The last time I was at a Cheesecake Factory there was plastic in my Chicken Marsala. Before that my steak was on the grill too long. I'm done....and I haven't paid for the meal yet. I am really done. We made reservations. We were on time , 8:30pm. We did not get our food until 9:24pm. My Fish and Chips were cold. My grandson's "medium well" steak was "medium rare.." and not even warm. The rice in my other granddaughters dish was hard, she could pick up the whole lump.... No. Done. I do not see the draw anymore. We paid $238 plus the tip of $46. We don't have an issue with the server. It wasn't their fault the food or the wait were "not in sync...". Do they even allow the servers to even keep their tips? I hope so.... Stopped here for lunch while shopping at the Kenwood Mall. I made reservations online prior to heading to Kenwood to ensure we were able to get seated rather quickly due to this being a popular location. The Cheesecake Factory chain is known for their eclectic/Egyptian/Victorian decor and architecture, which makes for a stunning and unique dinning experience. We checked in at the host stand and waited about 10 minutes before I got a text that our table was ready, which we were directed to. I did a little research prior to getting to the restaurant since their menu is so big. The menu almost feels like a novel and can be a tad bit overwhelming. Including the over 25+ cheesecakes and desserts to choose from. So keep that in mind! We skipped ordering appetizers since it was lunch and we had more shopping to do. My girlfriend and I ordered the same thing - the lunch portion of the Louisiana Chicken pasta. All I can say is this pasta SLAPS. It is so good. I had seen a lot of folks raving about it online and it definitely met my expectations. Not too spicy but packs just the right amount of heat to enjoy all the flavors. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Juicy and crispy, which made for the perfect bite when paired with the bow tie pasta. I would definitely order this again. Even though we ordered the lunch portion, it was still a generous serving and I was stuffed once I reached the bottom of the bowl. Of course, we couldn't leave without getting cheesecake. I actually love this location and my food has always been delicious. I went light today, but typically I'm a bit more adventurous. Our server was fabulous and we also got to see our favorite server so that was a plus!! Impressive, considering it was a busy Saturday for Kenwood Mall. It wasn't long before we were brought bread & butter, along with our drinks. All of the food was terrific, aside from my 25 yr old daughter saying her spinach dip was lacking in thickness. I was erroneously brought the dinner portion for my order and the manager was quick to say she would only charge the lunch portion price and for me to keep the entire order. Great customer service! We walked in and were greeted with huge smile. We were seated almost immediately. Our waiter greeted us within seconds of us sitting down. The thing I love the most about the cheesecake factory is that you are going to get a GREAT portion of food EVERY TIME. During my past visit, I had the Smashburger and it was the best burger I've had in a while, which I was not expecting to get from the cheesecake factory. The sauce that came with it was great and I love sweet potato fries so I'm glad they had that as an option. The service was good and they had multiple people tending to our table. I felt a little bad because I told the server about my nut allergy after the fact, so hopefully I didn't cost her too much stress because she mentioned that now they had to start my order over and that I should've told her beforehand, which is fair. So, some friends and I went to Cheesecake Factory last week. Some of us had brunch, and some had regular menu items. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. We ordered omelets, salads, salmon, rice cakes, and a pasta. The salads are HUGE. You could eat off of it a couple of times, so I would order dressing on the side instead of them putting it on there. The salmon looked delicious, and she ate it all! It was my first time having the buffalo bites and they were pretty darn good! They are basically fried buffalo chicken dip bites, but the portion was so big. My Louisiana chicken pasta was good, but I did have to ask for more sauce. I do feel like the sauce needed more substance. It was kind of thin, and I would have preferred something a little thicker that would actually stick to the pasta. The breakfast looked amazing, and there were no complaints. The rice cakes were ok, the crab meat was a little fishy, but I's try them again. It was busy in there, as always! But the staff was very friendly. I always love how open the space is at Cheesecake Factory, so the ambiance was nice. I would try the brunch, even though I got pasta this time. Avocado spring rolls are