Love this local spot for breakfast or brunch! I've been going here for years as my go-to breakfast restaurant in the area. The wait staff are always so friendly and know many of the regular guests. I came in the morning after Thanksgiving and there was a short wait for three people (15-20 minutes). The menu had changed a bit since the last time I had been there, and usually the Twisted French Toast is my absolute favorite (seriously, it's so good), but today I decided to try something different. I had the Turkey Stacker Wrap with Tots ($11.99) and it was so good! Definitely grab some extra garlic aioli for your tots (or fries if you prefer those)! It was packed with turkey. I think they forgot the cheese but it was good without it too. I also tried the Chopped Chicken Caesar Salad ($11.99) with Blackened Chicken and it was great as well! I loved the dressing. They were out of the parmesan, so we got cheddar on the side. My boyfriend had the Chicken-n-Waffles ($11.99) with no maple aioli. He said they were pretty standard as far as chicken and waffles go, but still good! I always love The Scrambled Egg and will definitely be back!

Went here for breakfast I ordered the meat lovers omelette with home fries and biscuit. The omelette was full of meat but the cheese inside was not totally melted. The home fries could have been cooked a little longer. The biscuit was grilled and tasted great. Overall not a bad breakfast.

Coming from out of town, visiting family, this was close and had rave reviews, and apparently all true! Absolutely deliciously prepared "New Jersey Style Diner" foods in a hipster setting! Will say, we got extra cinnamon rolls, and their Adult Grilled Cheese and the All American Burger to go on the road. Also all yummie as well. Best Staff; so super friendly!

Yes yes yes I will definitely be back! Our server Tyler was awesome!! And the food I can't say it enough but we enjoyed every bite! The pancakes were so fluffy and sweet. The byob was such a great choice because I usually can never pick a good omelette or bowl because it doesn't have everything I want.

We went with a party of seven to the restaurant. My aunt and uncle recommended this place, and I wanted to give it a try as well. I ordered the New York bagel sandwich, and that was absolutely delicious. I had it with ham and eggs over easy, with some home fries on the side. Overall, the sandwich was excellent; however, the home fries could've been a little bit crispier. My wife had the fish hawker, and she enjoyed that as well. She said her favorite part, though, was the French toast. The service was great too; our waitress was very attentive to us, and the food came out rather quickly. The portions were pretty large as well, and I felt like it was a great value for your money. The only negative thing I would say is that the biscuits were a little dry for my liking. Overall, this is a very good restaurant. I'm glad I tried it.

TL;DR- Was my family and I's first time at The Scrambled Egg and I will preface this immediately by saying that if you're in the area and are looking for a good breakfast and a good experience at a non-chain, this is a spot to go to! We arrived around 8am on a Sunday and were welcome to seat ourselves wherever there was space- immediately servers were attentive and welcoming to us as soon as we sat down, and were happy to answer any questions we had. Service was just as attentive and friendly all throughout. While waiting for the food, more people began to trickle in, greeting staff by name and staff greeting their children by theirs- as soon as they sat down, servers already knew what they'd order. Servers were friendly, but still organized, making sure to clean and wipe tables no more than a few minutes after people had left, as well as making sure everyone was accounted for. The food arrived looking clean and appetizing, and the taste is very solidly homemade. Fishhawker Breakfast: Solid breakfast platter, eggs cooked just as you order, hashbrowns golden brown and all. BLT: Good amount of bacon on nice toasted bread, with a generous amount of fresh-fried chips on the side. Chicken Fried Steak Flatbread: Surprisingly tasty! Eggs were done right, steak was tender on the inside and crisp on the outside. Sausage gravy needs a more sausage, but had just the right amount of black-pepper kick. Flatbread was crisp and chewy, good base for all the other layers on top. I would have this again. Kid's Chicken Tenders and Fries: Chicken tastes like it's real chicken, fresh fries, with some honey mustard on the side. We finished our meal right when more people were starting to come in, but it is a great place to bring the family for a good, homemade meal. My only complaints? Food coulda' used a bit more seasoning. And they definitely need bigger mugs for coffee.

