Italian Steak sub with fresh cut fries.
    Eric W.

Horn Pub is an interesting restaurant located a short drive off of Interstate 83. Shares a parking lot with what looks to be apartments. Interior is mix between a local's bar and sports bar, but with a full kitchen. Menu is pretty extensive with sandwiches, burgers, chicken, and various other options. I ordered the Italian Steak sub (cheesesteak), which was well sized and delicious. The Fresh cut fries didn't impress me and were too greasy. My friends shoe string fries however, looked golden and crispy. Service was decent and prices were what I would expect. I would return here to dine again.

Seat yourself - can be tough on busy nights like Mondays and Wednesdays when they have their wing specials. Parking can also be hard on those days. Service can be slow to get around to your table once you do sit down. Apps are decent, although some are pricey. We have tried loaded potato skins (good, but the second time we ordered there was a hair in one) and peel and eat shrimp (came out piping hot, pretty good). Wing nights you can get a dozen wings for $8 and they're excellent. I am super picky with wings and these are the second best in the area, but best for the price. Get them extra crispy! They're a good size and always cooked well. Flavors tried so far: garlic bbq (good), slow burn teriyaki (flavor is so good but this is the hottest sauce I've ever had and it doesn't indicate it's going to be so hot on the menu), honey bbq (good), hot honey (hot sauce mixed with honey, not like Mike's hot honey - wouldn't order again), honey Cajun (good), sweet ghost of Jack Daniels (not my favorite - wouldn't order this one again). Their ranch is amazing. Other menu items: small fish and chips bowl (good but their regular fries aren't great), curly fries (really good), sliders ($10 for 3 with fries when they're on special and so good), saucy b!tch bowl (dozen wings with fries - good deal if it's not wing night), tots (super good). Overall, prices are good, wings are great with lots of flavors to choose from, and servers are friendly even if they're slow to come around. I like that they have games to play while you wait for your food and there's a couch in front of the giant tv in the back of the place.

Haven't been back since a bad visit when it was alpine inn. That visit included dirty tables and floors and bad food...what a surprise today! Great service and the dill pickle "grilled chicken" was awesome. Fries were hot and my husband had the blueberry muffin wings...he loved them. Clean restaurant and will become a regular place to visit

When you hear "Horn Pub," your first thought might not be food--but for those in the know, it means one thing: the best wings in York County, no contest. The wings are consistently cooked to perfection, with a wide variety of flavorful sauces that hit the spot every time. Even the celery is crisp and fresh, rounding out the experience. And on wing night? Just $8 a dozen. How do you beat that? Easily a 9.5 out of 10.

Pretty solid. We got takeout and lunchtime. One thing to note was the bar was totally packed which was interesting. The wings looks great and so did the sandwich my husband got. I think I just ordered wrong. Had salmon and rice but both didn't really have much flavor. So happy I got some sauce on the side.

Two pieces of tiny fish for $17.50. Look at the fish compared to the normal stars fries.

Save yourself a ton of money. We ordered take out and got their "big bowl" fish and chips. It came with the two tiniest pieces of fish you could imagine that were over cooked. For 17.50 this is what you get. When I tried to complain the simply blocked me.

Hot wings. Spicy jalepano dry rub

Really cool place. Wings were excellent. Got hot and the spicy jalepano dry rub. Would get them both again. Ranch and blue cheese were both top tier. Definitely recommend. Waitress was on it and service was excellent.

my go to place for a good meal! i'm always leaving satisfied and waiting for my next trip back. wing nights are great when you can get in, but if you're willing to pay a bit more, they're great all week. their shoestring fries with their seasoning knocks mcdonald's out of the park. the waitresses are always nice and friendly and they'll get to know your names and remember your orders for future visits. recommended: wings, burgers, buffalo chicken wrap (with grilled chicken!), seasonal cocktails! not recommended: extra dirty martini (you will get a glass of straight vodka)

I went to Horn Pub Thursday evening for a late night of dinner and drinks. Service was prompt and we were greeted from the moment we walked through the door. Due to the time we came to the restaurant, only the late night menu was available; as the rest of the kitchen was closed. There were plenty of options and the food was delicious! I enjoyed some chicken tenders, while my partner raved about the ranch dry rubbed wings. Live music was being performed outside and played over the speakers inside, so we could listen as well. We also had fun choosing songs to play via touch tunes on the digital jukebox! We will definitely be back!

Food was great, waited 10 minutes to be greated, and now waiting to get our check for another 20 minutes. Service is NOT great. I dont know that we will return. I could understand if they were busy but there are LOTS of empty tables. Waitress hasn't checked up on us but once.

