This is such a quaint and charming village restaurant. We walked in with a smile on our face which turned to grins as we fell in love with this place! You got a bakery, a wine bar, a coffee bar and a store! Plus a fabulous menu with great options for all! All the staff were a pleasure and clearly love to be here, which has absorbed in the atmosphere. Special shout to our server Hailey. One of the best we have encountered! Water 7/10

I was out in Plant City, and I had to make another visit to this distant gem! I had been here once before and absolutely loved it. I went during Brunch and we were able to get right in. The last time we had a minor wait, but they have a cute little vintage store attached to it that ate into the time. This time I got the half off Bloody Mary, and I had to go back for the Banana Bread Tea! I love a breakfast sandwich, and this one was perfection. The croissant was soooo good and I loved the Ham and bacon combo. I got the guava and cheese pastry and the two cookies. The pastry dough was one of the best I have had! I did wish there was more guava and cheese. The LEMON BLUEBERRY cookie was phenomenal! I want to find a similar recipe ASAP!!!!

This place is hard to get into! You must make a reservation for tea time and dining. It's a restaurant on one side and a shop on the other. We arrived early to browse the shop which had ALOT of stuff. Beautiful goodies but some were so overpriced! There is actually sooo much stuff that it's quite hard to walk through especially when there's a lot other people trying to also get through the areas. Our reservation for tea time was 3pm so we headed over and was told we'd be seated at 3 sharp. We checked in again like 2 till 3 and was taken back around 3:03pm. Cute tables setup with tea cups and saucers and lace covers. There was only 1 menu on the tables that's to be shared among your entire party which we thought was odd. We all decided on the Strawberry tea. Next our tea pots were delivered - each person gets their own teapot! The water wasn't hot, merely lukewarm so it took a bit for the tea to brew. Tea had a slight flavor and was actually good had wish that the water was hotter. Some of the ladies only had a small amount of water in the pot so we had to ask for more water. Next the tier came. We found it odd that the sandwiches and pastries were all basically full sized that had been cut in half. Also no jelly or clotted cream was served with the scones! When we asked for clotted cream, it was obviously something new and they'd never heard of this. What!? Clotted cream and preserves are part of the tea experience when eating your scone! You also only get 2 half sandwiches rather than 4 different finger sandwiches which normally come with a high tea. Overall experience was ok however we all left very disappointed with the food and tea experience! Recommend getting clotted cream and making smaller portion sized food rather than halves that you can clearly tell are halves. It's sort of a messy presentation. Especially for the price of $35!

This is the perfect date/brunch spot! Definitely worth the drive since it's a little ways away from Tampa, but the food and service were amazing. I got their Brie fondue app and loved all of the different pairings/flavors it offered. Also, the Brie and Pear flatbread was delicious with grilled chicken on top. The cool thing about this place is it has a vintage shop connected to it with the cutest decor pieces - checking it out after your meal is a must!

White oak cottage is tucked away almost in the middle of nowhere in Lithia. Honestly, a restaurant of this quality has no business being hidden all the way out there, but I am 100% here for it! It's very small and intimate inside, but that brings a unique charm and cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The service is top notch, and you truly feel like a valued patron. The drinks are amazing and unique. Food quality is great, and I highly recommend the brussels sprouts and whipped feta appetizer! The downfall is, it is pretty pricey, which I assume is only because there is no competition around and since they are so far out of the way they increased prices of food to adjust, which I don't feel the customers should have to pay for such a thing. I absolutely would go back but more as a treat and only special occasion since the prices are so high

Lovely place. Quaint, great service and food. I had a flatbread with balsamic, chicken and bacon on the side. It was wonderful and very filling.. Music was great but a little loud. Staff turned it down for me which was nice. Pub burger was recommended by a friend and said to be delicious, but I wanted a lighter lunch. Would highly recommend this sweet place with a wonderful atmosphere, great service and delicious food.

Literally, the cutest little place in the middle of nowhere. Everyone was so friendly. They had a bakery, a gift shop, furniture shop, etc. So much to see and if there is a wait there is no problem enjoying everything they have. You can get your coffee/tea/ drink and wait and walk around. The food was really good.

Loved this restaurant. I must say, my girlfriend suggested it as I never heard of it in all my trips to Tampa, FL. I think that I was mostly impressed by the store. I could spend hours looking at all the furniture and nick nacks. For my brunch, I ordered the Belgium waffles with side of scrambled eggs and link sausage and delicious hot chocolate. I enjoyed it. Service was very good all around. Friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back.

Food was amazing! Decor is adorable. Shop is great but pricey. It does get crowded but we didn't mind too much. So much fun. Coffee flight wasn't the best, but my sandwich was amazing.

This place is super cute! Wish I got more pics. You can dine then shop! The food is okay. But worth checking out the place and I'll definitely be back to look around more. They have a bar and coffee area to get drink or you can dine in. The service was overall great. We got there right before it opened and there was a line but we only waited 20 mins for a seat

This is such a cute and unique place. Built within an old cottage is a mixture of home decor and baked goods. It's a very tight squeeze getting around, so don't wear loose clothing. The floors are also uneven so wear appropriate shoes. That said, the food was well seasoned and delicious and our waitress, Brooke was such a gem. Will definitely be back.

Their menu is small, but they have great happy hour specials ($4 drafts, $10 pitchers, $5 house liquor and wine) and the food presentation was spectacular. Two stars is being generous. Been a long time since we went to the Sawgrass Grill as our first…read moretime was not good right after the HOA bought the club- Decided to give it a try again on Friday night for dinner since the Landing has gone out of business. The Friday night "Special" Fish and chips were awful. Seafood Chowder was cold, Fries were cold and greasy. Replacement fries not much better - The fried fish batter was soggy and the quality of the fish was not there. From the taste I also wondered when the last time the fryer oil was changed?? Sad as we were hoping for a much better experience. If Sawgrass Grill is going to attract more business from the Riverhills community - quality of food needs to improve. Seems like they rely on the liquor sales to drive the business. Not everyone in Riverhills wants to go to the club to drink and hang out with friends. Some of us would like a good dining experience. Place reminds me of "JF Kicks" with not as good food. Place was dirty - carpet in dining areas dirty, windows need to be cleaned - for not operating several days a week one would think they could have the place spotless. Perhaps we need to lease out the restaurant part of the club to someone who can run it better? For the HOA fees we pay now by owning the club - I expect a better product and if done right can generate $$. Waitress was sweet - but seemed overwhelmed... Automatically adds gratuity to bill which is ok but no where is this shown on the check. Food overpriced for the product served....