Went out to the Fishhawk area to give this spot a try! Me and the wife decided to sit out back which was nice and shaded and cool. The menu had quite a bit of options to choose from. I ordered the omelet let and hash browns. My wife ordered the "Classic Old School", which is basically a breakfast sandwich. Everything came out perfect. The omelet was packed with what I ordered (sausage bacon and Swiss cheese). One of the best omelets I've had the pleasure of eating. No joke, delicious! I asked for my hash browns to be crispy and they came out perfect! My wife's sandwich looked delicious as well! Our server was "Dawn" and she took care of us pretty well. Could have paid a little more attention to drinks. But I can only imagine how difficult it must be to be a server during busy hours. But very friendly and nice! I'll definitely be back!

We went looking for a new breakfast place and found this place and what a find. It's small and tucked away but roomy inside with outdoor seating. The staff was great from the beginning and we got served right away. I got the French toast and it was delicious. Home fries and sausage with biscuits were also great

After blueberry picking with my friend at Luna Blueberry Farms off of Neal Road in Lithia, mid noon, we stopped for lunch at The Scrambles Egg in Fishhawk. Nice small place, offered outside dinning. Lots of booths to choose from. We were promptly seated. Staff has masks on. Very clean place. Menu had a variety to select from. Breakfast and lunch dishes all look scrumptious. I ended up with the Mile High Reuben ($10.29) on rye with fries. Portion was nice and the food hit fresh out of the kitchen. Server was nice and accommodating. Everything was yummy. Will be back to try other items. Until next review,... keep living your Best Life and remember to always Eat & be Merry!

This is an easy five stars! There was a short wait but they took our phone number and text us when our table was ready. We were able to wait outside where they have benches, picnic tables, and beautiful trees. This place has a homey family feel- a nice departure from the typical chain restaurants. Once seated, I ordered the Hungry Trio. The waitress was very friendly and even brought us an extra egg because the yolk had broken on one of the poached eggs. She did these even though we said it was fine. The Hungry Trio was delicious! The pancakes were fluffy, the home fries were crispy, and the bourbon bacon was the perfect balance of sweet and salty. It all hit the spot. Before we left, the waitress brought a to go cup for my coffee which I hadn't finished. Also, I went to the bathroom and it had obviously just been cleaned. This place is obviously very clean and well-cared for! All in all, stellar quality of service and ridiculously good bourbon bacon. Will be back!

Please consider supporting this business expansion so that it remains available to us. This does not appear to be an experiment to see how it goes. All of the signs, including outdoor signs, have been updated or replaced to announce that the business is open for dinner. The dining room is too bright. I suggested to server, who passed my comment on, that they should figure out how to dim the lights or turn some of them off. Speaking of the server, she was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Our server's name was Ava, and she is an immigrant of Greek and Albanian descent, who has been in the United States for 29 years. Ava happily brewed a fresh pot of decaf for us and offered drinks for us to take with us. We were given the regular menu and a dinner supplement. I have attached copies of the dinner supplement and you can see there are varied options--and you can also see how reasonably priced the options are. Portion sizes were great. Too much for us, anyway. I had the fried shrimp platter and the $13.95 price included the shrimp, french fries, sauteed green beans and a really nice dinner salad. Joanne had the chicken salad croissant sandwich. She really liked her sandwich. I liked my dinner but being candid, I would be surprised if the shrimp were breaded in house as opposed to prepared and frozen by the purveyor. I will try something different next time or will have the shrimp grilled. Portions were plentiful. Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience. Based on the food, the location and the prices, we are certainly happy to support Eggtown for dinner.

We were able to walk up to Canopy Road Cafe in Lithia without reservations, and they got 3 tables close to each other (on the patio) without any fuss. To add to it, the waitress was a doll, and the food was served in a very timely manner for the size of the party. The menu is big and full of brunch favorites. It wasn't all junk, either. I had the blackened salmon benedict. Was it the best quality salmon? No. But the hollandaise was tasty, the salmon was a generous portion, the spinach was nicely sauteed, and the poached eggs were appropriately runny. I liked that the standard side options included salad, fruit, and potatoes. There were healthy and unhealthy options, which was great. They have a decent kids menu, and we parents appreciated that the kids were given crayons and could play tic tac toe among themselves while the adults talked. The prices were fairly standard for a small chain brunch restaurant. Not a bargain, but nothing more than you'd expect to pay for a clean and pleasant suburban brunch experience.

You're able to sit wherever you like and it was my fault for not really looking above the table I sat in. I ordered the pancakes with eggs. Some of it was still uncooked...eeyuckk... anyways while waiting for the check I decided to really look up at the ceiling and seen all the dust accumulated on the lights, it was nasty. I wouldn't return at all.