Second time here with the wife. Great music playing. Plenty of TVs solid food and good staff. Drinks food and beer reasonably priced and delicious. Will have to try the wings next time but not many places you can get a double smash burger for 13.50 and a 2 dollar high life draft

Pretty good food and standard sports bar atmosphere with hit or miss service. I've been coming here…read moresince 2017 and the food has always been pretty good. I can't say I've ever had a meal here that knocked my socks off, but I also never had a bad experience with the food either. The service on the other hand, they are consistently inconsistent. This last time, we were there a total of 2 hours, with about 35 minutes eating and the rest of the time waiting to get menus, waiting for our food, and trying to track down our waitress for the check. Sometimes however, I have been in and out in an hour with no issues. If you are considering coming here for the bar experience over the dining, they do have a decent amount of live entertainment throughout the year, as well as a decent bar selection. The above mentioned issues with service still apply however.

At this point I really had an issue with paying a $400+ bill and getting zero customer service. I went to the bar to request our tables drink tab so we could pay and leave. As I am paying the bar tab the food is all of a sudden ready.... Needless to say I do not recommend paying $65 per person for all you can eat crab to be treated so poorly. It reminded me a lot of Gasoline Street Coffee Company in Pittsburgh. Service was good despite the light staffing. On our Friday evening visit, as far as I could see there was only one person handling the bar and tables, but she was friendly, attentive, and handled everything with a smile. Unfortunately, the two biggest reasons most people head to a bar/restaurant--food and drinks--fell a bit flat. The food was fine, but nothing stood out, and portions/prices felt a little high for the quality. The biggest downside was how quiet it was. A Friday night with only 2-3 other patrons made the place feel empty and a bit discouraging. No one wants slammed service from overworked staff, but the opposite isn't ideal either. If you're in the area and want a low-key spot with good vibes and don't mind basic food, it's worth a try. But if you're looking for a lively scene or standout eats, you might want to keep driving.

We decided to take a drive in search of something tasty, and our adventure led us to Brewhouse Grill in Camp Hill, PA. From the outside, it looked like a small neighborhood bar. But once we stepped inside, the vibe completely changed. Bright lights, a welcoming atmosphere, and a lively bar area. The hostess greeted us right away, which was a relief since my hunger was hitting hard. We checked out the specials and ordered two classics: a flatbread pizza and a Philadelphia cheesesteak. As an Eagles fan, I couldn't resist testing how a Harrisburg area cheesesteak stacked up against Philly's best. And if you know me, you know I take pizza seriously think ninja turtle levels of dedication.‍ The pizza came out crisp and well-done, but the cheese was a bit skimpy, leaving me wanting more. The cheesesteak, unfortunately, didn't quite hit the mark either. Luckily, a cold beer and the friendly staff helped balance out the disappointment. What impressed me most was the atmosphere. Brewhouse Grill works for just about anyone: families looking for a quiet meal, sports fans wanting to catch a game at the bar, or summer crowds enjoying the covered deck with a DJ. That summertime setup sounds like a whole different experience, and I'm eager to come back when the weather warms up. Final Verdict: The food didn't wow me, but the service and atmosphere make Brewhouse Grill worth checking out especially in the summer when the deck and DJ bring the place to life.

It's fun, relaxed, and the kind of place you can easily lose track of time in. What really stood out early on was the service. Our waitress was not only attentive, but genuinely helpful--honest, informative, and confident in her recommendations. Since there's no drink menu, she guided us toward what they do best, including the espresso martini. I appreciated the direction... but the drink itself didn't quite match the expectation. I was hoping for something silky, rich, and indulgent--almost dessert-like--but it landed closer to a pre-mixed version. Not bad, just not memorable. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced, which makes it approachable without sacrificing variety. Now, the highlight--my Black n' Bleu Delmonico, cooked medium. This dish delivered. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the bleu cheese garlic butter added a savory, melt-in-your-mouth richness that made each bite better than the last. It paired beautifully with the soft baked sweet potato--simple, comforting, and exactly what it needed to be. We started with loaded fries, and honestly... dangerously addictive. Crispy, flavorful, and the kind of appetizer you keep reaching for without realizing how much you've eaten. My husband went with the surf and turf--filet mignon and lobster tail. The lobster was a standout: buttery, tender, and cooked just right. The filet, though cooked to his liking, lacked seasoning and depth. It needed more intention--something to bring it to life beyond just butter. Overall, Gilligan's nails what matters most for a place like this--great atmosphere, strong service, and food that has real moments of excellence.
