Some of the best breakfast I've ever had. So far I've tried the breakfast burrito, the french toast sandwich, and the breakfast bowl. The food takes about 15-25min but it's definitely worth the wait! As someone from the south, the way this food is seasoned reminds me of home. Everything is seasoned well and cooked to perfection, especially the hasbrowns/potatoes. The service was great as well. Both times I've come, the people working have been nice. It's an open kitchen style, so you can see them working on your order while you wait. They always have a nice little cookout vibe with the music playing inside while you wait. Overall, 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone who wants some good comfort food.

Small spot great for takeout if you are ok with it being a little pricey. The staff was very friendly and hopped right up to prepare our meals and we didn't wait long at all. The food also tasted GREAT. Only giving 4 stars because the side portions were small for the price, and as someone that doesn't eat pork and minimizes red meat for health reasons I was ready to treat myself to lamb chops and they were out and seemed to have been out for some time. Actually a lot of the protein choices on the menu were sold out ... except for the pork offerings. As an establishment that is open until 3:30 am, I would hope they would keep better on the inventory. Otherwise, a great place to eat ESPECIALLY when every other restaurant is already shut down.

Food is decent customers service absolutely horrible ( mostly young girl at register). She was very rude not only to me but seemingly everyone who entered the business. My order was wrong. My experience was horrible but if you are hungry and it's 1 a.m. it's better than White Castle and black owned. I'll never go back but I'd recommend is nothing else is available.

Breakfast would foods until 3:30am - yes please! This small yet inviting family kitchen promises fresh made home cooking and they deliver. Mostly a carry-out spot, there is limited seating for dining and even more limited parking. I really recommend getting your order to go or through a delivery service. A lot of items I was excited about were out of stock, like the lamb chops, but they made it up with some creamy delicious shrimp and grits. The pork chop meal comes with 2 sides - most of the meals come with 2 sides and even in the sides there was some shortages. I hope when I come back I can try the T-Bone steak and eggs meal or the lamb chops with sides (they were out of steak and lamb) which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

I really don't like the play on words, "Dirty Breakfast," but I mean...I guess. We have been here twice and the service is always very friendly. The reason for the 3 stars: waited 1 hr 20 min for our online order that was supposed to be 45 min; food is inconsistent depending on who is cooking. The first time we went Chef Dai was cooking and everything was great. The fried chicken was well seasoned, the waffle was on point and the fish was tasty. We went today and a different chef was cooking, we had to add salt to our chicken, the potatoes & onions were off, my biscuit breakfast sandwich was delicious (not hard to mess that up though). If this restaurant stays consistent and improves on online order timing, I would recommend it.

It was plenty for my husband and me to share. The soup is what drew me in. I love broccoli cheese soup. This soup is...unique. It's either going to be my favorite soup in the world or I'll never have it again. I haven't decided yet. The spice tastes like pickled jalapeños you'd get with stadium nachos. I'll revisit it since there was a ton of it. The sandwich was amazing. Great crispy bread that wasn't tough. It's hard to find one that does both. Meat was great and well seasoned. We got the tip dip (au jus) to dip it in and that was great. We will definitely be eating here again.

I ordered the chicken salad sandwich, and unfortunately it tasted awful. The chicken salad itself wasn't good, with very large chunks of onion that completely overpowered the flavor. The shop also only offers one type of bread--white--which made the sandwich feel even more plain. Overall, the presentation looked sloppy and the taste was very disappointing. I always like to support local sandwich shops and spread a little love when I can, but this experience just didn't work for me. Sadly, I don't see myself coming back.

The food was good though and at a reasonable price. The shop was clean and had plenty of seating. The only reason for the 4/5 stars is the customer experience. We stood at the counter in front of three employees and none of them interacted with us. They saw we were there but did not welcome us in, say they will be right with us, nothing. Then, when the interaction came, it was cold and disinterested. I understand that this is somewhat typical in sub shops, but at least other places have the courtesy of welcoming you in when you open the door.

I went to your colerain location 1/19/26 and ordered the exact same thing and did not receive caramelized onions I was given raw onion. and to the employees when I returned with my sandwich they were very sarcastic on this being caramelized onion young lady states she made the sandwich and how it is in fact caramelized onion and I took my sandwich back from her hand and opened to show her that this is NOT caramelized onion. I have a picture I can provide for reference. I showed the male employee what exactly caramelized onions were and he had a sarcastic look and I don't care expression on his face and he said that's how you guys told them to make and I told him if that's how this location makes them then don't put them on and he insisted on trying to make it right so l allowed him to attemot to make it caramelized but it just was charred onions instead and I told him I did not want to waste his time any longer and to just put them on the sandwich and leave it be. I filled out the survey and the same exact person who made the second sandwich is the person who called his name was Shawn. He tried to explain how his facial expression wasn't what I said etc. I suggest a tutorial on caramelized onions to not have repeat issues in future.

This is a generational neighborhood greasy spoon neighborhood dinner/dive type vibe done oh so…read moreauthentic and well. Type place where you know what to expect... you get what you want and you know why you're there. (Probably not a salad) keep going, Brothertons! You make everything better when I'm feeling homesick. I think it's the wood paneling inside or the predictability of the broken doorknob to the women's bathroom. (if you try to lock it, you will most likely only be locking yourself in until your family notices you have been gone awhile . Have a good buddy watch the door for you) Tbh I've never seen the doorknob NOT "out of order"... now it's part of the charm of the joint... yep. Now you know. I have been ordering double-decker club sandwiches from Brothertons for decades because my father took me there and his father took him there. I like the turkey club double-decker with plain grippos potato chips (portion lasts me two meals) Recently tried their chicken and waffles, and it was actually pretty delicious. My other go to is a BLT double-decker on Rye add Guetta, fried egg and American cheese. I admit I come here hung over most of the time and it's perfect and I love it but you don't have to be hung over for Bretherton's family restaurant to hit the spot... you could also be really high. Service is always wonderful and consistent. Old school bar/counter near kitchen, tables and booths for seating options. Enter through the front for handicap accessibility.
