The pork tacos are half price that night and are always amazing. The creamy spinach, sausage and potato soup is off the charts! I remember the first time our appetizer and entrees came out later so it really depends on what you order. Both times we got the large pub pretzel with crab dip. So good! I do recommend reservations as it seems to fill pretty fast. It's a large open restaurant with beautiful decor and outdoor seating that will probably open up with the warmer weather. The beer is good, the food is decent, and the people working there were friendly. Nothing about the visit stands out in my memory as especially good or especially bad, which usually means everything was running the way it should. If you've spent time in small-town American breweries, you'll recognize the format, and Collusion checks every box. It isn't one of a kind, but it doesn't have a real weakness either. It's a good brewery that does everything a good brewery should, and I have no complaints. In fairness, I've only been once, and it's been a little while. I don't recall any trouble with parking.
