First time at Twin Peaks was great. It's a slightly elevated Hooters. Very lively as it was the first USA World Cup match. I didn't realize this was a sports bar so please dress casual. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. We even received coupons for a free app in the future for our first visit. We had the shrimp tacos and the bbq brisket flatbread. Both were great. One thing I really enjoyed about the tacos was the inclusion of guacamole with chips instead of chips only. I really think that was a unique touch for a casual restaurant that I really appreciated. I was utterly upset and disgusted with how u was treated at the Brandon,FL location. From the time I walked in to get my (7:33pm) order as that was the time it said it would be ready. Which I ended up having to wait 10mins as it was not ready. I think asked the host for a drink due to my inconvenience and having to wait (which I feel was not a big ask) she responded and said she can't. So I asked for a manager whom I spoke with Marcel and MICHAEL the on duty managers who then said my food just came up but this regarded the drink that I asked for. As a person in customer service especially corporate this was very unprofessional and their was not one once of empathy towards me and not to mention the attitude the girl had towards me from the time I walked to the host stand. So I got my food finally 17 minutes later and they forgot my jalapeño that came with my order haven't waited so long you would of thought they would had double checked the order before brining it to me. Not the case. So I the get all the way home ready to eat my food to see that all three of my tacos were extremely brunt at this point I am furious having drove all the way back home and to now have to drive and waste unnecessary gas that I should not have had to is beyond ridiculous. I get there speak with both of the guys and tell them this is unbelievable and unacceptable and I clearly wanted a refund. From start to finish this experience got worse and worse. I told MICHAEL the issue and both of the had no regards to how unhappy I was have not type of empathy and made me feel even worse as a customer. I really feel like the kitchen people were trying to be funny with my order. Even with me face to face and expressing to them both the lack of empathy they had towards me and my inconvenience they still gave none. So he went processed the refund and then wants to come back and give me the receipt and a free chips and salsa like the fact that asked for a measly drink from hump that thy could not even accommodate me is diabolical and to think after how I was treated that I would even want to support this business absolutely not. I literally was just telling my cousin how good they were and not I and forced to banned them completely due to the lack of customer service. As a major corporation you would think they would make things right for the customer so that it would not escalate to this measure but sadly this is the route I have to go to. In order to be seen and heard. This company handled this situation so distasteful. The restaurant literally flipped the issue so they made themselves look as if they did nothing wrong. As a company there was no accountability from upper management on how they restaurant made me feel they did nothing to show any type of empathy and accused me of things that I did not do this is beyond baffling I expected way more from a big named company like themselves. I respectfully will never go to this location. I do feel like they played victim, and they basically made me feel like my concerns were not heard and they had done no wrong when in fact there really was. Please be aware if you choose to spend your money here at this location. I highly recommend not going to this location awful customer service and management! Let's Go Brandon! I was staying nearby and this restaurant chain typically has good food from my memory of previous chains. What I didn't know was they had a great Long Island Iced Tea special. I can't remember if it's all day, but they were $6 each and were pretty good. I ordered the Lobster Roll BLT which was pretty good. The lobster was kind of piled on top of the roll, so I had to squeeze it into the buns, but it was still kind of messy to eat. The fries were cold AF for round 1, but the over-dressed waitress brought me fresh fries with no problem. We rarely leave negative reviews, but this was honestly the worst experience we've had at Twin Peaks Brandon. We visited on Friday, June 19th, arriving around 2:40 PM and leaving around 7:00 PM as a party of 9+. We came specifically to watch the World Cup games, enjoy food and drinks, and spend time together. We are regular customers and have generally had positive experiences here, which is why this visit was so disappointing. Our original server was great, but things changed when a new server took over our table, Miley. Communication became abrupt and unwelcoming, and we felt rushed without being given the opportunity to continue ordering. Shortly after, our checks were closed without us being asked if we wanted anything else, and our group was informed that alcohol service would no longer be provided to the entire table due to an issue involving one guest briefly stepping outside with a drink. However we heard Miley ask the original server before she took our table over if we were cut off. The original server let her know we had 2-3 drinks each. When we asked for clarification, management explained it was based on past situations where groups allegedly shared drinks after someone was cut off. We understand responsible alcohol service and fully support staff doing their job correctly, but the decision to stop serving the entire table felt inconsistent and unfair given the situation. Several guests had only one drink or very few. The situation escalated into a lengthy discussion with management, which caused us to miss a large portion of the game we came to watch. We ultimately left early and went elsewhere without issue. Overall, we were very disappointed and hope management improves consistency and communication moving forward. Twin Peaks Brandon absolutely crushed it during Sick Week 2026! Huge shoutout to Twin Peaks for being the go-to mid-Sick Week stop. After long days of racing and wrenching, this was the perfect place to pull in with the race car, cool off, and recharge. Ice-cold beers, great food, nonstop TVs, and an awesome atmosphere made it a no-brainer stop. Special thanks to Elysia, who was a fantastic server and took great care of us while we were there--friendly, fast, and on point even with the Sick Week crowd rolling through. The whole team embraced the event and made everyone feel welcome. Sick Week 2026 wouldn't have been the same without Twin Peaks Brandon. We'll absolutely be back next year! read more

