YES! As a native NY'er I appreciate a good bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll. I'd say the closet you can get outside of NY. (Actually - I think this is the only place I've seen a spot like this outside of the Tri-state area. GENIUS) This is a food trailer located in a paid parking lot however signs on the truck so you have 10 minutes without worrying about a ticket . The sandwich was great and service was quick. Little pricey but it's what it is. I'll support the small business again the sandwich was awesome.
It's your everyday food truck service in a plaza nearby the gas station, Mobil(which has construction going on around it at the moment I went) and the establishment is good overall. I like the setup of how it coincides with other mexican food trucks in the vicinity. The food is wonderful, I also had the loaded tater tots and it was excellent. One aspect I love about the food is how it's not overly greasy and isn't delicate about cheese.
Had a great breakfast sandwich this morning at the Bacon, Egg and Cheese truck! The staff was all super friendly and the location is amazing. The sandwich itself was great, can't go wrong with a basic bacon, egg and cheese. I'm not sure if they offer this but highly suggest adding some type of sauce, perhaps a chipotle sauce option for sandwiches. I think it would have taken the sandwich to the next level. The bun was very fluffy and light, the egg was cooked well, can't go wrong with a classic. If you have time, check out the fruit and veg stand next door! Such a fun idea.
Incredibly addicting! It's the best breakfast sandwich I've had in a very long time. Everything about it is great. These sandwiches are made with love. You can taste the difference. The egg is cooked perfectly. Not dry, or runny. It's all held together with perfectly melted cheese. There's even a gooey cheese pull. The NY Kaiser roll really makes the sandwich shine. I initially ordered a BECSP. Ketchup on a breakfast sandwich is just not my thing. I'm happy with just salt & pepper. It was delicious! The iced café con leche was pretty good. It has an earthy taste with notes of chocolate. I looked it up, and found that it's made with the Chilean Nescafé Tradición. I think that's what gives it that smooth and milky taste. I did ask for an additional shot of coffee. It does make it a little bolder (without bitterness). If you want something stronger, then this is not it. The NJ Pork Roll was even better than the BEC. It was my first time having a Taylor ham pork roll. Again, the sandwich was put together very well and so full of favor. I didn't think it could get better until I tried something from the Chilean Corner of the menu. The Barros Jarpa is now my favorite of the 3 sandwiches. I know. How could something so simple as ham and gouda cheese be so wonderful? Well, all I can say is that the toasted roll with all of that creamy gouda cheese put it over the top. There are 2 locations. I visited the original one in Brandon. It's a food trailer behind the produce stand on Kings near Bloomingdale Ave. There are some shaded outdoor tables. The service is great, and ordering is efficient. The sandwiches are packaged well for travel. I'm looking forward to trying the Churrasco sandwich at some point.
PEACEFUL What a gem! I stumbled upon this food truck after taking my daughter to school, and I'm so glad I did. I ordered an iced French vanilla latte, Café con Leche, and two bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches--and wow, everything was incredibly fresh and filling! You can taste the QUALITY in everything! The customer service with Tatiana was top-notch! there's plenty of seating, but limited parking. I love that it's right down the road from my daughter's school because I already know I'll be coming back often! I can't wait to try more from the menu. If you're looking for a delicious breakfast spot, this is it. Highly recommend!
My neighbor absolutely raves about this place so I finally drove down to try the location off Kings Avenue and wow these breakfast sandwiches are phenomenal! I'm gonna say it like everyone else who's been to NJ or NY..YES it does remind me of when I used to get my Pork roll egg'n cheese at my sweet spot in Mercerville :) The Nj pork roll was the closest I've gotten to the same taste and texture. Beautiful sandwiches and the Iced Cafe Con Leche was delicious I knew by the color that it was going to be good.
Great little food truck tucked away in Brandon. Bacon egg and cheese I highly recommend you give it a try. Not many bacon egg and cheese sandwiches really impressive us. But this one was really good the cafe ocho coffee was really great. My wife and I really enjoyed it I give it a 8.1 in Brandon area around Kings and Bloomingdale stop in and give it a try.
Finally. We can grab a real BEC on a Kaiser roll in downtown Tampa. Thank you! (This food truck is also on 411 N Florida Ave downtown Tampa) Nothing else needs to be said.
