The food truck is tucked back into the corner of the lot with a couple of picnic tables for seating in a shaded area. Bacon Egg'n Cheese has a tablet kiosk that you can order from, however you can just walk up and tell the attendant your order if you prefer. They are also available on Uber Eats. I ordered the Hungry Man sandwich and I was beyond satisfied. This sandwich is stacked with 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, and a hash brown on a Kaiser roll. The service was fairly quick with the order being prepared within 5 minutes. Upon taking my first bite I was met with a pleasant and familiar taste I had not experienced in over 17 years since I lived on Long Island. They make the sandwich to order so make sure you ask for whatever you want on your sandwich such as salt, pepper, ketchup etc. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich is a part of NY food culture that can't be found elsewhere... until now.