This place was amazing. With hooters down the road, we decided to check out a new place. So glad we did. Our ciders were chilled in a tall glass which is a lovely change of pace compared to how it's served in most bars. Got the street tacos and salmon Caesar salad to split and it was so fresh!! Both were packed with flavor. The place has to huge wrap around bars and plenty of seating. We were able to get our food in less than 15 minutes which was also great considering the place was hopping! Loved that the bar tenders worked well with eachother as well. Forgot nothing, gave some extra sauce and loaded everything in the bag really nicely so that transporting was easy and nothing leaked. Flavors were good, not amazing, but garlic parm was definitely my favorite. And the Quesabirria Tacos were amazingg. Had some for leftovers too and the wings were great later on as well. I went Wednesday on game 1 of the nba finals order my food at the beginning of the 3rd quarter and get served until after the game was over. We decided to check out the new Twin Peaks in Brandon even though we'd seen some mixed reviews online -- we always like to give places a fair shot. Walking in, the atmosphere was fun, the place was clean, and the bus staff did a great job keeping everything looking good. Just a heads-up for anyone going: the paper bourbon menu on the table only lists their high-end bourbons. They actually have more affordable options on their digital menu, but no one told us that. Where it went a little sideways was the service after we ordered. Another runner brought out both our appetizer and our burger because our server was busy at another table having what looked like a birthday drink with some guys (the bright blue drink made that pretty obvious). We figured she'd come back once we were eating, but she never checked on us -- no "How's everything?" or "Want another round?" Instead, we noticed she was checking in regularly on bigger parties that were ordering more. It honestly felt like she assumed we were a "small table" and just wanted us out, when in reality we were planning to stay, try more food, and order a couple of the bourbons too. She ended up dropping off our check without asking if we needed anything else. We always tip at least 20% and were ready to go higher because it was her birthday -- but she didn't give us the chance. So what looked like a cheap tab splitting food would have turned into a bigger bill and a bigger tip. We stopped at Twin Peaks for a quick bite on a busy Saturday afternoon. We loved the atmosphere, decor and friendly service! As usual, we sat at the bar and quickly engaged in conversation with the attentive bar tender; she went over the menu, concentrating on the daily specials. Twin Peaks offers drink specials each day, as well as all day specials every day; they also have Happy Hour from 2-6pm, Monday to Friday with a great selection of drinks and food bites. On this particular day, we settled for a bucket of Corona and Double Nacho Stack. The beers were super cold and refreshing as they should be and the Nachos was a satisfying and tasty option! We leisurely enjoyed our food while we watched basketball on one of the many TV screens surrounding us. We love that we have a new sports-bar in town where the food and attention are great! Located at the entrance of the Brandon mall off of Brandon Blvd, this restaurant is in a prime location. If you are coming for the women, you will find what you are looking for. If you are coming for the food or service, you might be disappointed. We dined here one week after their grand opening and it seemed they were still figuring things out. The atmosphere is loud and party type. We were seated at a shared table with another group who was already there. They had taken up more than half the table by moving the partition. This is a bad design. We ordered loaded fries that never came. I had to remind the waitress. We ordered 6 boneless wings... we only received 5. The salsa sucks, don't eat it. The best part about the restaurant was the women. They all wear revealing uniforms, but no two are alike. Our server had a great attitude and customer service. Also a manager came to our table and gave us a coupon for a free appetizer as a promotion for their recent opening. Basically, the restaurant has huge potential. We haven't been to a Twin Peaks in years. My wife and I decided to try it out. I can see why Hooters is hurting. 2-bars, management visible and talked to us and the girls are gorgeous. Now, the food was delicious. Steak & Chez and Chicken Tacos were off the chart. But, the ribs were almost all bone. It didn't bother me. Why? Yona is so sweet, the manager came by a couple times. Happy to see they finally opened this week, so I decided to stop by for $5 Jack Daniel's Friday. We sat at the bar & all of the girls are so attentive and hospitable...Celine was so sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. Also LOVED Kayla for the Jefferson's Ocean recommendation. If you guys are sitting in the bar area, and she happens to be here, make sure you speak to her. She is so knowledgeable about all of the alcohol offerings within the TP brand. I ordered Billionaire Bacon, which to my surprise was served room temperature...but it was tasty. For my meal, I ordered Spicy Chipotle Chicken which was really good. I stepped in. There were open seats at both bars. I was a little surprised. I had a seat. I looked at a menu. I was there six or seven minutes. I'd decided what I wanted to order. And I knew I would order an ice cold Twin Peaks Light. So I waited. Someone was doing something with the registers or whatever. I just continued to wait. A gentleman approached me and asked if anyone was sitting in the empty seat next to me. When he sat down, one of the bartenders ran over and asked him what he wanted. I threw my hands up in the air, but I