Okay I don't know what is this.. we asked for chopped steak and we received some goulash choopped steak and it has a weird red color the taste was bland.. the meat it's rubbery the food overall was mediocre the first sandwiches we received was full of mayo tomatoes together with this goulash I'm like yeah we need just the steak eggs and onions and still received this weird looking meat all scrapped out into this odd red looking sauce that didn't had any taste at all.. first time coming and would be my last time.. customer service was very dry also
Hands down, this is one of my favorite local spots for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. We typically order it delivery. It's always comes hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. This is a prime example of a food truck making simple food and executing it perfectly. Although I mostly order delivery, I have picked up a few times. They are located behind the mobile gas station and can be a little easy to miss. Everyone is always pleasant and provides great service. I never deviate from my order: bacon egg n cheese. My partner never deviates from his order: sausage egg n cheese. These sandwiches are so good, we have never been willing to try anything else. It's all we need.
This is a tough one. I asked for a bacon and sausage sandwich and just got bacon. I was in a hurry so just put it down as a honest mistake and just had to be okay with just bacon on my sandwich. As I was eating it felt like I was just eating bread. You would think for almost $10 you would get a heartier sandwich. Sad to write this review! Always like trying to support small local businesses but I am surprised how ok it is compared to the reviews
Excuse Me! Where the chuck have you been all my life Barros Luco? Steak, Avocado, Tomato, Cheese, and I added a Fried Egg. This was so darn good! I was upset about every-time I didn't go before. If you haven't been you are doing your tastebuds a disservice. I will definitely be working my way through the entire menu. When you walk up they provide you with a pager so you can peruse the farm stand while they fill your order. They have tables setup so you can sit and wait or eat there.
I was over in Brandon this weekend and we happened to stop by Bacon, Egg, and Cheese food truck. They are known for their breakfast sandwiches and this one did not disappoint. It was called the hungry man. It had bacon, ham, sausage, hash browns, egg, cheese on a roll with ketchup. In my opinion, it was the perfect breakfast sandwich. I shared it with my buddy and we were both very happy with our meal. Solid spot that's worth checking out.
Located in a small food truck lot on the corner of Kings Ave and Bloomingdale in Riverview, Bacon Egg'n Cheese offers a classic NY style sandwich that you won't find anywhere else in Florida (except their other food truck in Tampa). The lot has very limited parking for the 5 or more food trucks that are there. This is a problem but it's the only negative I encountered during the experience. The food truck is tucked back into the corner of the lot with a couple of picnic tables for seating in a shaded area. Bacon Egg'n Cheese has a tablet kiosk that you can order from, however you can just walk up and tell the attendant your order if you prefer. They are also available on Uber Eats. I ordered the Hungry Man sandwich and I was beyond satisfied. This sandwich is stacked with 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, and a hash brown on a Kaiser roll. The service was fairly quick with the order being prepared within 5 minutes. Upon taking my first bite I was met with a pleasant and familiar taste I had not experienced in over 17 years since I lived on Long Island. They make the sandwich to order so make sure you ask for whatever you want on your sandwich such as salt, pepper, ketchup etc. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich is a part of NY food culture that can't be found elsewhere... until now. Bacon Egg'n Cheese pays tribute to this iconic sandwich by making it right. I will return again and again to enjoy this authentic breakfast sandwich. read more
We drove to Bacon n Eggs Food Truck on Kings Ave in Brandon for the vibes and baby, the Chopped Sandwich did not disappoint. The owner I believe was mad cool and the service was quick. I didn't get what I came for (B.E.C., I'll see you next time , maybe lol), but the flavor profile from the chopped cheese said 'you're welcome' with every bite. It's definitely a tight squeeze considering the amount of cars that pulled up or were already there, but it was flowing... This place was on the way between Pinellas and our destination in Lakeland, so we decided to stop in for brunch. We're so glad we did. The menu is simple, but filled with great choices. They do a classic NY style egg sandwiches for breakfast, hash browns, and coffee. What more could you want? The sandwich was perfectly cooked, the bread was fresh, and it was delicious. Small food truck in where the produce stand is at kings and Bloomingdale. There are few food truck there. I went there at 8:30 in the morning and there were several in line. After ordering it only took about 10 minutes to get my order. These are NY style sandwiches and are very tasty. read more

