I've been to several different locations over the years and the quality and service at all were excellent. Between me, my wife and many dining companions we've sampled the entire menu and I've heard no complaints. The menu has changes seasonally. The dining room and restrooms were very clean. Staff were always friendly and helpful. It's one of my favorite chain restaurants for breakfast, brunch and lunch. read more

This is a solid three stars for me My husband and I went for a late morning brunch on a Wednesday, so it wasn't that busy. We were immediately seated; however, it took some time for the server to come to us. It's just the fact that it wasn't busy made me think that the service could've been faster. Also, our food took forever to come to the point that we both finished our drinks before the food came out. The food was okay. I feel like I've been to a lot of breakfast/brunch places that this one wasn't over the top. I probably will go back and try something else on their menu. On the plus side the place was pretty nice and had a cool vibe. They also have free wifi so it could be a good place to hold a meeting or to study. read more

5 stars for my favorite breakfast chain. Every location has a great staff and the consistency is pretty good across the board. Our server Steve was the best. Very attentive and funny. I ordered the farm stand tacos which is my go-to & it hits every time. Only downside is that it closes at 2:30, i wish it was open until 4 or 5 and threw in some lunch options. read more

This was my second visit to First Watch. The first time was when I was in Westerville, Ohio on a business trip. I had some kind of eggs benedict preparation, and wasn't impressed with the hollandaise sauce. I decided to try the Brandon location (out of curiosity) because it seems so popular, and the fact that they are building another location soon at the Bloomingdale Square plaza. The concept reminded me so much of the Egg & I. They have the same approach to healthier options, and they offer freshly made juices. The atmosphere and décor scream out that it's farm fresh. I did some research and found out that First Watch bought out the Egg & I back in 2015. So that totally explains why it's all familiar to me. I'm glad they kept them as separate entities in this area, because I love both of them now for different reasons. Mom and I were very impressed with our brunch choices, and the service. Mom had the French Toast with a side of real maple syrup. Her eyes opened really wide when she saw the size of the French Toast. There were 2 very large and thick slices of bread sprinkled with cinnamon and powdered sugar. She absolutely loved it. She was also happy that Madi warmed up the syrup for her. Thank you, Madi! The freshly squeezed orange juice was also a hit, and the nice hot pot of coffee. I had the Morning Meditation juice. Now, this is a great way to have your morning turmeric. It was so good. I'd come back just for that juice. I love that turmeric helps with inflammation. I swear by it, and was totally happy to see a menu item that had that ingredient. I was also super happy with the avocado toast and eggs. The eggs were cooked perfectly the way I wanted them (well done). The avocado, EVOO, and pinch of salt all blended well together. I loved the thick slices of multigrain toast. It was a very healthy meal. The only negative thing that I have to say is that I wish they would use real half & half cream. The International Delight creamers are crap. I just can't stand them. I'm picky like that. I didn't think to ask them for real dairy cream, but I will next time. Other than that, it was a really good experience. Now, if they could just make the hollandaise sauce like the Egg & I. Then, it would be even better. read more

Went to this particular location in Brandon for brunch with my hubby. After attending a Yelp Event and trying the delicious avocado toast, eggs and million dollar bacon it's exactly what I ordered. It was delicious. The million dollar bacon is so tasty with the seasoning and maple. The toast was piled with avocado! We have never been disappointed at First Watch no matter what location we go to. It's always fresh and tasty. They are open for breakfast and lunch. There are many healthy options to choose from as well as all the juices that they are known for. We found the restaurant to be clean and the staff to be pleasant. At this location there is a large parking lot. read more

I went to visit First Watch for the first time today after hearing all the great reviews and I have to say, they definitely live up to the expectations! First off, the ambiance of the place is unparalleled. Very light and airy atmosphere with outdoor seating available as well. Upon entering, we were immediately seated. Our server was super sweet and helpful. He was constantly checking up on us and making sure everything was okay. As for the food, I had the Floridan French Toast, while my friend had the AM SuperBowl. Both were delicious. I have to say, the French Toast was so flavorful, and the fruit + syrup + compote mixture is unparalleled. On top of this, the coffee provided was absolutely amazing (watch out Starbucks). I love the added safety measure of having guests pour there own drinks. It really adds to the experience in my opinion. Overall, I loved my experience here. First Watch is quickly becoming my new favorite brunch place. It has tons of menu options to try and offers a great dining experience. read more

The only complaints I have is that the hot chocolate was extremely watered down! It literally tasted like chocolate water very nasty . They took it back and I got a cranberry juice instead. Love going to First Watch for brunch. The one in Brandon has done a number of upgrades including a patio which is very welcome considering the pandemic. The service quality is also stellar, the waitresses I have encountered bend over backwards to provide the best service possible. It gets really busy so put your name ahead on the list if you can. As far as the food is concerned I like their specials and the Chickichanga and the smoothies are super good, now they have added alcoholic options as well including a number of cocktails. Another plus. I do wish they had more coffee options instead of just your typical diner coffee and cold brew...but it serves its purpose. If I could give this location negative or zero stars I would. Order salad and bowl of soup only because Seeing as one of there spring menu the soCal hash is 1,500cal I really wanted that but I chose the lower calorie healthiest options but I really sweet pickled peepers from the hash on my salad, waiter said he's been told no before , but he will try. Only to be surprised by a very condescending what I can assume is the manager with her very wrinkled collard shirt , and her very unkept appearance, to come to our table and talked to me like I was her child and walk away before I could say a word! Which left very nasty mode. salad was nice could have been a bigger portion and better quality lettuce seeing as my salad was 80 % thick steams ,tomatoes basil soup was so saltly I sent it back , and ask for the artisan toast instead, bread wasn't freshly toasted soggy And cold. I swung in for a quick breakfast on the way out of town. I came in around 8 am and there were only 6-7 other people in the restaurant. I was greeted right when I walked in by a very pleasant waitress. I was sat and she took my order. My order came out a very short time later and was delicious. My waitress could tell I was in a hurry without me even having to tell her so she brought my bill over when she brought my food. Super awesome and friendly staff, good price points, wonderful food and super quick service. I look forward to stopping here in the future. read more

It is slightly pricey, but worth the portion sizing and many healthy options, too, compared to other breakfast chain restaurants like Cracker Barrel. We were seated immediately during lunch hours which means they were fast and efficient with getting people in and out. My daughter ordered pancakes with strawberries on top, they came with strawberries inside and she was pretty disgusted. The strawberries had an okra consistency so she refused to eat the pancakes. The butter I swear it taste like how butter should taste like if that makes sense lol but it was so creamy it was like they make their own butter in the back haha. The waffle was crunchy but yet so soft. The bacon was okay, my friend ended up getting a chicken sausage patty and that was YUMMY!! I would definitely recommend the chicken sausage patty! I love First Watch but every time I order a pick up from this location I am very disappointed. The order previous to the one today came with uncooked pancakes. Today, I ordered turkey biscuits and gravy, it came with only one biscuit, dry cold eggs, and no gravy in the order at all. Not only was I disappointed with the biscuits and gravy, but my family ordered $75 worth of food and it was all cold. We picked up at the time that the site said and we do not live that far from the restaurant. If you go to this location make sure you dine-in because otherwise it's not good. read more

This location is one of the best First Watches I've ever been to (just be wary of the wait times: routinely have 30-45 min waits on Saturday and over an hour on Sunday, make sure to check in online, pop in to let them know you are there, and go shopping at Sprouts or Lowes for a bit). Their avocado toast (5/5) is iconic and the Market Morning Veg (5/5) is such a fresh and tasty omelette you cant go wrong with either!
