It was very clean inside and there was alot of natural lighting which I liked. I came with a friend here for brunch and we had a good time. I ordered the Spinach Feta Womelette and an Iced Vanilla Latte with oat milk. The latte was good, it wasn't spectacular but it was decent. The spinach feta womelette was tasty and more filling than I thought it would be. At first, I didn't know what a "womelette" was, my first thought was that it was a women's omelette. But we realized that it meant a waffle omelet lol. My friend and I also shared a Stuffed Nutella waffle which was so delicious that I was so tempted to order another one. The staff were kind and very friendly. The cafe has a nice ambiance to read, study, or simply hangout. Lastly, I have to end the review with their waffle lighting fixture by the menu and in front of the cashier. Genius and cute.

The service was amazing and quick, but the salt content of the tomato gravy was a bit high like not edible. Instead of providing a new biscuit, they said to scrape off the gravy and eat it anyway. That was not the best way to handle things because the person eating it has high blood pressure . They could've just offered to have the biscuit without the gravy and she really eat any of it. Well I'll be back absolutely I can't wait to try the rest of their menu. I had a turkey gravy with biscuit. THIS IS THE MOST ACCURATE STATEMENT FOR HOW I AM FEELING. I am cinnamon roll obsessed and have been looking for the best one in the Chattanooga region for a while now. Great ambiance to also just hang out or study/journal. Service was friendly and timely. I got the Iced Lavender Latte with oat milk. It was delicious, the lavender syrup was perfectly flowery and sweetened. There were so many food options on the menu, it took a while to order because everything looked so good. I ended up getting the Bruschetta Toast and the Nutella Croissant. My friend had the Acai Bowl and French Toast. The croissant was nice, pastry was large and filled with nutella. I shared with my friend and really liked the Acai bowl. It was presented beautifully and tasted very fresh. The French Toast was smaller than I thought and pretty sweet but good nonetheless. For me, the star of the show was the Bruschetta Toast. I loved everything about it: from the avocado spread, the soft mozzarella balls, the cute microgreens on top, the cherry tomatoes that add a little acidity, and the balsamic sauce. At first the balsamic smelled strongly of vinegar but it worked so well with all the ingredients, it was not overpowering as I thought. Such a well-balanced dish. I had to end the whole experience with the last bite of toast because everything else was pretty sweet, and it was just that amazing. I highly recommend this place and I'll be back to try other things off their menu.

The math doesn't work, but neither does this place, and somehow that's exactly why it does. I got the Natural sandwich and even as I'm writing this review, I wish it was still in my mouth. It was outstanding. The kind of sandwich that makes you wonder if you've been wasting your life eating lesser sandwiches. They also had old-timey bottled sodas that were fantastic, plus a bunch of random chip brands I'd never heard of but was immediately willing to trust. No regrets there. I grabbed a cookie that looked soft, gooey, and delicious. It nailed the delicious part but missed on the soft part. If you're a crunchy cookie person, you're in luck. If you're like me and prefer your cookies to have the structural integrity of a wet sponge, you may be disappointed. The tables were lined with comic books, which is exactly how I would decorate my house if my wife weren't constantly protecting me from myself. The staff was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Garner's is quirky, unique, and packed with personality. Highly recommend if you're anywhere nearby.

Rather then go into the terrible attitude and lack concern from staff, i'll just summarize. IHOP, this is awful. Food came out at 11:40AM. Unbelievable. Besides the waitress providing pickup order clients her absolute SMUG indifference, you fail miserably not living up to your marketing prowess. IHOP YOU PROMISED :Let's Put a Smile on Your Plate" Campaign: IHOP's primary national slogan directly links their service model to joyful, friendly dining. Their marketing materials explicitly promise "warm and friendly service" [A LIE] alongside a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere designed for families and group connections. Passionate Hospitality: In their official corporate mission and brand value guidelines, IHOP defines their primary hospitality value as "the relentless pursuit of pleasing every guest on every visit" [EXCEPT ANYONE PICKING UP ORDERS] and striving to "exceed expectations"."Anytime, Anywhere" Convenience: Marketing for IHOP's off-premise, curbside pickup, and online ordering emphasizes speed, reliability, and seamless execution so that the same quality of hospitality carries over whether dining in or picking up to-go orders. [ ALSO HORRIBLE] All criteria was an absolute FAILURE! IHOP CLEVELAND YOU ARE FAILURES! Everyone including the managers needs mountains of training in Customer Service, IHOP Promises and Corp Etiquette and indoctrination to the IHOP culture because this store fails at all of it. Lets just say the waitress BOLD FACE LIED to me about how long my late order was going to be, not one single staff member smiled or even greeted a single guest in the lobby. Their customer service to anyone and everyone who was waiting patiently in the lobby for pickup orders were ignored and shown complete bias and indifference. I KNOW WHY! THEY DONT GET TIPS!!! No one was greeted with a smile. Everyone was greeted like this. "HOW MANY?" God forbid if you said "I'm here to pick up" all you got was "Is there anyone here dining in?" Then the wait staff just marches off.
