We drove over an hour from Pinellas County because of the glowing reviews, and it ended up being one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've had. We were traveling with an elderly disabled family member who uses a mobility scooter. Although there were designated accessible parking spaces, the ramp leading into the building was so narrow that her scooter couldn't safely use it. Once inside, both the retail store and the restaurant had aisles that were too narrow for the scooter to navigate. As a result, she had to leave the scooter behind and painfully walk with a cane, which left her exhausted before we were even seated. The retail store itself was packed so tightly with merchandise that it felt more like navigating an obstacle course than shopping. Much of the merchandise was gift-shop fare at prices that seemed difficult to justify. The restaurant appeared disorganized from the moment we checked in. We watched multiple parties who arrived after us get seated before we did, including a party of two being seated at a table that could accommodate eight guests. Meanwhile, our elderly disabled relative was told she could wait in a chair next to the restroom. When we were finally called, we were seated at a table at the very back of the restaurant, requiring yet another long and painful walk for our relative. After looking over the menu, we found the prices surprisingly high for the offerings, and there wasn't enough that appealed to our group to justify staying. At that point, we decided to leave without ordering. After driving more than an hour based on the restaurant's reputation, the combination of poor accessibility, disorganized seating, and a menu that didn't provide good value made the trip feel like a complete waste of time. We ended up driving into Plant City instead, where we found a welcoming restaurant with reasonable prices and a much better overall experience. read more

It has a huge wine and liquor menu and the food menu is set offerings which cover lunch and dinner (dinner reservations highly recommended). Food was good not a wow but good. Blue cheese chips with tomato and a balsamic glaze, prime rib sandwich and a burger bowl, yes there is a burger under that pile of arugula. Brought dessert home from their mini bakery to enjoy later. The background music was just a nice volume so as to not overwhelm the table. If you go try to not let them seat you at the furthest back table against the wall in the side dining room. The food was very good. I had the beef rigatoni and hubby had the gnocchi. Save room for the dessert! The gooey butter cake and peach bread pudding were outstanding. It's a bit of a challenging environment if you are looking for an intimate dinner. We were seated right in the middle of the host stand, coffee bar, bar and restrooms, not in the main dining room. Great if you want lots of activity and people watching. They only have 18 tables so you get what you get I guess. Definitely would not bring kids under 8. Our server Stacey was great. This was an unexpected gem on our road trip to the Gulf! The food was delicious and staff was all so friendly and welcoming. We couldn't decide between the same entrees, so decided to get one of each and split them to try both! The cacio e pepe had great flavor and bucatini which is a fun noodle. The chicken had amazing flavors with goat cheese and sundried tomato, plus it came with two sides as well (the mashed potatoes were excellent!). We enjoyed looking around both in the restaurant itself and the shop attached. There's a LOT to see which can be a little overwhelming, but it was fun to look around. My friend found this place advertised on FB so when I asked her where she'd like to go for her birthday, she mentioned TWOC. The entire place is so eclectic! Each room is decorated differently and with a chic style. Our food was tasty. We especially enjoyed our appetizer of Cheese Fondue which came with sliced apples, a large croissant, fig jam and honey. The cutest place! The nicest people! I saw this a few years ago and was finally able to stop. I thought it was just a restaurant. But it's not!! There's a cute little bakery as soon as you walk in and they have the most amazing looking treats. The s'mores cookie was incredible. Next we hit the little cafe section and got Lavender and Honey lattes. Also amazing. Then we walked around the gift shop, where the sweetest lady greeted my 4 year old and he waved back and told her to have a good day and she was SO kind to him. Such cute stuff! And don't forget to step outside and look around also. It's whimsical. There's even a cute carriage and phone booth. We ate our cookies on two cute swings outside. Entering you'll find a bakery, bottled wine available for purchase and a well-suited bar area near the hostess check-in. The decor draws your attention in every direction. Courteous staff are attentive to see to your needs. The menu selection gained my attention to words that I look for that live up to my taste; Bruschetta, Whipped Feta, Smoked Fish Dip. And those are just the appetizers. Burgers, Cajun fries, Bourbon, Espresso all caught my eye as I scanned the menus. The pace here is also more to my liking; I don't like being pushed out the door to make way for more customers. I enjoy spending time with my better half and soaking in the ambiance. The noise level/music is at a good level. The bathroom was cranked and bit much but I didn't spend much time in there. This is a place I plan to return to over and over to try new menu items. I was out in Plant City, and I had to make another visit to this distant gem! I had been here once before and absolutely loved it. I went during Brunch and we were able to get right in. The last time we had a minor wait, but they have a cute little vintage store attached to it that ate into the time. This time I got the half off Bloody Mary, and I had to go back for the Banana Bread Tea! I love a breakfast sandwich, and this one was perfection. The croissant was soooo good and I loved the Ham and bacon combo. I got the guava and cheese pastry and the two cookies. The pastry dough was one of the best I have had! I'm having a hard time deciding how to rate this restaurant. We had a 6 pm reservation and this was my first time here so I didn't know what to expect. What I didn't expect for a party of 4 was to be seated right inside the hostess station at a table for 