I made reservations online prior to heading to Kenwood to ensure we were able to get seated rather quickly due to this being a popular location. The Cheesecake Factory chain is known for their eclectic/Egyptian/Victorian decor and architecture, which makes for a stunning and unique dinning experience. We checked in at the host stand and waited about 10 minutes before I got a text that our table was ready, which we were directed to. I did a little research prior to getting to the restaurant since their menu is so big. The menu almost feels like a novel and can be a tad bit overwhelming. Including the over 25+ cheesecakes and desserts to choose from. So keep that in mind! We skipped ordering appetizers since it was lunch and we had more shopping to do. My girlfriend and I ordered the same thing - the lunch portion of the Louisiana Chicken pasta. All I can say is this pasta SLAPS. It is so good. I had seen a lot of folks raving about it online and it definitely met my expectations. Not too spicy but packs just the right amount of heat to enjoy all the flavors. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Juicy and crispy, which made for the perfect bite when paired with the bow tie pasta. I would definitely order this again. Even though we ordered the lunch portion, it was still a generous serving and I was stuffed once I reached the bottom of the bowl. Of course, we couldn't leave without getting cheesecake. Since we were so stuffed from lunch, we ordered ours to go. We went with the Tiramisu cheesecake and it was delicious! Not too sweet like some of the other options they have. I would get it again. The good? So far the service has been excellent. The food ( appetizers ) are LUKE WARM at best. The dining room is cold because the air is on. It is 60 degrees (F) outside. The last time I was at a Cheesecake Factory there was plastic in my Chicken Marsala. Before that my steak was on the grill too long. I'm done....and I haven't paid for the meal yet. I am really done. We made reservations. We were on time , 8:30pm. We did not get our food until 9:24pm. My Fish and Chips were cold. My grandson's "medium well" steak was "medium rare.." and not even warm. The rice in my other granddaughters dish was hard, she could pick up the whole lump.... No. Done. I do not see the draw anymore. We paid $238 plus the tip of $46. We don't have an issue with the server. It wasn't their fault the food or the wait were "not in sync...". Do they even allow the servers to even keep their tips? I hope so.... I actually love this location and my food has always been delicious. I went light today, but typically I'm a bit more adventurous. Our server was fabulous and we also got to see our favorite server so that was a plus!! The only complaint I have about Cheesecake Factory in general is the volume of 1/2 booth 1/2 table situations so I often wait for a table. But honestly it's preference not a problem. I was craving some crusted Romano chicken, and this place always delivers the best. I made a 3:45pm reservation and we were promptly seated right on time. Impressive, considering it was a busy Saturday for Kenwood Mall. It wasn't long before we were brought bread & butter, along with our drinks. All of the food was terrific, aside from my 25 yr old daughter saying her spinach dip was lacking in thickness. I was erroneously brought the dinner portion for my order and the manager was quick to say she would only charge the lunch portion price and for me to keep the entire order. Great customer service! Had a family gathering Saturday for my youngest grandson. The accoustics are terrible in there, thus we had to yell to talk to each other. My Bistro Burger was not good. The roll it was served on was so toasted that it was hard as a rock and hurt my mouth to bite it. The burger wa supposed to have caramelized onions, which I could not find, and the arugula was in a separate plastic cup and totally wilted and not interesting. The fries were good. My DIL gave me her left over asparagus to take in my doggie bag. They were crap, just like twigs of wood. So, some friends and I went to Cheesecake Factory last week. Some of us had brunch, and some had regular menu items. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. We ordered omelets, salads, salmon, rice cakes, and a pasta. The salads are HUGE. You could eat off of it a couple of times, so I would order dressing on the side instead of them putting it on there. The salmon looked delicious, and she ate it all! It was my first time having the buffalo bites and they were pretty darn good! They are basically fried buffalo chicken dip bites, but the portion was so big. My Louisiana chicken pasta was good, but I did have to ask for more sauce. I do feel like the sauce needed more substance. It was kind of thin, and I would have preferred something a little thicker that would actually stick to the pasta. The breakfast looked amazing, and there were no complaints. The rice cakes were ok, the crab meat was a little fishy, but I's try them again. It was busy in there, as always! But the staff was very friendly. I always love how open the space is at Cheesecake Factory, so the ambiance was nice. I would try the brunch, even though I got pasta this time. We walked in and were greeted with huge smile. We were seated almost immediately. Our waiter greeted us within seconds of us sitting down. Our waiter has been very attentive, polite and helped us with the menu. If he didn't have an answer, he would ask the chef. (We had a question about an ingredient in one of the dishes for allergy reasons.) A manager just came out to let me know they put gravy all over my food, when I requested none. The thing I love the most about the cheesecake factory is that you are going to get a GREAT portion of food EVERY TIME. During