The drinks were excellent, especially the tahini latte, it had great flavor and wasn't overly sweet. The bagels were soft and fresh, and the bacon was a nice addition. The only downside was that the cream cheese tasted a little more tangy than I prefer. Seating downstairs was limited, but there is additional seating upstairs that felt quieter and more spacious. The lack of customer service here was disappointing. Even at the register several times while there was a long line, employees would avoid or abandon the register (and not to make drinks), leaving the waiting line and empty cash register, and then occasionally looking over like it wasn't their problem that customers were there. One employee was on a lengthy phone call while standing at the register before addressing the guest in front of them and then left. Another came to the register and helped one guest and then left (not to make a drink) and then another did the same. Maybe it had been a long day. Maybe the world's largest order just got fulfilled. That would be fine. Just be honest and acknowledge those who are trying to spend their money at your coffee shop and don't treat them like being there is an inconvenience to you.
