hacienda Hash, which I have to say was excellent. I'll talk more about that in a bit. I have the Barbacoa Quesadilla Benedict. It was good but I feel like it could have used more flavor. It was just missing something that could have given it a bit more zest. But it was still good. However my friend's Hacienda Hash was excellent! Full of good flavor, little bit of Zing, and definitely something that I wish I would have had instead. Our service was good and our waitress was very attentive. They were busy but things were moving smoothly. I appreciate how she came to check on us and make sure we were good to go. I feel like you could do pretty good by trying out some of their regular stuff. But when it comes to their specials, it can be a little bit uneven. That's just with my experience though one of their other locations. Overall a great visit and hope to come back and try some more things on their menu.

Frittata Rustica with fried potatoes
Tina G.

When you're forced to cook more at home (economy, dietary restrictions) fewer patronage to restaurants follow. We usually have fruit or a smoothie for a late breakfast but visiting First Watch was a treat this outing. I wanted to try the frittata and didn't realize it's really a fried scrambled egg of cheese and vegetables. It was ok. I like a fluffy omelet better but the efficiency of the wait and cook staff made this fun to get out and enjoy something different. They really move the customers in and out without feeling rushed. The vibrant energy of that just makes it enjoyable, to me.

I will do this in the words of Henry Ford himself:…read more "The grease in this place is of the good kind... the kind that smells of honest work and assembly lines, not the rancid oils you find in those fly-by-night lunch counters. I found myself halfway through the signature burger, marveling at the assembly--not a bolt out of place, everything in its proper station and the lettuce crisp as a cold-rolled steel sheet. A man appreciates a system that functions without chatter or delay. Sitting here near the assembly plant's ghost, I couldn't help but admire the vintage fittings; they've managed to capture the spirit of progress without the clutter of modern inefficiency. My wife has a constitution that demands specific care, and the server handled her requirements with the precision of a master machinist, wasting no time on unnecessary pleasantries but delivering exactly what was ordered. The restrooms, surprisingly, have a sense of humor, though humor is a luxury I generally leave to the salesmen. It is a good price for an honest meal, constructed with a respect for speed that would make a production line foreman nod in approval. It is a well-oiled operation and I shall return to see if they can maintain this level of output." And normal: From the moment i stepped in... the atmosphere hit me like a wave. It was a perfect blend of vintage charm and modern sophistication with antiques that told stories of a bygone era. The restrooms while quirky, added a unique touch to the experience. What truly stood out was the service. It was swift and efficient, with our server going above and beyond to accommodate my wife's allergies. Grant our server did amazing job ! I ordered the Ford signature burger, and it was an absolute masterpiece. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the quality was exceptional. The presentation was top-notch, and the speed at which it arrived was impressive. This was one of the best burgers I've ever had, and i couldn't be more satisfied with my dining experience. Overall, Ford's Garage is a must-visit for anyone looking for a high-quality, efficient, and enjoyable meal. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is truly special. i highly recommend this place to anyone who loves food and wants to experience a unique dining experience. - Atmosphere: 9/10 - Food Quality: 9/10 - Service/Flow: 10/10 - Value: 8/10 - Would Return: Yes. Service was excellent - he was training a new server and he was definitely the one who should be training new servers. He was attentive without being pushy. I'm a nut for French Onion soup and this one is legit (see picture). This was the pick three deal with soup/salad/sandwich. I like a meal that ends up with leftovers so this was a solid deal. It's not the most charming of ambiance because we sat outside, so basically had a view of the parking lot. Inside might have been better but there's only like three days in Cincinnati where you can sit outside comfortably so we ended up on the sidewalk. I don't know if I'd necessarily make it part of my rotation, but I was impressed with the service, the food, and the pricing, so I'd definitely throw it out there as an option if I'm in the area.

Once we were all in our places with bright shiny faces, we all ordered the thanksgiving special meal. It included just about everything you can imagine being served at Thanksgiving. Three pieces of white meat turkey, which was pretty tender. I small pile of dark meat pieces. Mashed potatoes and gravy, with the gravy covering the turkey and the potatoes. There was dressing, sweet potato casserole (?), green beans and cranberry sauce. It was a LOT of tasty food. Nothing was extraordinary, but it was all good. Oh, we ordered and I swear to goodness the food arrived moments later. I am sure they were moving a lot of these plates and had a process for quick turnaround, but I had to wonder if our plates had been sitting for a while. I suppose if they were it wasn't for long. Nothing was cold or congealed. It seems like their process was working. The meal came with a mini cake type thing in a jar. There were lots of options. Mark and I opted for the special pumpkin with ginger and Jen had s'mores chocolate. The pumpkin one was absolutely delicious. Jen let us try the chocolate one and let's just say I was very glad I opted for pumpkin. When the bill arrived the desserts were added on separately. I mentioned they should be included to our server, who said he would check. Now... it seems unlikely we were his first customers of the day and it seems odd that he would have the desserts added separately. He did check; I saw him. I also saw the person he was checking with shake her head 'yes'. He reran the checks without the desserts. I will say it was nice to have a traditional thanksgiving meal without the traditional thanksgiving fuss. Because the food was average at best and because we were initially charged for desserts that were supposed to be included in the price, this experience comes in with a solid three stars.
