I came here with my hubby & 4 of our friends. We all shared 3 appetizers: calamari, fried artichokes & chips w/ blue cheese. All 3 apps were delicious! For dinner, my husband ordered ALOT of dishes! He got 10 piece Chicken wings (half Detroit hot honey, half garlic). Both flavors were really good! Hubby also ordered pizza (Fishhawk Pineapple). I had one slice, which was good. He also ordered Chicken Parmesan. I took a bite of it, and I absolutely LOVED IT!! The breading on the chicken was incredibly tasty & perfectly seasoned. Hubby also ordered a side of gnocchi bolognese, which was a nice large portion. I really loved the gnocchi. It had a lot of ground beef & beef chunks in it. For my main entree, I ordered lasagna, which was really good. It was the same sauce as the gnocchi. We ended up taking most of the lasagne & gnocchi home since my husband ordered so much food. I was really full from all of the appetizers too. To top it all off, we also ordered cookies & it came with vanilla ice cream. We got chocolate chip & peanut butter cookies. They were both really good! Our awesome server Ellie said they were home made from a bakery (forgot which one!). All of our friends loved the entrees they ordered. One friend had the BLVD chopped salad, which looked really good! She said she liked it, and it was filling. I can't remember what everyone else had, but we all said we definitely all want to come back here again. It was very strange that this place was not busy on that Saturday night. They had cocktail specials ($8 for everything on the cocktail menu). I loved their espresso martini & the Basil Smash. The interior is very nice & clean! Love the ambience. Service was fantastic. Can't wait to go back here.

I love this new restaurant! We did make a reservation since we have heard this place is new and popular and we got sat right away. Went here with a friend and started off with a few drinks. The cocktails are delicious and unique and reasonably priced. Then I had the steak for dinner. It was cooked to perfection and the steamed broccoli was delicious! The open concept kitchen was really neat and the ambiance was perfect for a night out! Can't wait to go back!

Went on Wednesday with a group of girlfriends for dinner and noticed it was ladies night. Not sure what that meant as nothing was mentioned to our table. The service was slow so the server took off drinks (1) of the bill. The food was ok. Everyone at our table couldn't get past how salty the food was. The only section that seemed to get attention was the bar area. I ordered a burger and truffle fries. It's was just ok. Not the best or the worst. The restaurant decor is nice. The concept is nice. But this is my second time visiting and being disappointed.

Need a nice chill spot to grab some dinner, try the boulevard supper club. Great service and excellent food. I tried the shrimp and crab pasta. Big shrimp, big flavor, a big YES on the boulevard.

Was going to ocean prime but didn't feel like driving to Tampa, saw this place on open table app and decided to give it a shot. Boy did they impress. Chicken Alfredo was phenomenal, atmosphere was cozy. Calamari was excellent along with everything you see pictured. Lastly, cheesecake here is better than anything I've ever had at Cheesecake Factory. Got it to go, we ended up eating it while waiting for the check lol. Give it a shot the place is awesome. Back 2 days later waiting for my steak as we speak here.

New Fishhawk dining option. Enjoyed the food and friendly staff. We sat at a high top in the bar area. There were four of us, we all ordered different meals, all would definitely come back. Only downside to being in the bar area are the acoustics....pretty noisy in there. Otherwise I'd say it's one of the better quality places in the area.

(I am missing the items we ordered, so I'll have to come back here and add them later, but all that matters is four people had completely different entrées, and we were all very pleased.) How pleased were we? So pleased that, a mere 7 days later, we're about to drive 1.25 hours to have another meal there, this time with our extended family of 14. The host greeted this warmly and had us promptly seated. Our server, Danielle, was magnificent! She attended to us very well providing excellent recommendations. I also want to give a shout out to the fellow who came and prepared my pasta carbonara tableside. (Alas, I will have to come back and put his name in because I don't have it handy at the moment.)

We've been going to this establishment for years, loved the food when it was Shrimp Boat, but lots…read morehas changed since going Italian. It's not really Italian, could offer more dishes that is considered Mediterranean, pasta specials of the day could be a consideration, something different that other local Italian restaurants don't offer, otherwise, they are just like the others. We had the chicken parmesan with spaghetti, terrible. It's a large piece of chicken, should have been pounded thinner, too thick, loaded with too much sauce on breaded chicken, which makes it soft because of too much sauce, then loaded with cheese that wasn't put under the broiler, just soft and mushy. Side spaghetti was over cooked and loaded again with too much sauce, the entire dish was drowning in sauce which is just okay. Our friends ordered spaghetti & meatballs, the meatballs was garlicky and the dish loaded with too much sauce on overcooked spaghetti. Several of their dishes are made with same stuffing from stuffed mushrooms, stuffed flounder, stuffed shrimp making it easy for the kitchen but a boring menu being the food all tasting the same. Service is great and attentive even with change of staff since the restaurant changed. My suggestion is, please stop overloading sauce, don't drown the spaghetti and cut back on garlic in meatballs, don't overcook the pasta, and offer a pasta of the week, supposably they make their own, let's see something that can't be bought from a store. The owner needs to pay attention to their change of business, if you are presenting it to be Italian, then offer dishes that can be found as other restaurants, you've just become a cliche, why bother! We wish only the best for this establishment, being family owned, you've worked hard to still be around after so many years, don't let us down now.