my past visit, I had the Smashburger and it was the best burger I've had in a while, which I was not expecting to get from the cheesecake factory. The sauce that came with it was great and I love sweet potato fries so I'm glad they had that as an option. The service was good and they had multiple people tending to our table. I felt a little bad because I told the server about my nut allergy after the fact, so hopefully I didn't cost her too much stress because she mentioned that now they had to start my order over and that I should've told her beforehand, which is fair. This restaurant can be quite commercial and not feel special. I came in after a very long day at work and needed to get Xmas shopping done. Wanted dinner and a cocktail before. The bartender Haley F. was excellent! She was very busy the entire time and paid great attention to all her customers at the bar. It's holiday season and this place is so busy, I was so blown away by her customer service and speed. Was taken back when I realized she was expecting a baby in just two months! I stopped by The Cheesecake Factory at Easton (Columbus) and grabbed a piece of cake to go. I got home and realized someone seemed odd about my cake. It tastes fine but most of the bottom crust is missing. I'm not sure if the crust was incomplete during prep of if this occurred during packaging. Things started off well here. We made a reservation online which was very easy to do. We were seated right away when we got there. Like most of the other Cheesecake Factories, this place is immense and very much overdone in decoration! Kind of a maze just to find the restrooms! My boyfriend and I enjoyed some delicious food for the most part. I had the Steak Diane which tasted excellent and was and was very flavorful. He had one of the protein clubs with a salad. But if you check out my picture of the salad, it did not look good. You can see how wilted it is. The next day he had food poisoning for three days straight. So even though most things tasted well and our server was very friendly and helpful, we probably are not hurry to come back here. Not after this. I can't believe that salad was actually sent out. The ambiance is the same across all other Cheesecake Factories, but as we came in for an early lunch we saw that not all tables were filled. Of course one of the best views is the cheesecake counter full of the different types of cheesecakes that they produce. As we went in during lunch time, we ordered from the lunch menu which still had quite a few options. The bread you first get when you sit at the table did not last long at our table, however in asking for another one to go with the entree, it took a lot of asking to remind the waiter of the bread which we waited for to eat the pasta entrees. This is a beautiful place. Short handed as is everyone. I enjoy the food and the atmosphere here. Our server was great & was on top of everything and didn't even have to write down anything. Everything was right on, hot and tasty as usual. We were also offered dessert after dinner. Although there are endless choices of cheesecake we decided to pass. Only since we were full and planned to shop the mall that it's attached to. If you don't love Cheesecake don't worry, there are other choices. These menus are humongous. It would probably be a good idea to familiarize yourself with the menu online before going. There hasn't been one bad choice in its entirety throughout the years. My boyfriend and I were coming in to a pretty empty resturant I expected my request for a booth wouldn't be too hard to accommodate considering I could see plenty of them open in sections where other people were seated, but was told "all the booths had been taken just now it'll be an hour wait for a booth" and that "I have one job and I just can't do it right"... Bianca our waitresss was lovely and was super prompt in bringing our food and refillling drinks. Four cheese pasta super basic, chicken in chicken piccata was rubbery/chewy. My husband and I decided to use our Cheesecake Factory gift card we had received as a Christmas gift. We were greeted when we arrived and only had about a 10 minute wait. We ordered the calamari appetizer which was cooked perfectly. For our entrees I ordered the Asian Chicken Lettuce wrap tacos. Which I had never had before. My go-to is the salmon because it's always so good, but I was happy I tried something new. The tacos were great and the sauces made them taste even better. My husband got the Shepherd's Pie. He had never had that before either as he usually gets a steak. He really liked it. In fact, we had discussed going there this past Saturday and he said, "If we go there, I'm getting the Shepherds pie again". So, I know he really liked it. Cheesecake factory is our go to for celebratory dinners ! There is something for everyone on their large menu! We always do shareables when we re here so we can try a bit of everything. For as long as I can remember we always start with the avocado egg rolls. They come on a plate of 6 and they are soo delicious. The sauce and the crispy egg roll skin def make the dish. Over time the nachos have changed but they're still really good and I appreciate that queso is used instead of melted cheese! We also got the Thai lettuce wraps this time , everyone could make their own little wrap with various ingredients such as carrots, noodles, bean sprouts, cucumbers and we opted for grilled avocado as the main filling. Delish!! It also comes with 3 sauces so we loaded up. We also usually get 1 pizza to share, this time got the tomato basil pizza which was flatbread style and easily shareable. Lastly gotta celebrate with some cheesecake. We always secretly tell the waiter when it's someone's bday, anniversary etc. and they are so sweet to decorate the plate.
