Their food is completely unique and delicious in every way. This time around I tried their Smash Burger Tacos. One word: Phenomenal. So much flavor in those tacos. Another selection I had was their Apple Pie Empanada Drizzled in Caramel with Ice Cream. Oh man, such a great dessert. This Food Truck has it all. From Burgers to Tacos. From Wings to Philly Cheese Steak. From loaded Fries to Loaded Tater Tots. So much selection to choose from. Plus every week they do some specials and unique plates.

Seemed to be pretty standard American fare. Excellent customer service, delicious burgers and fries (great crunch!). There's a bench or two outside with paper towels and condiments. Drink selection was small. My family of four came and ate on a Sunday evening for $50, Sunday special being 2 Burgers & fries for $20. We also ordered the poutine and buffalo wings (hot!). They were both okay but that's not my cup of tea anyway. We will definitely be back.

Located in a small food truck lot on the corner of Kings Ave and Bloomingdale in Riverview, Bacon…read moreEgg'n Cheese offers a classic NY style sandwich that you won't find anywhere else in Florida (except their other food truck in Tampa). The lot has very limited parking for the 5 or more food trucks that are there. This is a problem but it's the only negative I encountered during the experience. The food truck is tucked back into the corner of the lot with a couple of picnic tables for seating in a shaded area. Bacon Egg'n Cheese has a tablet kiosk that you can order from, however you can just walk up and tell the attendant your order if you prefer. They are also available on Uber Eats. I ordered the Hungry Man sandwich and I was beyond satisfied. This sandwich is stacked with 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, and a hash brown on a Kaiser roll. The service was fairly quick with the order being prepared within 5 minutes. Upon taking my first bite I was met with a pleasant and familiar taste I had not experienced in over 17 years since I lived on Long Island. They make the sandwich to order so make sure you ask for whatever you want on your sandwich such as salt, pepper, ketchup etc. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich is a part of NY food culture that can't be found elsewhere... until now. Bacon Egg'n Cheese pays tribute to this iconic sandwich by making it right. I will return again and again to enjoy this authentic breakfast sandwich.

I didn't get what I came for (B.E.C., I'll see you next time , maybe lol), but the flavor profile from the chopped cheese said 'you're welcome' with every bite. It's definitely a tight squeeze considering the amount of cars that pulled up or were already there, but it was flowing... We'll definitely be back for more food and finds. **the bread is braces friendly**