didn't say anything. The bartender said something like, 'I thought you'd already been helped.' Odd as I had no food, no drink and a menu. She didn't apologize. I can take a hint. The service here is good sometimes and other times less than good. But this was my third poor experience there, so I just left. It's really disappointing when the bar isn't full and there are 3 or 4 bartenders or servers behind the bar and none of them cares if you want a drink or not. Dare i say one of the best steaks in Brandon? We stopped here after a workout around 11pm cause they were the only sit down healthy ish option open. We were seated immediately but the place was still fairly busy. Our waitress Kilee was amazing! She was so attentive and was impressively quick on getting us everything we needed. We ordered the new york strip and mozzarella bites which came out in 20 ish minutes and impressed. The steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection!! I had a decent size steak as well so for $20 something you cant beat that. My veggies consisting of mashed potatoes and asparagus were also cooked perfectly. I've been to twin peaks in the past and always had great experience but this takes the cake. We were too stuffed to est dessert but it looked delicious. Definitely coming back! read more

Where do I begin on my disappointment experience here. We were seated immediately when we walked in. The service was very friendly and polite. My problem began with several issues with the kitchen. Meal number 1. Came out cold. Got sent back and returned half hot and have cold. Meal number 2 came out after the first meal. And after I ask about it My chili had several clumps of brisket fat in it. Of my 3 tacos one of them had a small chuck of meat in it.( the rest were ok) my meal was to come with chips and salsa. And of course there was no salsa. With all the issues we ask to talk to the manager. He came over . And it went something like this. He identified has a manager and asked what was going on . We explained things that going on. His response was..... what do you want me to do about it. Are response was based on what we told do what you feel is right. Now understand he not once apologized for anything that had happened. He did take 10.00 of our bill. To be honest he was not told about everything. Just because the look he was given us during the conversation. We were not looking for free meal. But the way it was handled was pretty poor.The girl who was are serving us was great and completely understanding. The flavor of everything was good outside of the issues. Twin Peaks is not the place I would recommend to anybody. My family and I gave it a chance as it was open late and we used to love Smoky Bones so we thought, why not!? Well we were obviously wrong to do so. My husband initially ordered a smoked chicken quesadilla in which we were told that they were out of chicken. He was offered the quesabirria tacos instead, which had brisket so he tried it out. He ended up sending it back since the tacos were soggy from sitting out waiting on the waiter to bring them to the table. They also had a charred taste. He ended up sending the food back which he NEVER does, so do with that what you want. I had a Philly cheesesteak which was bland and cold along with fries. I could only taste the peppers, onions, and soot from whatever was burnt on the grill. Overall the food wasn't good at all and our server could've been more attentive. Let me start by saying i am a huge fan of twin peaks; however, every time a new location opens up, it takes them at least a month to get situated and operating successfully. This location followed that same trend with slow service, long wait times, and cold food. I arrived on a Friday night (2 weeks after opening) with a 45 minute wait, not a big deal since it was busy and a hot new restaurant but I can't help but to think that was as a result of the slow kitchen taking an hour to bring out food. This is a sports bar so I usually don't mind waiting as long as I have an ice cold beer (which is 10/10 at Twin Peaks) and a game but when the food comes out, it better be hot. This was not the case, all of our food was cold, almost like it was sitting for 30 minutes. Shocking given how long we had to wait. They re-fired the dishes but even then, still cold. At that point, we were so hungry and just dealt with it. Flavor is always good and when I heated my wings up the next day, even better. I will be back after they iron out some of their issues but I think Twin Peaks may need to begin soft launching to at least get their kitchen staff prepared for the busy nights before opening. The service is very very slow, whole meal took about 2 hours. The nachos were soggy and could definitely use more toppings. Do not order the birra tacos, they were horribly soggy, unfortunately because the taste was good. The bacon was the highlight and the manager (who was basically our server all night) was very nice and did his best to keep things moving. read more

Let me start by saying this place is a complete joke, and the management is the root of the problem. The male managers at this location treat the female staff like garbage -- completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and out of pocket. It's beyond uncomfortable to witness, and I can't imagine what it's like working under that kind of toxic energy every day. They walk around barking orders, talking down to the girls like they're beneath them, showing zero respect or basic human decency. It's not just unprofessional -- it's disgusting. It's clear they think they can talk to people however they want just because they wear a title. Newsflash: a title doesn't make you a real leader. To make matters worse, the food is never on time. You'll wait 30-45 minutes for cold fries and half-assed service -- not because the girls aren't working hard, but because the managers don't know how to run the floor or support their team. They're too busy acting like they're running a frat house. If corporate doesn't step in and do something about the management at this location, they're going to lose good staff, loyal customers, and all credibility. And I'm not playing -- if this continues, I'll be showing up in person and it won't be for the wings. I'm done letting people in power think they can treat others like trash and get away with it.