Alex was so sweet and greeted us right away, helped answer any questions we had on the menu including narrowing down our options since we wanted EVERYTHING on that menu! We ordered Main Roll, lobster cheese fries and fried lobster rolls and wow... WOW! Fresh lobster meat, whole claw meat on the roll, and the pricing just can't be beat. Less than 10 minutes for all of the food to be made fresh for us (wasn't too busy since we were nearing the end of their time) and he wakes out to us to check on our food and brought us a taste of the garlic Parmesan they use as well for the garlic Parmesan fries and we will have to get those next time. We joked about stalking their truck but I'm afraid we will be trying to find them again later this week. Thank you Alex and we will be seeing you again soon!

We got there right before closing and they had almost sold out of lobster, but the owner (who was incredibly nice) told us he had enough to make us a roll. When I tell you it was one of the best rolls I've had in awhile (especially since we just got back from Maine), I'm not joking. We enjoyed it so much that we shamelessly didn't get a picture. It's called Turkish Kitchen and is located at 119 W Bloomingdale Ave, in Brandon, FL. I have eaten at Italian, German, Greek, Chinese, Indian and food from other cultures but not Turkish. I was not sure that the menu selections would be in keeping with my Mediterranean lifestyle but we were on our way to find out. We entered the restaurant where my friend was well known and were escorted to a reserved table. The spacious upscale restaurant already had a good crowd of luncheon diners. As I glanced at the menu selections I knew I would not be disappointed. I will quote a line from the menu. "From succulent kebabs to Turkish tea, our menu is a culinary journey you won't forget." The four page menu had selections that would appeal to the most discriminate customers. Our waitress Angel provided flawless customer service and suggestions. Our Hummus, a bowl of Lentil soup and Sarma, grape leaves stuffed with savory rice, herbs and olive oil were perfect appetizers. These were followed by a Mix Shish which consisted of Lamb, Beef and Chicken cooked to perfection. For desserts we chose Maras, a traditional Turkish ice cream with a rich chewy texture that left us wanting more. We will revisit this Turkish gem again and choose from the over fifty offerings on the menu.

SORRY IF I GOT IT WRONG)...Anywho, for our APPETIZER: we had Kibbeh (ground beef with onions and peppers fried inside dough)...YUMMYYYYYY! ENTREE: Mix Shish - Chicken Shish (Chunks of skewered marinated chicken) and Lamb Adana (ground lamb with onion and peppers, basically a Shish kebab, but instead of Chunks, its ground on a skewer)...so flavorful, no complaints about those either. It comes with a yogurt base sauce(similar to Tzatziki- sauce for Gyros), grilled veggies, and salad. The grilled Serrano was spicy and I loved it! DRINKS: Turkish Coffee, Tea, & Beer. All have great flavors. Beer reminded me of a Stella Artois. DESSERT: Kunefe - it sort of looks like a small cake made of shredded dough, cheese, and topped with with the sugary syrup. OMG, TO DIE FOR! SERVICE: Great, our server was super nice and knowledgeable. We were greeted upon entering and our water cups remained filled. If you're a foodie like us, it says a lot when you never have to ask for more water. We will definitely return SOON!

It was the inconsistencies with the quality of the prime rib that kept me from returning. We decided to go back recently for an early birthday dinner. It's conveniently located in our neighborhood. The atmosphere has definitely changed. I noticed it immediately when we entered. It's a smaller staff than before. We remember being greeted right away (even at opening time). This time, there was no one at the reception stand. We waited for a few minutes knowing there was a larger group that was there before us. I believe it was the bartender (maybe the host) who eventually greeted & seated us. Melissa got everything started with our drink order. She was great! I really liked that she had the right amount of attentiveness. We never had to wave her over for anything. She also confirmed that the pretzel sticks are now an additional charge. To be honest, I never liked them that much anyway. I didn't get to take a picture of my husband's Wedge Salad. He started eating it right away. I was impressed with my House Salad. It looked and tasted so fresh. He was also happy with his Peach Bourbon Pork Chop, although he did say that the sauce was a little too sweet for him. We both agreed that it was tender, and not dry. It's a good choice. I had the Delmonico Ribeye, and it was prepared and seasoned perfectly. Loved it! I had leftovers the next day, and it was just as tasty. It's my new favorite steak in the area. Our last Texas Roadhouse and Outback steak experiences were horrible. This one at Stonewood is more expensive, but it was worth it. Now, I don't know how it will be the next time so don't quote me on this. As I mentioned before, there have been inconsistencies in the past. However, I will say that the cocktails & service here have always been very good. I will go back for the steak. I'm not sure that I'd order the Prime Rib again. I'll save that experiment for another day when it's not a special occasion. Give it a try if you happen to be in Brandon. They also have a location in Tampa Palms which appears to be more popular. It's a Florida (originated in Ormond Beach) restaurant chain that has been around for over 20 years. It deserves more praise.