I've been wanting to try this place for several weeks now and finally got a chance to go. While it's available through Uber Eats, I wanted to go in person for my first experience. I'm glad I did! It is located across from the park off Kings and Bloomingdale in the Mobil Gas station parking lot. I thought it would just be a food truck, but they actually have a very nice outdoor space for seating. They even have available this fly deterrent if you want to sit and eat there. You wouldn't even notice you're in a gas station parking lot once you sit down. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful with our selection. My son only wanted egg. Of course he stole my bacon egg and cheese sandwich when he tasted mine. So for my first experience, I was highly disappointed only because my son stole my long-awaited sandwich. I only got three bites before the 8 year old stole it from my hands. My husband got the steak and cheese sandwich. He ordered something simple and only regrets not getting the sandwich with more toppings. I didn't get to try the sausage because my older son ate the whole thing before I could ask for a bite. Definitely try this place. Just be aware of their hours as they are only open for breakfast and lunch. I also got the iced cafe con leche. It's good. I appreciated that they have oat milk as an option. I only needed one squirt of vanilla syrup, which they offer as self serve. My husband got the hot cafe con leche. He said it was decent. For far too long, Brandon has lacked a true BEC that brings flavors from the NYC. I am here to welcome Bacon Egg'n Cheese to the neighborhood! Let's cut to the chase, Bacon Egg'n Cheese is a small food truck conveniently located at the corner of Kings and Bloomingdale at Mobile gas station parking lot. Don't let the small location steer you away as this restaurant is putting out HUGE flavors! I ordered the classic bacon egg and cheese and this sandwich is as good as you're going to get to the real thing in New York. Melty cheese, runny egg, classic roll; what else more could you want? My wait from the time I ordered to meal being complete was less than 10 minutes so excellent place to stop by when in a rush. Now I do find the prices to be a little on the higher end for portion size. At $8, I expect at least an included side of hash browns or coffee. Also, my personal preference is a bagel vs a Kaiser roll so I am curious to see if that option will be added in the future. The hours of operation also are quite limited to those who can only go on the weekend as they are not currently opened. Overall, outside of my few qualms, I am pleased with this establishment and will return to try some of the other sandwiches. I am looking forward to changes and additions they will make once they gain more traction from the locals! read more

IT TASTES LIKE HOME. As someone born and raised in NJ who has been desperately looking for a breakfast sandwhich spot I have finally found my regular place. The sandwiches were immaculately made with care and the staff was super nice. Every bite was perfect and I can't wait to come back and try their coffee with my next order. Small location, but very organized- food took less than 15-20 minutes and packed neatly- important if you're selling a menu that appeals heavy to people on lunch break/breakfast before work. Went there in the middle of the week, morning rush hour traffic- parking was difficult but not impossible. Ordered three sandwiches and a drink, amounting to about $36. Had a handful of tables to seat people, buzzers available for each person ordering, despite only being a two-person operation. Food was extremely solid, well-seasoned- no frills, nothing but solid food, and solid service. If I really had to nitpick, would probably ask if the café con leche could be served hot- iced has a lot of ice and the coffee's a little weak, but the taste is there. The bread on the Churrasco sandwich could've been toasted a bit more, steak got a bit lost. But if slightly watery coffee and slightly chewier bread are the biggest complaints you get, it's probably a sign that you're doing a great job as a restaurant. read more

This was my first time trying this place and I made my decision based on the amount of reviews explaining how great the food was and the amount of time I had before they closed. They close early mid day so be sure to get there in time. I needed some hearty calories before a long travel day and I was craving a great tasting simple breakfast sandwich. Fyi be ready to scan for the menu as there is not one posted in front of the truck other than a few basic items written on a sandwich board with minimal seating. I ordered the sausage, bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on kaiser bread. It was indeed a good HOT sandwich, however, the bread was okay. I am a big believer that the bread can elevate a sandwich. Having more bread options could be a beneficial move for this food truck. There were also limited drink options. Bringing your own drink can't hurt. Regardless, my taste buds were satisfied as well as my fullness. The price is pricey for what you get. I paid about 10$ for the sandwich plus a tip that was probably a little too high in hindsight. The wait time was fair, about 8-10 minutes, granted most people were either ordering for delivery or called in for pick up. I noticed some of the reviews mentioned rude service. Although the service by the woman was not rude, it was not overtly friendly and it was fairly direct. I believe this is due to who they are as people and not to be taken personally. Fyi, not everyone gives a Disney experience in FL. I usually find that when the food is good enough the customer will come back and this is why they call in and order for delivery. If this was a walk-in style restaurant it probably would not last due to customer service. Kudos to them for having a business model that suits them. Overall the ambiance is inviting and the parking is adequate for those driving to pick up their own food as there is a paid parking lot on site. I didn't pay as I was basically in and out in 10 minutes, but just be aware. It's located in the heart of DT Tampa so many people are walking vs driving to this location. I would recommend this location to others as an option. When it comes to an on the go breakfast, this place checks the box. read more
