Every time I try a new "Franchise Owned" restaurant I am usually disappointed. " Eggs Up Grill" lived up to my disappointment. So to save you some time I will say this. If you want a Sunday breakfast spot where you have to wait 20-30 minutes for a table and then another 30 minutes after ordering for your food to arrive and once it does, the meals w cold. Then "Eggs Up Grill" is your kind of place. Granted we had a party of seven so I will defer the table wait. However it took 35 minutes for our food to arrive. I had a " Build your own Ham,American cheese & Mushroom Omelette w/Grits & a buttermilk pancake. My wife had 2eggs over medium w/potatoes, toast and link sausages. The sausages were burnt and we had to ask for some un-burnt links. My pancake was cold. The Grits were watery and I had to hunt for a mushroom and more than one bite of cheese on my omelette. Coffee was good and the servers would keep it warmed up. The rest of our parties food also was served up like warm to cold. One person got the burnt sausage links too. No one in our party thought much of the food or the cost. My advice for Sunday breakfast in Cleveland TN go to " Cameron's" Better food, better service, better prices and " Cat Head" homemade biscuits. read more

Let's start with the good. Austin my sever was excellent! He got my order correct and kept my coffee hot and full! Now for the not so good. If you like low quality food representative of what you get free with a typical hotel stay, then this is your place. Sausage patties were precooked reheated rubber. Biscuits were less quality than Pillsbury canned biscuits. Gravy was from a rehydrated bag mix. Home fries had zero taste and undercooked. The bacon and fried eggs (over cooked) were the only items that tasted prepared to order but bacon definitely tasted like it was cooked in an oven. Overall the quality of food isn't worth the money. JMO though. Everything looked good but looks can be deceiving for sure! read more

After reading some of the negative reviews, we were reluctant to try this restaurant. Goes to prove you can't please some people. So glad we tried Eggs Up Grill. Food was delicious and very tasty. We were quickly seated and served. Sarah was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. The owner came out and was very nice. Definitely our new go to breakfast spot. read more

Just awful from the beginning. SLOW service. We waited fifteen minutes for the server to take our order. Waited at least 20 more for food. My oatmeal wasn't even cooked. I took a bite thinking that they were just dry, but they weren't cooked! Husband's waffle and eggs were cold. It's a cute place, but not worth the time or money. read more

Great menu variety! Excellent friendly and fast service by Emily C. I enjoyed my shrimp and grits, which was served very hot with garlic toast and lots of Shrimp. My husband had the Crab-ocado, and didn't care a lot for it. He loves crab cakes, but was disappointed. His toast was cold with unmelted butter and he said the potatoes seemed to have "grit" on the skins. We enjoyed the atmosphere...clean and upbeat with good lighting, music and great service. I had read previous reviews and someone mentioned there was no seating for parties over 4, but they have many tables along the wall that can be pulled together and also a larger table right behind the hostess stand, so it was probably just filled to the max at opening. We counted 125 seats, not including extra people who could sit on the longer padded benches lining the walls. The food was a bit expensive to me, but the portions were big and our server recommended some delicious sweet items such as croissant style donuts that sounded amazing. read more

Service has always been good here. Our food arrived hot and fresh. I had the Home Fry Bowl with scramble eggs on top. Plenty of food! My husband had the Carne Asada burrito and it was very tasty! The only thing I don't like is the salty seasoning they put on everything. Have to remember to have them hold on that. read more

I am so happy that Eggs up is finally here. I absolutely loved going here in Greenville, SC. It was our favorite spot for a quick cheap and friendly atmosphere. The verdict here, SAME! The food is delicious, the pancakes were so light and fluffy and everything was delicious. The service was excellent as always Paige was fantastic and on top of everything we asked for. The owner came out and greeted us as well and we told him how happy we were that they were here. Will definitely be back as it seems just like in SC this will be our go to breakfast spot! read more

Too large, noisy and mediocre food. Nice service. Grits were very runny. Try omelets instead.

First, I want to acknowledge that this place has only been open for almost a week. That being said, I understand that there may be some hiccups to a new establishment. The waitress, Ashley, was awesome and the eggs were all cooked perfectly, but that was really the only positives (in my opinion) There were five of us and we were seated immediately. Our starters came out fast. But it took over 45 min to get the rest of the food after ordering. The corned beef hash was chewy and fatty, (but the flavor "was" decent). The potatoes were all served lukewarm and tasted like they were not freshly made. Omelet was so thin and the egg ratio was way too much for the amount of ham and cheese that should have been inside of it. And it was lukewarm as well. We want to go back after they get more adjusted. It was just a bad first time experience. read more

May 10 2025 First time here. Staff were very friendly and greeted as soon as we walked in. Our only complaint is the wait. Our order was placed at 1000 hrs. as of 1053 hrs (we are still here waiting) we still hadn't gotten our food order. We noticed other tables that were here before us were still waiting on their order also. Waiting over an hour for eggs & biscuit and gravy is absolutely ridiculous. read more

The door was held open for me , thanking me for coming to the restaurant. I was asked if I would like a table or booth. The place was very clean and the employee's would come around to see if everything was good, food and if I needed anything. All the empoyee's would introduce themselves. My family and I ordered a mobile order. It was ready in 10 minutes on a Sunday morning! When I went to pick it up an employee opened the door and kindly greeted me.