delicious and I'm not even an eggroll fan. Disappointed with the cauliflower app and wished it was more tangy but I'll live. At lunch, we went for the dinner portion of pasta because... why not. You don't come here without gluttony in mind. Jambalaya pasta is creamy, a little spicy, and satisfying. Ok, if you are watching what you eat, they have the skinnyliciois options. My fav is the Thai lettuce wraps. Cant go wrong. Had a family gathering Saturday for my youngest grandson. The accoustics are terrible in there, thus we had to yell to talk to each other. My Bistro Burger was not good. The roll it was served on was so toasted that it was hard as a rock and hurt my mouth to bite it. The burger wa supposed to have caramelized onions, which I could not find, and the arugula was in a separate plastic cup and totally wilted and not interesting. The fries were good. My DIL gave me her left over asparagus to take in my doggie bag. They were crap, just like twigs of wood. My grandson had fish and chips and he had a seriously small thimble full of tartar sauce for dipping that didn't even look fresh or appetizing. This restaurant can be quite commercial and not feel special. I came in after a very long day at work and needed to get Xmas shopping done. Wanted dinner and a cocktail before. The bartender Haley F. was excellent! She was very busy the entire time and paid great attention to all her customers at the bar. It's holiday season and this place is so busy, I was so blown away by her customer service and speed. Was taken back when I realized she was expecting a baby in just two months! Buffalo Blasts Have Me in a Chokehold I don't know why it took me this long to try the Buffalo Blasts, but I am officially obsessed. Like... actually where have these been all my life? I've been stuck on my usual Alfredo order (also amazing), so maybe that's why I never made it deeper into their novel-length menu. Things started off well here. We made a reservation online which was very easy to do. We were seated right away when we got there. Like most of the other Cheesecake Factories, this place is immense and very much overdone in decoration! Kind of a maze just to find the restrooms! My boyfriend and I enjoyed some delicious food for the most part. I had the Steak Diane which tasted excellent and was and was very flavorful. He had one of the protein clubs with a salad. But if you check out my picture of the salad, it did not look good. You can see how wilted it is. The next day he had food poisoning for three days straight. So even though most things tasted well and our server was very friendly and helpful, we probably are not hurry to come back here. Not after this. I can't believe that salad was actually sent out. It tastes fine but most of the bottom crust is missing. I'm not sure if the crust was incomplete during prep of if this occurred during packaging. The ambiance is the same across all other Cheesecake Factories, but as we came in for an early lunch we saw that not all tables were filled. Of course one of the best views is the cheesecake counter full of the different types of cheesecakes that they produce. As we went in during lunch time, we ordered from the lunch menu which still had quite a few options. The bread you first get when you sit at the table did not last long at our table, however in asking for another one to go with the entree, it took a lot of asking to remind the waiter of the bread which we waited for to eat the pasta entrees. Only since we were full and planned to shop the mall that it's attached to. If you don't love Cheesecake don't worry, there are other choices. These menus are humongous. Per Cheesecake Factory email, Friday was National Carrot Cake Day. We love carrot cake and thought to make a reservation for dinner to enjoy a slice after our meal. Couldn't book a 6:30 slot so we went next door for dinner and decided to pick up a slice after. Well, the restaurant was so busy it took a good 25 minutes to even be waited on to order the slice to go. After one of the wait staff gave us a little attention and confirmed it was National Carrot Cake day (though no special pricing for any), we finally got our slice. The guy didn't get it from the counter but from the back somewhere. The slice was half the size you'd get if you dined in AND it was super cold if not frozen, days old and stale. This is the 2nd time this place has failed us (the other was at the Liberty Center location). We loved the Cheesecake Factory in the past but they are truly becoming a let down at record speed. read more

The "Happy Hour" burger was tasty and made with good quality beef. The beer is cold. Haley, our bartender took exceptional care of us. Happy hour is on weekdays from 4 to 6 pm. (In the bar area only.). Drink specials are abundant along with a pretty good selection of food items. Three food items and two drinks set us back about $50. a bargain for sure.
