Lots of plans but still working on a shoestring of supplies. Have their own custom espresso bean but no whole milk, only oat, almond. Eight cheesecakes on display, some looking "shabby" like before. No prices showing but told the slices range from 6.50 to 9.00, depending on ingredients. They were labeled in marker on the glass (difficult to read). No sign on exterior for restaurant-still need better marketing. Couple of $2 cakepops & cupcakes. Selling some cute gift coffee thermoses. She was promising breakfast & lunch options within 2 weeks including avocado toast, nutella banana toast, chicken salad on croissant and crepes. All said expanding to cheesecake apples, jars & cobblers. She noted all cheesecakes are made by 2 vendors, not on site. Also hoping for professional signage. I had a great slice of pie that had pecans throughout. Cold & creamy. With Diet Coke instead of coffee. I am hopeful for them and more customers than just me.