8. So much activity around us it wasn't enjoyable and the table size was awkward. I wasn't aware this was a store and a restaurant as well as a bakery. Our server was wonderful and I would give him a 5 star review. The menu is nice and we decided to share the brussel sprout appetizer and the whipped feta. Both arrived quickly and were very good. For my entree I chose salmon piccata and it too arrived timely and was nice and hot. The flavor was great and the size was perfect. I would give the food a 5 star review also. My friend wanted to shop after dinner, but after walking only a bit, I felt so claustrophobic. There is sooooo much stuff in a very small area, that I had to leave. We did pick up a few cookies at the bakery which were very good. Had we had a better table location, and the store not so full, my 3 star review could easily have been a 5. This place is hard to get into! You must make a reservation for tea time and dining. It's a restaurant on one side and a shop on the other. We arrived early to browse the shop which had ALOT of stuff. Beautiful goodies but some were so overpriced! There is actually sooo much stuff that it's quite hard to walk through especially when there's a lot other people trying to also get through the areas. Our reservation for tea time was 3pm so we headed over and was told we'd be seated at 3 sharp. We checked in again like 2 till 3 and was taken back around 3:03pm. Cute tables setup with tea cups and saucers and lace covers. There was only 1 menu on the tables that's to be shared among your entire party which we thought was odd. We all decided on the Strawberry tea. Next our tea pots were delivered - each person gets their own teapot! The water wasn't hot, merely lukewarm so it took a bit for the tea to brew. Tea had a slight flavor and was actually good had wish that the water was hotter. Some of the ladies only had a small amount of water in the pot so we had to ask for more water. Next the tier came. We found it odd that the sandwiches and pastries were all basically full sized that had been cut in half. Also no jelly or clotted cream was served with the scones! When we asked for clotted cream, it was obviously something new and they'd never heard of this. What!? Clotted cream and preserves are part of the tea experience when eating your scone! You also only get 2 half sandwiches rather than 4 different finger sandwiches which normally come with a high tea. Overall experience was ok however we all left very disappointed with the food and tea experience! Recommend getting clotted cream and making smaller portion sized food rather than halves that you can clearly tell are halves. It's sort of a messy presentation. White oak cottage is tucked away almost in the middle of nowhere in Lithia. Honestly, a restaurant of this quality has no business being hidden all the way out there, but I am 100% here for it! It's very small and intimate inside, but that brings a unique charm and cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The service is top notch, and you truly feel like a valued patron. The drinks are amazing and unique. Food quality is great, and I highly recommend the brussels sprouts and whipped feta appetizer! The downfall is, it is pretty pricey, which I assume is only because there is no competition around and since they are so far out of the way they increased prices of food to adjust, which I don't feel the customers should have to pay for such a thing. Came here for my friends birthday and everything was delicious. Sadly her family picked the appetizers so I don't know the name of them . I know one was coconut shrimps were great and I think was a feta cheese dip which was good with pita chips . I had the French dip sandwich it was delicious. We also tried two of the Christmas specialty cocktails which were yummy. Loved the whole concept of shopping before or after eating . Loved the coffee bar , drink bar and bakery. Loved this restaurant. I must say, my girlfriend suggested it as I never heard of it in all my trips to Tampa, FL. I think that I was mostly impressed by the store. The turkey sandwich, if you can call it that was a disappointment. There was hardly any turkey, it was mostly bread and for the price was a joke. The lavender fizz margarita was very good! So the four of us came in for brunch today and got there at about 10:50. We were some of the first to come in and it was weird, someone unlocked the door but didn't open it to welcome people or just to say they were open. That is a pure I don't give a f*** move and very insulting. This is probably our 10th time we've been here and have always had a good experience, very good. Today was different. The only thing that was apparently good was the burger someone in our group of four had. My sausage gravy and biscuits was a disgusting trainwreck. I asked for my potatoes crispy and they were but cold. I asked for a little extra gravy and that was a fail but Olivia quickly got some more of the thin, cold gravy to go over the perfect biscuits. The gravy was cold and it looked and tasted like it was leftover from Saturday and maybe 'tainted'. Probably was as we were some of the first people in. Our server was Olivia and she was wonderful through this. I sent it back and that took 10 minutes, the gravy was hot, a thicker texture as it should. The eggs were served ice cold......I didn't mention that to our server because she felt bad enough. They did comp the sausage and gravy which I didn't ask for but was appreciated and we tipped our server well.. She really was amazing. One final note, as we always do we buy a cinnamon roll to take home, and swiping the card and what comes up is asking for a tip. Come on, you're doing what you're paid to do and for a $6.50 cinnamon roll to go, that should include the tip. Just saying. Was surprised a manager didn't stop and say anything, they had to be aware but the woman with the long sweater and glasses with a name tag that said Assistant Manager walked by our table 4 or 5 times taking food to tables. Thanks for letting me vent. PS- We will never come back. We used to love this place. No more. 14 hour update......food poisoning from the nasty leftover sausage gravy. FU read more

I got the French Onion Melt which was very flavorful and the meat was very tender. My wife got the Pear and Brie Flatbread. She said it was delish. Soda's and Tea are all bottled. My only complaint.
